2nd STREET NoHo

Came here over the weekend and they had brand new items for a good price! Found a brand new Zara shirt, with tags, for less than 20 bucks !!! It can be overwhelming because it does get busy and the racks are stuffed with clothes but if you pop your headphones in and zone in, you’ll be able to find some amazing pieces. Highly recommend this place, my favorite 2nd street of NYC !!!!

Never disappoints! I always leave the place with a treasure and for a couple bucks! And the staff is so kind and friendly.

Came in to sell some clothes. Guy who works there named Jordan really took care of me. He knows his stuff and he gave me a great price on the clothes I was selling. He also showed me some new designers and taught me a lot about what’s trending in today’s fashion. In return I shared a few stories with him about early 2000s style. Before I knew it my buy was ready and I was in and out within 45 minutes. The entire staff was cool, they a bit younger than me but they all are some real genuine good people. Very grateful for Jordan’s help, the future is good hands for sure.

I had a fantastic selling experience at 2nd street store @ 712 Broadway NY. Lori C. Is a fantastic buyer. She is very polite and communicative throughout the process. I appreciated she asked questions and showed genuine interest in the items. I’d gladly sell here again – highly recommended!

Shout out to Dante and the other pretty girl at the counter. Both were so nice and professional. In and out in 45m. Sold 3 pairs of kicks, 4 shirts and given a fair price. Don’t come expecting hundreds of dollars for your used goods but they are absolutely pleasant and not scammers.

Surprised I had never seen this location before. They have great selection and variety of clothing for all budgets, from affordable, basics, designer and high end. Absolutely loved all the shoes they had, I found a pair of New Rocks but unfortunately they were 2 sizes of mine. The store has attentive security guards and it is also easy to navigate. The staff was very busy but would help you if you needed. Met one of their associates Dante who was very friendly and appreciated the exchange of words we have at the store, makes the experience better, ended up purchase a vegan leather shoulder bag in mint condition, and a vintage leather waist belt and definitely come back to show more support.

I always come here to sell my clothes! The buyer named Lori always does me right and she is the sweetest person ever! I usually only ever wait like an hour and during that time I just walk around get some bubble tea. Don’t be an idiot and come on a saturday at 2pm of course youre gonna have to wait everyone else is trying to sell 10+ items just like you.

I bought 2 items from their website and had a great experience. I actually bought 3 and they canceled one item which is fine because i saw the disclaimer on their site which said that they prioritize in-person orders and that this may happen. Makes sense. I got a ‘vintage’ coach bag for my friend for about $40 and its exactly what she was looking for- she loved it. Condition was next to perfect. I got my other friend a ‘vintage’ gucci bag for about $300 and the condition was fantastic. I actually decided to keep it for myself and get my friend something non thrifted because this bag was the deal of the century. I always wanted this exact style of bag and gucci no longer makes/ sells this style so i was so happy to get this second-hand at a great price. Did not feel the need to get it authenticated myself because the quality is so great it speaks for itself. Im not someone who likes to spend a lot of money on clothes/ accessories so spending $300 was a lot for me to ‘risk’ but its not actually a risk because they have an awesome return policy. I will be getting a lot of my future gift-needs from their website - i even downloaded the app. This store has lots of negative reviews because of the amount they offer sellers but if you are a buyer- this is a MUST go to store. Personally, i think if you arent happy with the money they offer you as a seller why dont you just go sell somewhere else instead of bashing them ? - smh people its a business not a public service lol. Luciana, the manager was wonderful today and she helped me and my very close friend with the selling. We called in the morning but one of the staff members forgot to mention there is a time frame to bring the clothes for selling and we came with very heavy bags from the distance and we were told that it s not possible to sell for the day but Luciana, the manager, was a great help and made an exception and assisted us and we are grateful I and my friend for her help. Luciana is a great manager

This is a great place to buy reasonably priced second hand name brand items. Some of the items can be over priced or a little worn down but overall you can find great deals if you are consistent. I definitely would sell my items online instead of bringing them to this store though! ***Quick hack: if you buy your items online, there is a 14 day return policy vs the final sale policy that is offered in store****
