Furthermore, a refund was offered for your experience. We aim to provide a plesant shopping and bidding experience for everyone. Again, we are sorry for your experience and attempted to refund  for the unpleasant experience. 

Don't recommend buying from them especially anything they post on hibid!. Sold me shoes on auction hibid. They don't know the difference between used or trash shoes. Shoes came ripped up and duck tape inside of them and smelling like cigarettes.
