Want to buy great furniture at an affordable price?  Do yourself a favor, check out the Ashley homestore and then directly head over to national furniture where they refuse to be beaten on price+delivery.  We shopped around for furniture for weeks before we found a couch we liked.  Then Blake beat the competition on price and service...it was a no brainier.

We did our research. Visited 3 furniture stores prior. Priced the same sectional, table, bedroom set. After speaking to Blake, he was able to save us nearly $3000 dollars on our purchase. Even with the holidays, our furniture was delivered quickly. Easily the best place to shop for furniture in Las Cruces.

Great furniture, low prices. Came in hoping came out happy. Good customer service same day delivery delivery guys were good kept it professional and very respectfull.

Blake was very patient and I didn't feel like I was being talked into anything. The men at other places attack you like car salesmen and try and force you to make a decision on the spot (implying that the deal they're offering won't last after I leave). I was there on a Wednesday and came back on a Saturday and Blake even remembered which couch id been looking at. Very satisfied all around.

I bought nearly all my furniture from NFL. The guy who helped me out, Blake, was extremely helpful! He answered all of my questions and gave excellent advice. I kept going back to the store to make sure I get exactly what I am looking for. I got an amazing deal on the stuff I picked out and everything arrived exactly on time. The crew that installed all the furniture were friendly and efficient. Overall, I am extremely  pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend!

Loved the staff!  No pressure.  Fast delivery.  I only gave 4 stars as they brought the wrong rug and a bit of a delivery issue but will be shopping here again!

Friendly sales people, polite, helpful but no pressure. We've purchased a number of times in the past and always go there first.  Great prices on Ashley furniture... definitely recommend.   Had a problem in the past with the furniture, not them - they resolved it immediately.

As others have stated, you don’t know what you’re going to get when dealing with the company and their employees. Especially the “manager” Blake. Our couches were delivered but there was a delay on a bedroom set that was ordered at the same time. We have had to call ourselves to attempt to reach Blake to get updates on the order. No customer service whatsoever provided by Blake other employees. After our order came in and was to be delivered, it was again delayed and excuses made. When the delivery was on its way, the delivery driver called to inform us that the wrong size of bed  was ordered. You would think a manager would want to reach out to apologize or let us know how they will resolve the issue, but no, he had the delivery driver call to let us know. We are still waiting for the correct size and of course, no communication from Blake for his mistake of providing the wrong size. It is not worth it to purchase from this store and I will not buy from them again.

Very good prices on mattresses , very basic furniture ALL in the same color and style. The positives stop there. Expect nothing to go well. Best to pay cash pick up your mattress and leave knowing that the mattress will last a few years.
I don't think it's one single problem but a culmination of many. They are understaffed and I believe that better skills training is needed.
I don't mean to be hard or cause problems but I have bought twice now from them.
P S their financing deals are tricky. Useful if needed but beware the details.

If youre not in a hurry to have your furniture at home then this is the place to shop. Theyre quick to take your money but will take months to deliver all of the items purchased. I purchased close to 2 grand of furniture in June; its November now, and im still waiting for an end table and a bar stool. Everytime i call, "blake" is never at work; the only person that can help me apprently. When i show up to the store to inquire about my items PURCHASED or a refund they also give me the run around. The recliner i purchased doesnt recline and im still waiting for a replacement; at this rate im sure I'll get the run around on that as well. Not very professional, theyre quick to take your money but slower than molasses when actually delivering the products purchased. Did i mention they take forever to get you the items purchased?

I have been dealing with Blake, Manager of the Las Cruces National Furniture store. As of today, I have not been able to receive my furniture that I have already paid for. I purchased the furniture in the middle of April, and still I have not been able to get it delivered. It has been one excuse after another and blaming either drivers, the El Paso Store, or someone else for the delays in the delivery. He has "guaranteed" that items will be delivered at a certain day and time, and by end of day, no delivery. When I call and question him, he says he has to call someone else to find out what happened. If he is the Manager, I would think he knows what is happening with the deliveries. Several times he says he will call me with an update, and yet no call from him. When I call to find out why he didn't call, I come to find out that he didn't even work that day.  I even complained to the owner of the company, and was assured he would call me right away, and again, not call back. At this point I'm not sure what else to do other than to cancel my order and get a refund. I have never experienced such lack of customer service or lack of care to assure customer satisfaction. Honestly, if this is the way they do business, I'm not sure how they even stay in business!!!!

Really they don’t deserve any stars. I bought my couch from them about two months ago within the first two weeks, the couch stops working I call them up. They told me it would take 10 to 15 days to try to find the couch and then maybe another 10 days for it to be delivered told me they did not want to deal with the electricity on the couch, finally within a month and a half they show up and fix electricity on the couch and did not give me the new couch as promised stating the old couch that doesn’t work was in horrible condition which it is not! Too much back and forth also my mom got a lamp from them it has problems with it and she was supposed to get a new one and never did!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I bought furniture there with a warranty. Started having trouble and tried for almost a year to get Blake to fulfill the warranty. I can provide the chain to anyone who wants to see it. Constant run around and excuses. Terrible customer service. He then told me to use baby oil gel on leather because that’s what they do in the store. Ended up getting help from a store in another city that didn’t have to. Buyer beware!!!!

I’m soo disappointed ☹️ I was so excited for my bed and now I have an extra expense and bad customer service from them. Making me feel dumb and blaming it on me instead of providing solutions. The whole purpose of purchasing here was to not have to assemble myself a bed. Never again👎

Told them they should explain everything that comes with what they sell and they said they don’t know everything that comes in the furniture sett so the customer should ask too. I am deceasedd, spend your money somewhere elsee

I always want to support a local business but the lack of honesty with National Liquidator (Las Cruces) is unbelievable when it came receiving your furniture.  The fact that you have to pop up at the store to get a half-truth response is awful.
The dining room set I ordered, when it came time to deliver my table, I waited 3 weeks for delivery.  They kept giving me excuses
-	the driver did not pick up the table from there El Paso store
-	the truck in El Paso has not been unloaded.
-
After 3 weeks going back and forth, finally received my table.
Next, was the issue with the dining room chairs.  When I order the dining room set, they came with chairs, but I decide to change the chairs to match the base of the table.   They informed me that they could get the new chairs and as of today I have not received the correct chairs.  They kept giving me excuses why the chairs have not come in but they gave me chairs I originally order as they try to work on getting the correct chairs that match the base of the table.

Lack of communication is horribly, as I always had to make the inquire about the furniture.

Spend your money elsewhere as it is not worth headache.

We tried to support local. But we waited 4 months for our furniture. Every time when we called to find out the status no one would answer the phone. We would have to drive to the store to get any information. The employees and store manger said that the owner would not get their phones fixed. Once our furniture came in every piece was damaged. They did not tell us about but tried to hide it. When it was delivered we showed and mentioned it. They told us that they could not get this furniture again. So we placed an order for something else at 1k more. Two months went by and still no contact. We went down there again and they said they were waiting on the manufacture.  They would not refund our monies. Actually, there was a guy behind the counter that threw and slid every off their counter with 2 young children coloring. He was in a rage. They were afraid to move. The guy in line to finish his order walked out for he could not believe what he saw. At this point 2 of their employees came out and stop us in our car and threatened us. I can't believe that they have such little respect for the elderly and treated my grandparents this way. They never got their furniture and left with damage merchandise. In reality this company uses your money to do the orders and can't produce.

It’s been months and I have not received my chest// also when I went in to see the bedrooms sets I was told they had a new one in the warehouse I got the one in displayed you can tell right away it was used, I email the photos of the damaged furniture and I still haven’t gotten any response. I work by the time I get out you all are closed and to get a hold of somebody on the phone is ridiculous. I need somebody to check status of my pending chest and the replacement of the mirror.

Worst place. Worst customer service.  We keep on calling to see when the missing piece of my sofa to be delivered. All we got is we will call u back. But they never did! Manager is not in today or manager is out doin who knows. First and last getting furniture from this place.

Terrible service. A woman named ? Megan just hung up on me because I was asking her why their delivery didnt show up AGAIN. She had promised me yesterday that it would be delivered last night.  I asked her to call the delivery person and she said, "im not him and cant tell you what happened and then screamed "BYE!" and hung up on me. I bought this piece of furniture 2 months ago. They have promised delivery 4 times. So totally unprofessional and rude!

1/2 the time the phone doesnt work so I had to go there in person (20 minute drive for me) to see why my delivery had not shown up.

I just moved to Las Cruces and a local told me not to go there. I thought I'd give them a chance any way. I should have listened.

My items came in on time , but were not assembled as promised when we went to pick them up. We decided to take them and assemble them ourselves, but come to find we were missing parts for our bar stools. We got the run around a couple of times and were told they would be delivered to us and they never were. I had to go by again and ask for our parts. They still weren’t ready after two weeks of waiting and when I asked to speak to the manager he was not there the first time and second time he never came out and was in the back. I was told to go in so they would figure something out and maybe even give me a discount for the inconvenience and that didn’t happen either. Very disappointed. The parts we finally got weren’t even the right size, but at this point we give up.

One of the chairs of a dining table set purchased from here broke without any cognizable reason in less than a year. When I contacted them, they assured me to buy the parts and get the necessary repairs done. I waited for more than a month to get their call about the arrivals of the parts. When I called them back they replied that it would "take a while", which is a dubious phrase. I suggest you all to be very cautious before making any purchase from here. Their price may seem lucrative, but the service and the quality of items are totally bogus.
