Dam Town Pawn

Owner is friendly and is a great representation of the small town feel of Boulder, walk in check out their stuff buy something, hear some great history and feel like your back in Mayberry. A must stop if your in Vegas

You must call to make sure theyvare open.

Be forewarned you have to make an appointment to get in.

Looks great from the outside. Been by many times and I have never seen it open.

I would like to go to this shop ever since. So I called the shop today @ 3:45PM but the owner told me he that he’s not in the shop, that he have no idea of what I’m talking about. When he finally realized that I was asking if they’re selling jewelry on regular working days, He told me to come tomorrow because he have no idea of what I am talking about.

Similar to other reviews here. I had planed my visit to town to include a visit to this shop. My husband wanted to wait until after our meal. We didn’t see hours posted on web so we called. An irritated gentleman answered with “hello!” I asked if it was the pawn shop and he bluntly answered, “it’s the man who owns/runs the Pawn Shop. WHAT do you NEED?!” Very short and and to the point. Life is too short to be bothered. Shame, sounds like he is missing the mark for all.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Upon calling the number the sorry excuse of a business owner will answer and sound completely annoyed that you called. I began to explain to him what I had for sale and before I could finish he sarcastically says "goodbye!" and hangs up on me. This business and it's owner are giving our town a bad reputation... Please avoid at all costs. This place is absolutely not worth your time.

Never open, sign on the front says "we are not here for you to just look around". Why does this guy even have a storefront?

Called just now to inquire about possibly selling something. The owner answers and rudely and unprofessionaly answers the phone. I begin explaining what I have for sell and before I could give a full description of what I have, just as rudely and unprofessional says he's not interested and hangs up. Go elsewhere.
