the owner denied me entry today because i was wearing a mask. him: “why are you wearing a mask? you don’t need to wear one.” me: “all good, it’s just a personal choice” him: “well then i don’t want you in here. you can get out of my store.” it’s bad business to refuse to serve covid-conscious, disabled people. it’s also just bad, full stop. if you’d like to support businesses that respect people’s personal health choices, this is NOT the place. good thing there are plenty of other thrift stores around town!

just went in to look , my boyfriend and i were looking around and found some old lighters and a grinder , we picked up two to purchase and kept looking around and the “ owner “ started telling us to get out and that he would not sell those items to us & to go to a smoke shop. I understand if you don’t want to sell those kind of items , but why have them for sell then? i asked him that and he said it’s my store i can do whatever i want . would have love to have been a repeat customer because there was lots to look at but if you’re looking for too long he kicks you out. will not be returning there’s so many unique stores here that have amazing people skills and make you feel welcomed . please don’t waste your energy on people who judge others while selling products they don’t promote .
