Love the clothing but the prices are overpriced even the sale area. You can purchases same clothes elsewhere for better costs.

Very tiny store

This Free People location routinely closes early without providing notice to customers. I’ve visited this location twice over the past month and a half, both times for the purpose of returning items I ordered online. In both instances, I arrived twenty to thirty minutes before closing only to discover that the doors were already locked and the lights turned off. Today I arrived at about 5:40 p.m., and though the store is supposed to close at 6 p.m. the doors were locked. There were at least two employees inside, both of whom were doing something behind the register. I knocked on the door and though they looked in my direction, they turned away, refusing to come to the door. There was no signage on the door indicating the store would be closing early (not this time nor the last time). There was no change in the hours posted online. The disrespect and lack of appreciation or even common decency shown for their customers is simply unacceptable. That’s especially true when you consider their prices. I’ve filed a complaint with their corporate office, and I hope they look into this issue given that it’s a repeat issue. This location needs new management. Full stop. I would advise visiting a different location given the heightened chance that this one could be closed when you arrive. See the attached photo of the employees ignoring me and another customer as we stood outside the locked doors at 5:50 p.m.
