Great selection of clothing!  Staff incredibly helpful in trying to find a formal dress that fit me and my budget.

I bring my city wardrobe which has  great pieces to consign with Eliza. She knows her market so well and has passion for clothes is combined with her talent because she can style anyone.

I love the new  location In Wilton mall. If you like consignment stores this is the place to shop they have used and new clothes with tags .  I love buying and selling to Saratoga Closet.

It’s a true wonderland!! My favorite place to find cute, original pieces you can’t find anywhere else, it’s like treasure hunting. Amazing always helpful staff and owner that takes pure joy of helping you accessorize, it’s a like a visit at friends closet:)

New location in Wilton mall is great, offers much more space for the consignment shop. They have a ton of inventory, and are selling lots of great brands and items, definitely worth checking out if you don’t mind digging a bit. They also take donations and will give you proceed of profits if they sell. Great spot!!

Many of the items are used, some are new. As with anyone buying used items, of course you need to look it over before purchase.

My daughter just had an amazing experience shopping for her prom dress at Saratoga Closet.  Linda and Brittany were absolutely wonderful, spent lots of time with her, and helped her pick out a gorgeous dress.  She loves it, and on top of that the price is a fraction of the original price tag.

Love this place. The owner is a sweetheart.

A great selection of bridal gowns, bridesmaids gowns and luxury/high end clothing. A few fast fashion brands available but they really specialize in high end luxury brands. A great place to find vintage luxury brands or rare, hard-to-find clothing, purses, shoes and jewelry.

Best top designer wear in the region,along with import wedding dresses.  Top ofthe line.

The owner is so awesome. She is a fashionista and knows her stuff. Items are in great shape. Unique pieces you won’t find anywhere else. And some very high-end items as well. Prices are great. Definitely something for everyone. A must shop experience!!

I'm so glad we checked this place out!  My sister and I were looking for dresses to wear to a wedding, and the owner and staff were so helpful.  She asked what we were looking for, asked specific questions, pointed us in the direction of items that matched our request, hand-picked a few items and put them in the dressing rooms for us.  We both found a dress we loved at very reasonable prices, and my sister found a great sweater as well.  Highly recommend this place and plan to return!

Eliza has a incredible selection of  aparrel and accessories from the worlds top designer including Marc Jacobs!

I didn't think I had the patience to shop at a consignment store.  I always have a great shopping experience here.  Staff is super helpful when it comes to selecting items.

Saratoga Closet is a "shop on the corner" in Saratoga Springs that combines elegance, style, GREAT pricing and fun, all in one spot!  The owner Eliza DeRocker has set the tone of a NYC consignment shop with the best styles, current items in excellent conditions but with our upstate price points.  This shop is a gem.

I love going here::: not only to discover some incredible values but the ambiance is the best.

First time in and it won't be the last. Lots to look at! The owner was very sweet. Will be back.

I'm sorry Rebecca when did you come into the shop ? There wasn't a dog there today and which employee did you have ? I don't have any employees who work in the store that has a dog. I used to have an employee who brought their dog in but she was hasn't worked for me since August 5. I am thinking she must have stopped in the store to say hi today ? I'm unaware of what happened as im the owner and I was in my glens falls store today

I really like this shop...but didn't appreciate being blamed for when the dog escaped as I entered the shop once...the young woman minding the store was snotty to me all the while I shopped....

Found a nice dress at a decent price, but repairs were not done as promised and owner not there for the scheduled appointment with her. The employee present at our appointment was not helpful and very disorganized, they also spoke poorly of my daughters venue choice, insinuating that destination weddings were classier.

I think you have the wrong store. I have lemon and peppermint spray and we are an upscale store ) and too bad you have too much time on your hands to write a fake review ) karma will come back to you

So sorry we are not totally open yet as we were in a very big space for 10 years we had nowhere to move ,as it says on our voicemail and I tell everybody this when they come in   we had to find a space in two days to move to so now everything is In the process of being unpacked and it’s very unorganized still …until we find a bigger space unfortunately the place we were in for 10 years got sold and they threw everybody out because the new owner wanted to be in the space for his staffing agency so yes it’s very unorganized still it’s not easy to move to a smaller Temporary space. The owner is also been in the hospital for the past two or three months so I think you should probably be a little bit nicer before you keep posting nasty comments when you have no idea what the owner has been through

I was not impressed. It was a mess. The bridal area looked nice, but the consignment area was piles of clothes. I was unable to actually look through anything. The front room had some semblance of organization. The back room was a disaster. It stinks because there were some high end items I may have been interested in, but I was so uncomfortable while in there, I felt claustrophobic. The tops that I looked at were all miss sized, ie; mediums in the xl spot. The few tops I looked at were unremarkable. I saw some high end bags, no price on them, and some lower end bags as well. I was not impressed with the woman working there either. She was nice when I first walked in but threw shade while I was there. I wish It was better organized so I could actually browse, but unfortunately it’s not the store for me.

-I can say for certain I was not told about moving or anything else. I’m sorry that you are going through hardship. Hopefully everything is sorted out now, and that you have been able to curate your collection the way you want.

Honestly I don't know how this business is allowed to do business with the way that space is and the way they have everything everywhere and I mean when I was trying to turn around and ask my daughter something I barely had room to without bumping into stuff and I'm pretty small so yeah and now with covid you would think they would have precautions in place but I don't remember seeing anything like that. Also thought the clothes were similar to what they have in pics online but unfortunately I didn't see one item I even bothered looking at

So sorry I was there for 5 hours and no one came in ) because it was deadly hot out. i am also not well because I threw my back out and slipped a disc so I had posted that on the door

Showed up for a quick shopping trip on a Sunday and the store was closed. Store hours are limited to four hours a day, and as a mom with a full time job shopping time for myself is limited. Sorely disappointed that the store is never opened when I am able to go, and really bad business policy to not keep updated store hours online. Not sure how this place stays in business.

UPDATE** to clarify: we tried to ring the bell, knocked on the window and door at 1pm. we tried again at 2:30. I also called the store several times thinking someone was in the back. NO ONE was there- its to bad the owner does not adhere to the posted business hours. There was nothing posted on the door other than a note "Door Sticks"  but it was locked so it did not matter.
