Wife purchased new loveseat and sofa from Suzie. Style we wanted at over $7k for both. But 5 cushions had severely inferior quality foam. EVCO, who has been here for 65 years said seat cushion foam was type used for back cushions, not seat cushions. Suzie provided no warrant or product warranty forms and would not back us in our wartant claim with the mfg. She basically told my wife she wss wrong, used the "God" to avoid responsibility, made false accusations, rtc. Ethan Allen looked at cushions, asked what was wrong with them while at our home for another matter. Other professionals did same. We just spent $1k to have legit, supportive foam in cushions by a pro, EVCO. Suzie is a fraud, do not trust her, especially if you expect warranty suppport on new items or expect GOOD customer service!
