Chris and the staff are INCREDIBLE! Chris is one of, if not, the best people in the Funko community. He is willing to work with you and such a good person. Met him at a recent convention and I wish I was local to NYC to go to his shop whenever.

I ordered 2 booster boxes from them and they included the buy a box promo which was really awesome of them. The prices of the booster boxes is really good and shipping for me is amazing. I actually placed a pre-order on the website and was very pleased with the service I received. I got two separate emails thanking me for my purchase. Once the item was finally able to be shipped it arrived a lot faster than I was expecting jt too. I had ordered a funko pop and it came with a custom pop protector, which I had no idea was going to come with it but I really like it. Would highly recommend to anyone

Absolutely love Undiscovered Realm! I bought some toploader card protectors from them a long time ago and they included a little flyer with the order that I stuck on my fridge to check them out further later. Well, later on I started collecting funko pops and I found their flyer and decided to browse the site. Immediately found two I wanted very reasonably priced and bought them! I love how for some of their listings they have different options - new, shelf wear, box damage, so you know what you’re getting. When the package came it was very well-packed with bubble wrap. I’m EXTREMELY picky with how products are packed in online orders (a poorly packed box is enough for me to not be a repeat customer) so this was appreciated. The pops came in perfect condition. 10/10 will order again.
