This is literally the best go-to place to sell luxury goods and electronics for cash. A few weeks ago I sold some luxury sneakers that I no longer wanted and got an AMAZING quote via text, in which Mike kept his word to when I came into the store. Then today I came back with an extra MacBook Pro I had, and got an amazing deal! This time around, different staff was there, and it was still the same consistent respectful and professional environment. Everyone was so nice, and Mike is so fair with his pricing!

This place is Legit! I went to a few places with my Fendi Camera bag, everyone kept low balling me. Eliana knew what’s up. You could tell she really knew her stuff, she gave me more than I expected to get. I will for sure be back.

When I went in to sell my Christian Louboutin shoes the initial selling price I didn’t agree with. After negotiating the price I was able to receive cash for an reasonable price.

Word of advice: For your own piece of mind save yourself unforeseen trouble — avoid this place.
When you visit this location IT IS NOTHING AS  IT APPEARS ON GOOGLE. You’ll walk in to ONLY see rows of bottles, jars, and products found in places like Costco and CVS; you’ll find things like ‘Oil of Olay’, ‘Similac’, even Tires (Yes! I said, “Tires!”), and other items, like packs of Chocolate Bars (I saw “Kinder” chocolate bars), packs of Energy Drinks, and the like.  However, they have nothing remotely resembling ANY sort of luxury items, like Designer Shoes or Handbags!
There’s, literally, no one available there to even identify what you bring. And all they’ll do is just send photos of your pieces to an entirely different location (somewhere in Manhattan), for an answer; which is entirely misleading from their Google advertisement.
Sorry. They are not to be trusted.

I had a few luxury items I no longer needed and before I posted them on the resale apps, I said let me give them a try.
My new in box LV Nice Mini I was quoted $300.  LMFAOOOOOOOOOOO, I can get $700 if I wait for someone to buy it in the apps.  I’m not in a rush.  They lowball you so much that even if you were desperate for cash, you wouldn’t get the cash you needed if you sold to them.

Low ball you all the way and make you feel less than. The manager or whomever he is that own the place talk as if he speaking facts in regards of your item but nope not at all.

Only visit this store if you’re desperately in need to sell your items. They completely low ball you for practically brand new items. Shocked by all the the good reviews.. especially since I’m a person that really follows reviews.

Stay Away!!! I contacted the store, they told me to describe the items, the brand and send photos and afterwards they told me to go to the store to sell my times. When I get there, from Staten Island, she tells me that they do not take Burberry or even Gucci. That she could only have me 100 for being there items. And the Burberry bag along cost 1,900. They told me only Channel and Loui Vuitton are the brand they take. Not even my MCM bag. Don't travel just for 50$.
