I rarely write reviews, but the service I received today was so exceptional, I had to! The selections they offer are beyond compare. Their knowledge on each item was not only down right impressive, but made me so confident in making my purchases! I left with two pairs of shoes (Chanel and Gucci) for myself and a tie (Hermès) as a gift, which they beautifully wrapped. I prefer to support and shop at local businesses especially during these challenging times. I also find them to be better at upholding covid guidelines. Luxeswap was so clean and offered delicious smelling hand sanitizer. I am lucky to live close by that I can pop in often so I get first dibs on their new deliveries, but I recommend those who do not to go to their site to shop online. This gem of a store not to be missed.

Sincerely THE BEST store for luxury. It blows my mind! All the top designer labels and very fair pricing whether buying or selling. Whenever I make a visit, there is always a treasure (usually more than one 😉) I find to take home not only for myself, but my husband too! They have the best customer service and more than once have even picked up from my home. If that’s not service, I don’t know what is! I like supporting local businesses that give back to the community, and Luxe Swap is always supportive to OB. They have my business and support!

I was fortunate enough to buy a fabulous Chanel wallet here and only a few months later found a wonderful vintage Chanel bag! The staff couldn’t be nicer and the owners are so knowledgeable about authenticity. I am sure to continue watching for more great finds in the store and on line! Thank you for all your help!
