This is my new happy place. Security is tight—you go through building security and then check in at the store’s front desk—but everyone was friendly and helpful. I stopped by to see a bag in person before buying and really appreciated the shopping experience. No pressure, no hovering—just a relaxed space where I could take my time and enjoy being surrounded by bags. I ended up making the purchase with the wrong credit card, and they helped me fix it quickly and easily. This will definitely be my go-to spot for future pick-me-up purchases.

Wonderful event sponsored by the FIT foundation 3/18/25. I highly recommend this treasure if you're a collector! The conversation was "Art of Collecting" A must see and awesome place to shop. Sarah Davis is the Founder and President. The showroom is beautiful and showcases many wonderful available pieces. You can also inquire about a piece you're looking for. Everything from head to toe including accessories. Highly recommended. Check it out!

I have become a regular at the NYC flagship FASHIONPHILE store over the last month or so, making a number of purchases. The showroom is impressive, starting with the walk past library shelves of premium bags - a scene out of “The Devil Wears Prada”! The staff is even more notable - friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and supportive in helping to guide potential purchases. I am impressed that they are able to share honest input about items - even if it doesn’t result in a sale. It actually instills trust that the FP experience is more than about simply sales - but rather in building a repeat clientele. Many businesses can and should learn from their approach to hospitality - I am hooked! P.S. - first pic is with Yanesza (my FP sales specialist), second is with Yanesza, Lisa, and Cheryl - all are incredible and it’s evident that they love what they do!!

If it wasn’t for Dawn, I wouldn’t have tried going to the NYC location because I was apprehensive about the reviews posted here. However, I decided to try selling my items and my experience was nothing like the negative. Setting an appt was a little difficult but I received help from Dawn. There is a max amount (10 items) you are allotted to bring in for same day offer. And here is the thing, you have to be open minded that even though it’s new and used only once or never, it’s still lost its depreciation. Think buying a car, once you drive it off the lot it’s no longer worth that amount even if you want to sell the car within an hr. The only items that you will get more it’s items that are of high demand investments like Hermes Birkins, Kelly’s, Goyard and Chanel classics. Front desk staff amazing! I checked in (it is best to set an appt in my opinion). I walked to the desk that checks in your items who told me about the qty policy and helped me pick items that would possibly be of more value, and since it was 10 items it would be a bit of a wait which was not a problem, we went downstairs to try the amazing food court (total hidden gem!!) Zackary approached us and my friend and I fell in love with him! His customer service was top notch and someone fashionphile should be using as an example to emphasize their brand! Zackary was very accommodating and patient. He actually took the remaining items and told me if I was ok with it that they can upload the pics and it would take about a week or 2 and have funds available, which I didn’t mind. So after all said and done, the quote they came back to me, I was very happy with. Again I was open minded and understood the value whether it was new or not. I highly recommend to get store credit if you are interested in getting a bag as they give 10% more. Had a great time, easy process, and appreciated Zackary’s help and his service! Oh and I can’t fail to mention how funny and great the front desk ladies were!

Glenn has helped me purchase 2 birkin 25's at fashionphile NY, and he is a huge reason why I will happily purchase my future bags from here. His product knowledge, friendliness, patience, responsiveness, and professionalism is top tier. Making such a big purchase can be nerve-wracking, but Glenn's expertise and kindness make me feel confident in my purchases. I highly recommend working with Glenn, especially for anything Hermès 😍 my overall experience with fashionphile has been amazing and their selection and customer service can't be beat.

LOVE Fashionphile and the in-person experience even more. I purchased a few things during a sale, some of which didn't work out, and it was super easy to come in and return in person. I even found a few great bags that I was able to see in person that day, and ended up getting one of them :) have been in a few times since then and the staff is always super helpful and nice. Treat yourself and go in if you're in the neighborhood and in the market for something nice for yourself!

Zacky was amazing!!! Always good seeing him! I miss Jacky! Always a fun experience with Zack. The place always looks great! Jewelry selling experience is a mess. No gemologist in house! A little dissatisfied with the 2 weeks hold to ship my items to California to authenticate. I cant believe they dont have a in house gemologist. Hire one soon Fashionphile!

I can't understand how this place can have any bad reviews. Literal handbag heaven! Everyone was sooooo nice, from check in, to the associates offering water, helping filter bags on the iPads (which is genius btw) to the conveyor belt with the handbags rotating with selected handbags I can go on and on. It's so esthetically pleasing, the decor was incredible and I honestly didn't want to leave 😂. So much so, my friend and I went back for more the next day! It was like going to 20 designer boutiques all in one visit. A must see experience if you're in NYC.
