The owners Natasha and Shawn, are truly experts in gorgeous, authentic antique jewelry. They couldn't have been easier and nicer to deal with. I recently purchased a beautiful Art Deco watch chain/necklace from The Antique Parlor (my second purchase from them after having such a positive experience the first time around!). Due to my crazy travel schedule, I had to amend the shipping date AND delivery location for the package. Through a comedy of errors on the part of the shipper, there were some delays in the delivery. Natasha moved Heaven and earth to make sure that the package found its way to where it was supposed to be. She kept me informed every step of the process and even personally placed a call to me to follow up. I was very touched by the care and personal commitment on her part to make sure that the gorgeous necklace found its way into my hands. Yet again, I am greatly impressed by not only the quality of jewelry at The Antique Parlor, but also by the exceptional commitment and high level of customer service demonstrated by Natasha.
