Love this hidden gem! Went in a few weeks ago and saw my dream dining room chairs and waited for them to be discounted again and they were still there! It was meant to be! Definitely going to make this apart of my weekly thirfting routine! They also have a great gently used golfing selection!

1st love website.I know  what's available  for what price.The people are helpful not pushy at all.I make a list before I go.No surprise charges.Not average  consignment great prices but not thrift store items or prices.I bought 6 items in less time cause  I knew what I wanted. This is a great place to find a variety of furniture and accessories. As an interior designer I have found  unique pieces to use that were unavailable elsewhere

Charges are reasonable  Sale of furniture was quick and so was the check mailed to me.  The pickup charges were so worth it.  The pickup guys were very careful.  Sure beats a donation that can"t be deducted.

I consigned 20+ items; all except 3 sold within the 50% period.  Nothing was more fun than to get that check in the mail.   They're at a great location in the Smith's Shopping Center and the store is huge. Great place to browse. Happy Shopping!!

Very Proffesional and courteous. They sold most items on the first round(prices go down after so many days there and eventually are forfieted)and nearly all items did sell. It's very important to price items competetively and the staff know what items will bring.

This place has some really nice pieces. Online shopping is available and the pieces are just as nice in person. The staff are friendly and personable. There was a clothing rack online so I drove over to see if it was still available and it was. It was too large to fit in my vehicle but the ladies were so kind to allow my husband to use their tools to break it down so I cloud take my things home immediately. Also snagged a cut faux fur rug for my walk in closet.

love this place has so many great pieces in here. there prices are great and the store owner is a very fun and nice person she seems to always have a smile and is always happy to help if you have any questions. My friends tend to go back about once a week to see if they got any beautiful pieces of art or any little Knick knack's  that we can grab.

Great customer service! The lady I spoke to on phone her name was Kim (pretty sure). She was so nice and customer service was top notch. I purchased a glass table over the phone (which she doesn't usually do) but she did for me which was really nice of her. They also delivered for 60 bucks. I am really happy with my table and would definitely go back when I need more furniture and items. I really appreciate great customer service as I'm a business owner myself and it's hard to come by really nice people and service. She also sent me my receipt in an envelope which was really nice. Thanks again! I will tell all my friends And family to shop here! Price was really good as well.

First walking in, I was greeted warmly and told about specials they were having. There wasn't a pushy sales vibe at all, and that's something I can appreciate! Everything was very reasonably priced too! We will be going back again for sure!

Hi Lisa!  Thank you for the review, but we NEVER go to a client's house to look at furniture.  We do ask that you send pictures of the items to chiccozyconsign@gmail.com.  So please do that and call a half hour after you send the pictures to let you know whether we are willing or able to consign the furniture. We do ALWAYS try to provide superior service.

My boyfriend tried to have them come out to look at some really heavy expensive furniture but they just could never find the time. I'm very disappointed I referred them to him. They gave me great service just don't expect them to go look at furniture.

When I initially called the employee that answered was respectful.Then me & my spouse was trying to sell over 7 furniture pieces to them & we got the run around for 2 months. They take 3 weeks to respond to 1 email & then stated that they cant take a video of all the furniture looks even though we asked that the first time. The video was clear & she was able to identify the items so It was confusing why she wanted pictures. We didnt have pictures of every item . We wanted to do business & sell some new furniture pieces but at this point another 3 weeks & no response

This place carries a few decent pieces from time to time, otherwise it's mostly junk. They just want to blow things out so they lowball you if you want to sell items.

Keith - I am so sorry that you experienced this.  We always strive for excellent customer service.  We'll work harder.

Called as soon as the store opened. Was told people will be there until 230 to assist with unloading. Loaded everything by my self. Called at 155 letting them know that I was on my way and would arrive by 225. The people that were going to help left for the day. No return phone call prior. No email. Nothing. Poor customer service.

I'm so sorry, Flora, for this experience! We try to advertise merchandise in excellent condition on the website and we pride ourselves on excellent customer service.

I purchased a table online and came into the store to pick the item up. When I arrived, my piece was completely mis-advertised. It has wobbly legs and the wood had completely warped on the table. When speaking to the workers about my dilemma the workers were very rude and told me they could not help me and that all sales were final. Even though the product had never been taken out of the store, they still could not help me. I am incredibly disappointed not only in my table but in the service as well.

Place is cluttered and overpriced.  The only lady working has turned into a crab and is clearly overwhelmed.   Hint, hire help and treat your customers with respect.  You failed today and we will not be back as repeat customers.  D-

I ask everyone to call us 30 minutes after sending the pictures.  We get bombarded by email everyday.  We try not to overlook anyone.  I'm sorry that you experienced this.

Per Kim's request on her website, I emailed a picture of some items for consideration. One week past, no response. Sent a follow-up; still no communication. I understand that she may not be interested but she should have the courtesy to respond. Very disappointing.
