It's always fun, especially on Wednesday. No guilt spending on clothes, etc...

Donating stuff was easy, just put in a shopping cart and wheel it on in. Dressing rooms are now open! Lots of inventory with ample space between rounders. Really nice clothes, lots of better name brands! I found 3 pair of jeans and 8 shirts for under $50.

Nice, well organized, pretty fairly priced. Present today were some disabled young adults, that are apart of a work program. They can be pretty loud and a little distracting. Their Supervisor did his best to reel them in and keep them on task.

In the Syracuse area, the Thrifty Shopper on Old Liverpool Road is the best one for clothes, and couches.

It's nice to be able to go clothes shopping without spending alot of money.

Found great deals on clothes. Very clean, things set up nicely on racks. Lots of changing rooms. You can't beat the cheap prices and quality of clothing.

Really good prices. They gave some really nice stuff, some are name brands

Good store and location. This store has a decent furniture and kitchen selection. Housewares selection is a bit more modest. Not very heavy on electronics and usually doesn't seem to have much in the way of more modern electronics. Prices are fair and not too expensive for thrifting.

I go to this Thrifty Shopper frequently because it is close to where I work. The staff are polite, friendly, and helpful. The organization of the store is very nice, and they are currently remodeling it to make it even better. I've found some great deals there too! It's great to shop while knowing that your money is going toward a good cause.

Lots of space at this location, but that kind of takes the thrill of the hunt out of the thrifting experience. Everything is quite visible and easy to access. We've usually found something to take home at every visit.

Some prices were great and others were outrageous. $20 for a used, stained and pilling comforter is outrageous. 1.99 for Pyrex is great. I'll definitely be visiting again.

Great prices, location and clothes drop off. Customer service need help. Cashier seen unhappy with job, no one on the floor to answer questions.

No thrills but no complaints. Has more clothes then the others in the area.

They have the same merchandise on the shelves since they opened the store on Oswego Road a lot of non working broken stuff no one would even buy the stock never seems to turns over. The younger female employees are miserable to their customers I've witnessed it many times. I don't think they like their job and are taking it out on the customers. The older women and the male employees are very pleasant.

The prices at the Liverpool store are higher than at other Thrifty Shopper stores. Also the employees are not treated well and the employees show it. They are courteous toward customers but you can tell they don't want to be there but this seems to be company wide.

It was sad that this incident happened to me and my mom today around 5:20pm 2/29/20 at Thrifty Shopper, Liverpool location. There were 2 young male associates, one with long hair and one with short hair, and another lady at the registers. I got some shirts and the lady checked me out. Then while walking out, we spotted those Coach wallets in the front and asked the male associate with short hair at the time standing next to those if he could take them out for us to take a look after he has done cashing out for another customer. He knew that I asked him and he gave me a look. Then suddenly there was a lady asking question about her stuff and he started checking her out. I was surprised just a little bit because we asked him first but he helped other instead. I then asked him again if he could take the yellow and purple wallets out so we could see them. He was literally THREW them on the jewelry display instead of gently giving them to us. I and my mom were shocked because his behavior. Then we started speaking in Vietnamese about the wallets and I don’t know if he could hear us, but I’m pretty sure he wasn’t happy to help us. We gave them back and I said thank you to him while he was busy with another customer. I’m not sure if it was a long shift or he just had a bad day. I was about to ask for a manager, but my mom didn’t want to make a big deal so we walked out. I didn’t expect much from the thrift store, but being treated like that wasn’t right. I used to work for retail and I understood how stressful it is on weekends, but could you please at least don’t seem like you’re forced to do this job? I don’t want to call the store to report this because it might not get into the right place. I have been going to this location for years and still love it no matter what. Except him, I’ve had a lot of great experiences with people who used to or still work here.

Need to hire friendly people considering most of the job is costumer service. A lady that works there I had an argument with was very unprofessional and unhelpful in every way.she should be fired. !!!  I would never go back there and they sold my sons blanket that I left there. Disgusting .!!! You couldn't pay me to go back there.

Also if you look like you might steal something, they will follow you threw the store. the most unfriendly people I have ever met! :(     Also be careful what you donate, it may end up on ebay!
