there was a super easy step by step process to checking in and leaving your bag in the queue! the place was also quite clean and the employees were really nice :’) granted they only took 8 items from the one bag i took in, but what you end up with is dependent on what you bring. and the text message updates were helpful because i was expecting a long wait time before my bag was processed so i went home until i got a text saying they were done. definitely will be going back to see what else i can get rid of!!

Just came here today for the first time and I am absolutely blown away with amount of high value items. I bought a Champion shirt and a brand new pair of vans. The store was in pristine condition and had so many great deals! Will definitely be coming back again

The store so big and had a great selection! The staff was friendly and super helpful. I was able to find high end items for great deals. I also brought a bag of clothes and they were really reasonable with pricing!

The new owner has really turned things around. The place was recently renovated/updated. It was easy to navigate and find items that I liked. They had a great selection too. I was surprised. I've never been a Plato's closet guy, but now I'm definitely coming back. Great value overall. Props to the new ownership.

Reviews seemed rather bad especially the ones about the employees being racist however I decided to give them a try anyways and I’m glad I did. Totally opposite of what I read. Everyone was nice, explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable to say no if the offer I received wasn’t one I agreed with. However I was fine with it because it was older designer clothes that were rather out of style anyways. They were literally going to continue collecting dust in my closet so I’m glad I was able to get some money for them. Highly recommend. 5*

I shop at Plato's from time to time and love everything I've purchased. The prices are unbeatable, many items are new with tags or excellent used condition. This week (11/27) I inquired about selling clothing to the store. The young lady was polite, professional and extremely knowledge. She provided me great information and realistic expectations. Plato's is awesome and so is the staff!!!

I'd definitely like to shop there. The prices are very cheap. Fifteen dollars for pants twenty five thirty five dollars sneakers. ten twelve dollars shirts. But if your trying to make money off of your clothing that you wanna sell them, you're not going to make what you want, they pay you like 2 to $3 per shirt per item, really. I went there with a whole bag of barely used polo button ups that weren't dated and they were freshly dry cleaned. And I think I got twenty five dollars fur, fifteen of them that they kept

i don’t know why the reviews of this place aren’t good this place was just fine. i sold clothes took about 45 minutes for them to look through it all, only took 7 items out of the 20 i had which was a little disappointing but i don’t think it is there fault bc they are only allowed to buy certain things. but they were nice and friendly so yeah 4 stars
