I love love love this store. Sure, kids do too, but they make adult sizes in a lot of the items. My Neighbor Totoro jacket is gonna keep me warm and snuggly for the rest of this winter season (hint not from Nevada)  fall and oh  early spring too...wait most summer nights also. Maybe I should have bought two. I'm going to wear it out. 😉
There are gift ideas galore in this store. Plus, some of your money can go to help different things the company supports. Win Win Hope you have fun shopping. You can find them online also.

I love box lunch. Their items are absolutely adorable.  I stopped by to return an item I bought online that was too big and the staff was all very polite in helping with my return. I had to drag myself out stewards to keep from buying anything else

I love all the cool Disney merch! The in-store service could be better. The checkout process is always slow and frustrating, even with prepaid ship to store orders.

This is a fab store! Absolutely loved their layout and their merch. Everything was well organized and it was fun to browse. Think lots of Disney, Harry Potter, anime?, and the like.

I really wish I remembered her name but she has whiteish dyed hair. Well she was awesome! I came in to get a box lunch exclusive lounge fly backpack and it hadn’t come in yet. She went above and beyond to take my number and name AND called me the same day to let me know it arrived in their shipment. She even held one for me so I was able to buy it before it sold out. Super excited to use my new backpack!!

I got a Taco Bell sweatshirt and some pins. I'd save more of my money but they always have new things and I end up not being able to refuse them. 10/10 makes my bad eating habits fashionable.

Extremely cool place. Lots of current and retro pop culture items. Personally, it was the old school Joust video game t shirt that bought my attention.

Went in to pick up a online order. Took a bit to find all of my orders. The most important part was missing, but the girls found me the missing item in the window display. Saved the Xmas present for my son.

I am already a fan of the store.  Some of the workers didn't seem interested in being there.  One woman was very nice and helpful, and I wish I got her name.  Long brown hair.  She was great, helpful and nice (not fake).  I will always be a customer.  I love the brand.

In the sunset mall had to wait in line to enter was not a long wait to get in. I appreciated the fact that the store was being socially conscious about social distancing. Great products.

They listened when I yelled 'take my money!' And now I have a fantastic  new stitch  626 bag!

Almost everything has some sort of BOGO deal. Buy one get two free, buy two get one free, buy one get one free, etc. They've got a lot of star wars stuff, Disney, Rick and Morty, Harry Potter, etc. Pins, shirts (I think the majority of their shirts are just under $30), wallets, mugs, all sorts of things.
The service was great, the employee there was very friendly. I found things to be a little pricey, but also I'm cheap, and it's the mall, and like I said, almost everything has some sort of buy one get one deal, so not a bad place to spend your money. Certainly better than Hot Topic in my opinion.

Decent selection of items. Every single time we were in, there is some ventilation issues. This past summer, they had a swamp cooler.
Today, we went back to check out what's new, and the store had okay ventilation. Still warm, but smelled like stinky feet.

Anyway, the service here is either hit or miss. You get greeted sometimes with current promotion info. Other times, they are short staffed and only have two people behind the counter. Most times, staff are chatting amongst each other, talking about their lives, and disregard the customers. 🤷‍♀️

Fun shop, the girl behind the counter never said a word to us even when we asked her questions.... So don't expect great customer service, but definitely a cool spot to check out.

Customer service was good prices were reasonable didn't have much of a selection for men but plenty of things to choose from.

Online order handed to me y the manager is the wrong item. He insisted that it's the one I ordered. Going back to exchange it. Out of my way and such an inconvenience!! Not organized at all!!

Spend a lot of money at this place and the staff has become rude. I bought a funko pop that I received damaged. I asked the staff if they could order a replacement and was told that I would have to return the item first. I live 90 miles from the store, so it's hard to do this. I wish they could just order another one and let me return when the replacement shows up.

I had a disappointing experience when picking up an order. I asked the manager for a smaller size, and she never returned. When I followed up, she casually said, “Oh, I thought I came back,” and continued helping another customer without addressing my request.

The lack of attention and courtesy made me feel unwelcome and disregarded. This kind of treatment raises concerns about fairness and respect toward all customers. If you value good service and being treated equally, this might not be the place for you.

They did a online order for me told me it wasn’t available then still charged my card waited a full week for my refund

Came in and grabbed a Loungefly backpack off the shelf when an employee told me to put it back and they would get me a new one out of the back. As they were “grabbing” one out of the back another customer took the bag off of the shelf. Staff came back out and said they didnt have any extra. Proceeded to have me move aside while they rang up the other person who grabbed the bag after me. Shrugged their shoulders and didn’t try to right the situation. Loved shopping at boxlunch but after that altercation i have no desire to go back.

Super disappointed about my trip in today. I have been shopping here since I moved to Vegas a year ago. And I love this store. However I’m not sure what is up with the store today. No one helped me into the inform rooms. I had to wait multiple times and eventually had to wait in line at the register to get someone.  Despite this employees seemed to be chatting behind the register. The first time I tried something on the employee was nice. The second time I got Amanda. She took my item from me and said “I need to shake it” then un-instigated  said “and only one person in the fitting rooms at a time”. I would have assumed she would have apologized for the long wait. Not sure why she had such a bad attitude today. If it’s policy to treat every customer like they are doing something wrong then I just won’t shop here anymore.

The service was horrible! I was not greeted when I came in the store. When I came to pick up an item that I had ordered online I was told they had opened my package and put it on the floor to be sold. I was extremely upset to be told if I still wanted my items they could see if they had them in stock and that I could pay a higher price than what I had already been charged for the items. I was never called or emailed that my items came in the store and today they told me they have a 7-day hold policy. Their app told me it had shipped but not that it arrived. Not once did either associate apologize or even try to help me. I've been a loyal customer of this store since they opened in the mall. I have never been so upset with customer service. I will not go back to this store after this encounter, I won't be ordering from their online site either because of their poor customer service!
