Great store in North Hill, Akron.  It is very organized, and it is easy to get through, looking for those old and newer items. We've  been going for years.  The staff are kind and helpful.

Huge store. Lots of selection from furniture to baby stuff, glassware, books, DVDs, and so much more!

Absolutely don't even think about it, just come to this place. You will NOT be disappointed! I always waddle out of here with more than I bargained for... arms full! AMAZING DEALS! (I hide it in my trunk so my husband won't know 🤫) It feels like a fun day date with the girlfriends, except you're alone. (I'm alone) Customer service is fabulous. They're always so nice and accommodating... I try to stop by real quick... then I pop out of a dark corner 3 hours later, engulfed.... finding all sorts of treasures.

Slowly but surely the Abby Anne’s crew has made my life better. The atmosphere of the store is perfect for what they do, and the hustle amongst staff is great. They communicate and are heavily invested in their expertise. They don’t beat around the bush with maybes, and they price accordingly. As far as consignment goes, they are fair for what they do. If you listen to instructions well, you’ll have a much easier time working with them. All the other consignments have been extremely hard to deal with. They want you to photograph and text catalogs of items to ensure they want what you have. Abby Anne’s recognizes that they are coming up just as much as you are, and they have the traffic in and out to back their percentage kept. It’s higher than most, but I am far less invested in the sale and display than I would be in other stores. I can’t tell you how many stores have sent me packing, or wasted hours of my time hauling items around. The lack of laziness at Abby Anne’s speaks miles, and the fact they have been in business as long as they have also holds weight. If you’re trying to declutter, and make a few bucks, they do a wonderful job.

Super impressed.  This store has housewares, kitchen items, glassware, games and puzzles, baskets, luggage just about anything you might be looking for except clothing. I could move around and browse easily.  Some very nice furniture.  There are a couple of basement areas, but be careful on the stairs.

This is one of my favorite thrift type stores in the area. They have a massive selection of just about anything you could want to find and the staff is knowledgeable and kind and courteous. I try to go here at least once a month just to see what new treasures they have brought in.

It's always a mini treasure hunt when I go to Abbey Ann's. I've been going for years and it's one of my favorite places to go to for a used item that's new to me. You can find really cool things there. I like the Cuyahoga Falls Avenue store 😊.

Very friendly staff. They have lots and lots of used little items. They also have lots of furniture for bedrooms and dinning rooms. Prices are fair and they even help you load everything up. Well worth the stop if you are on a budget.

Hidden gem. I  love this place. The staff is great. Paul is the best, he helped load my purchases in my SUV every visit. You won't be disappointed if you visit.

If you are looking to furnish a new apartment or home for cheap, this place is where it’s at. Plenty of inventory to choose from and they have both new and used items. I went for a simple steel bed frame and they had a full-sized one for only $30. I have also gotten items from here in the past, including a full bedroom set (4 items with a four post bed, two dressers and a side table) for only $200.

I absolutely love the one on Tallmadge Avenue. They have a lot of vintage things that can be repurposed. I felt like I went back in time. The employees were super friendly and helpful and offered a discount. They helped me get my furniture into my van too. I will definitely be back

The older couple who were working (I'm assuming the owners) were so polite and kind. I bought a real nice dresser at a decent price. A cute, quality used furniture store.

Wonderful experience with this business. Paul the owner is incredible. New items arrive all most daily. They treat you fair and square. The very best consignment store I have ever had the pleasure of doing business ever. It's like an ongoing auction. You won't be dissipointed.

I LOVE LOVE this one particular Abbey Ann's. And ONLY This one. The customers are treated exceptionally well and are respected and valued. AND THE FINDS ARE AMAZING. The quality of the antique, QUALITY furniture and other items is great.

Every visit is like a treasure hunt, from heirloom cast iron skillets to a one-of-a-kind antique wood treasure chest, you will absolutely find things you didn't even know you were looking for. AND, if mid-century modern is your thing--you are in for a special treat!

No, it's not the most spacious or neatest store in the city, but THAT is what adds to the thrill of it all. Love it!!

I LOVE this place. All of the other  Abbey Ann's are gross and gives this Abbey Anns a bad name.  This one is customer oriented and has GREAT prices. That is if you want REAL furniture. I read some of the reviews and some said that you could go to Kmart and buy it new, for their prices. Yes you could, but it wont last because Abbey Ann's actually sells SOLID real WOOD and not flimsy stuff. I have bought numerous items, and all are still in tact. I really enjoy this place.

Great place to go find household wares, nicknacs, wall hangings, furniture, vintage, books....always something new in stock.

My ex used to LOVE going to this place at least 3 or 4 times a month. They always had some really nice stuff there.

Very large store with many bargains. Don't miss the basement where there a many used chairs in good to great condition!

Got a great deal... i don't claim to know their business better than they do, but I'm confident in knowing that Correlle is NOT comparable to Franciscan dishes... but whatever.... either way, it's not a reason for nastiness. I let it go, but my shopping buddy was NOT having it. Check your tone and attitude store employees. Or, don't... we won't return.

This is not a real furniture store. Abby Ann's only posts furniture on Facebook and for those of us who would never sign up for Facebook, we will shop somewhere else.

Good prices for the furniture but the customer service was terrible. Came in with my wife, three people were working & not one of them greeted us or asked if they could help with anything. We will not shop anywhere where we do not feel welcomed

When I got in there I heard a young gentleman asked about a TV stand that originally came from Walmart brand new it is $119 the price they had listed was $120 discounted to 79. Now tell me something how are you going to get something free from somebody and then turn around and try to sell it for full face value as if it was brand new in a box and then say you're discounting it. That's not the aliens I know of last time I checked you can go in there and you can Bargain shop with the pricing.  She would not give the guy 10 more dollars off of an object that she probably received for free or Pennies on the dollar every other Abby and that I have been to does Bargain shop. Then I proceeded to ask that same lady there was a vanity that I looked at that I thought about getting it was not an antique it was not a high quality vanity but they were asking for high-quality prices the vanity that I wanted was literally a hundred and $19 but the same exact vanity I went online on Craigslist eBay and Amazon and it was going for a little over $80 used.  Last time I checked Abbey Ann's was a place that people who don't have a lot of money can go to to buy things for their household that look decently nice not at this location they want damn near face brand new store-bought value for their things that's the reason why I write them the way I did and as far as the customer service after I told the lady that I was not going to accept the price that she was asking for because it was way overpriced she proceeded to walk off on me without trying to comfort the customer to see if she could get a sellout or just made me feel better she didn't even give a crap. To Mark things down 5:10 to $15 and say that's a discount when the price that you're asking in the first place is damn near a store value brand new out the box on the items and the items aren't even brand new out the box that's not a discount that's called getting hustled and swindled.

Unfortunately, you attempted to sell items online that needed picked up within 48 hours unsuccessfully. You then thought it wise to increase your asking price and contact a local business in the industry for over 35 years. Once it was determined that you were expecting to be handed $300 while expecting the items, which were in poor condition, to be picked up and removed at our additional expense we simply chose to pass. Your approach, overall tone and honesty were very apparent from the start. 

Called store to sell some furniture and sent pictures to them. I asked them how much would they would give me for it. Guy said tell us what you want. I gave him a price for everything and also told him i had 2 other pieces. He came back and asked why i was asking for  more than what i had them posted for on Marketplace. I said i had to other items that weren't on Marketplace. Thats like me asking them why they are selling the items for more than they paid me for them. SMH!! And i'll never do business with this one again. And i have all this in a text message if they want proof.

Abbey Ann's is not an appliance store. That's why there isn't any advertised. The only appliances that enter the property for resale are Immaculate, barely used - like new and completely 100% tested.

Reached out to see about them purchasing my furniture, selling my whole apartment. I was told my items were nice but too pricey. I asked for the best offer they could give. Makes no sense at all. Especially considering the fact that I’ve seen what they’ve charged for similar items such as a dining table with three chairs. Just totally disregarded me and it’s upsetting.

I bought a clock for fifteen dollars the old lady assured me it worked got home to open it up to discover ducked tape and card board  holding the clock motor in place and it didn't work. Most items were way over priced and the place was very dirty. Both Abby Ann's in my area are this way very dusty hard to breathe. I won't be back i think next tim I want to pass away 15 dollars ill just buy some scratch off tickets.

My grandma called them to come take the rest of the stuff she didn't want to keep,  this was last Friday.  They have been in and out all week. Tonight about 7:30 pm They (5 people) where in her house with flashlights,  long story short the cops came because no one else was at the house,  the cops ran their names,  they ALL had expired licences,  and 2 had charges with meth.  They couldn't have let anyone know that they where there for addt Ann's.  So now one vehicle is in her driveway because no one admitted to driving it tonight.  They look,  and sound really schetchy, I have never been there and I don't plan to give them my money in the future. How disrespectful.
