Nicest staff and great deals. Unlike some other thrift stores in the area they r managed to keep their prices very reasonable.

I love this place! Great customer service, low prices, great selection, and all for a good cause. I regularly come away with a bag of stuff for $5-10. Also, far more organized and stylized than other thrift stores I have been to. Sometimes you'll get to see a dog or cat that a customer has brought in. It's just such a happy place!

There is literally nothing negative to say about happy Tails. Not only do all proceeds benefit the humane society, but it's run by the absolute sweetest women. My god they're so kind. The items in the shop are extremely inexpensive, like half the price of goodwill and to know your money is going toward helping animals make it far more meaningful. They have the coolest and most unique items too. I decked out my bathroom is soooo much Sailor decor and it cost less than 15 dollars. They sell shirts, jewelery, bags, furniture, books, kitchenware, household items and decorations. Such an awesome place. Definitely go

I love Happy Tails! It is one of the most well-organized and reasonably priced thrift shops. They offer a wide selection of cared-for household items, craft supplies, books, etc. I particularly love their vinyl records (which are filed alphabetically and by genre!) -- I find something to take home every time.

Great resale shop! Great variety and amazing prices. Plus, it all supports rescued dogs and cats. One of my favorite places to shop with my little dog.

Good amount of glassware, books, videos, and textile. Not a lot of large furniture or any clothing. Live cats for adoption inside. Proceeds benefit the humane society. You can score some good deals if you are a reseller.

Beautiful, big thrift store that benefits a great cause. I thought it was well organized and reasonably priced. I found some board games, cat toys, a purse, cloth napkins, a nice vintage pyrex casserole for $5. So many goodies that I needed a cart! If I was local this would definitely be on my thrift list. If you love to poke around in thrift shops, you have to check out Happy Tails Thrift Store. This is not a clothing thrift but they have everything else from a replacement cooking pot lid to vintage jewelry, books to antique collections, tools to decorations. And all the profits support the animals at the Summit County ASPCA.

This is an excellent place to donate all those unwanted items as you declutter your home and it goes to a good cause! They take furniture, knick nacks, dishes, books and music.  It is also a great place for college students to find inexpensive housewares they might need or for a collector to browse and find a neat item to add for their collection!

Always managed to find a few treasures, it was quite busy today. Everyone there is very nice. Of course the best part is that whatever you spend or donate goes to help animals in summit county

Lots of good wares, great staff, friendly. Never leave empty handed. Purchases benefit the Humane Society and the bargains are outstanding. Shopping there is a win, win! Quite a large selection of wares from New to vintage.  Enjoyable shopping experience.

Neat finds! I was pleasantly surprised to find some unique antiques here. I loved the electronics section.. found some nostalgic Polaroid cameras in great conditions. Also found some old books, postcards, and vinyl records. Super friendly staff and I like how everything is sorted. Will definitely recommend to all my thrifty friends, and I'll be returning frequently!

One of my favorites!  I seem to find new sections every time we go.  They don't accept clothes so the entire shop is dedicated to "the other stuff" like furniture, dishes, frames, antiques, etc.  There is really so much here!  It's my favorite place to stop if I'm looking for a quality used baking pan or a new vase.

Neat place, great prices.  Only suggestion would be to play some music in the store ... I always feel like I'm in a library, not that I don't like libraries, I love them but a little music has been shown to increase revenue.  Besides, it is a nice touch.

A great little store with great prices and fast and friendly service. They have anything and everything you may need. Good Prices.  Furniture is a little on the pricey side, but the thrift store supports animal care so it is for a good cause.  The sections are well curated and the over all store is neat and very well organized.

I love this place, and the people that work here are so pleasant! This is my go to place when I want to shop, because I get my gift ideas within their unique variety of items. And the very BEST part is the proceeds go to the shelter animals of the Humane Society! I LOVE all animals. I adopted (2) cats from there, and will continue to. ADOPT, don't shop!  But DO shop here!

Very nice. Lots of glassware and cookware. Many small items but organized decently. I like that it benefits the humane society. It is easy to find and it has a stoplight so you can get out of parking lot easy. It is very, very, quiet in the place. I will be going back.

I love this place! I’ve found some lovely antiques here from books, little hair pieces, clothing patterns, umbrellas, and some jewelry! Lots of reasonably priced cookware too! Proceeds help the fluffy baby animal friends so that’s the best part!!!!!!

My favorite addiction !  GREAT store.... beautifully organized by friendly volunteers...... very reasonable prices.... always a “treasure trove” of fun !!!!!  The people at the check out desk are ALSO extraordinarily friendly !    My car seems to have a magnetic attraction to Happy Tails !!!!!!  And, of course, the biggest bonus of all is the help it brings to animals in need.

A surprising and eclectic selection of well merchandised items from everyone's childhood through yesterday's downsizing. Clean facility with great customer service and ever - changing inventory. And everything you buy goes to a great cause. How can you lose?

Well-organized thrift store with fair prices where your money goes to a great cause. I've found several nice little treasures here. However, there is one employee (volunteer?) that is so awful that I won't even check out if she's at the counter, which she doesn't seem to be as much lately. I've heard her complain that she needed a break from customers and once, when I was discussing with my family buying a costume (for a store display) she interrupted and snidely asked whether I thought it would fit me. It was so unnecessary, so mean, and completely unprovoked. Having said that, one bitter woman doesn't stop me from shopping and donating here. I just remind myself, "It's for the animals, it's for the animals...."

Good store!  People are great and 100% of proceeds go to the animals at the humane society.  I wouldn’t necessarily call it a “thrift store” anymore as the prices rival local antique stores.  I love the thrill of the hunt and can always find cool treasures here!

Anytime I need something for my rescue this is the first place I go.  Some merch is overpriced but the cause couldn't be better. If your looking for items for your pets the prices are terrific! I love going there and highly recommend it to everyone.

I absolutely love that they are supporting the humane society, but… and I don’t know how to put this professionally, but the majority of inventory is junk. You’ll find maybe a couple things that could be worth buying, but I’ve been here twice so far and am disappointed. Maybe the valuable items are just bought up quickly or I’m going on the wrong days?

They have some very nice vintage things but it is definitely not what I would consider a thrift store. The Vintage items are top dollar. People that shop at thrift stores are looking for a deal. I understand that some of the money goes to the Humane Society but if they want to move their product they need to lower their prices.

Went looking for tea sets, most of the sets are all priced as individual items and not as a set which is a bit ridiculous since it's a set. Pricing is a bit on the medium to high for a thrift store and set up is chaotic.

So it is a nice thrift shop, but not friendly. When there I found 2 small espresso cups without a price, when I asked a store employee how much they cost, she said there should be saucers with them, so she took the cups from me and said I’ll take those, I have to figure out what happened to the saucers. She took them and walked away and didn’t say anything else to me. She could have said you can purchase them without the saucers (because I would have), or let me check for you etc. NOTHING. I thought that was rude!!! The cashiers were not too friendly either, they just stared at my child for some reason. This was my first time at this store. So don’t know how I feel about it. Not to welcoming to me.

Nice store with lots of neat items. Just wish that the salt and pepper shakers I brought were out in my bag. I am unable to go back to the store as I head home to North Carolina tomorrow.

Great store! Prices have been increasing for awhile now. Used to be cheaper. Have put stuff back and walked out of the store multiple times in the past few months due to staff standing there talking to the customers, chit chatting while there's other people waiting in line.

I’ve found some great bargains but dropping off donations was a very unpleasant experience. The woman working the donation tent was very unpleasant. There’s too many other places to donate to have to put up with that!

Was just in this store on Saturday April 12 2025, just before closing. My daughter is 6 months pregnant and needed to suddenly use the restroom. The older lady told us she couldn't use the restroom, it was a health concern. The older lady told her to walk to McDonalds!!! Looked  it up, this is totally illegal per Ohio code Title 41 Labor and Industry, Chapter 4173 section .02, Use by certain customers of employee restrooms, House Bill 281.
My daughter and her husband are extremely frequent visitors, not just random customers. I was going to purchase items and put them back and will not be back again
Reporting this Monday to the appropriate people,  as they hung up on me when I called and informed them it was illegal.

The worker who is a middle-aged white lady with short blonde hair is racist. she asked another coworker to help a customer grab some thing and she said OK which Customer and she said the African-American one… also, not to mention, she was very rude to her coworker. She kept commanding her to do stuff. she was also rude to my sister, my sister was checking out and she kept ignoring everything My sister would say she didn’t smile one time. also the store smells bad. It’s a shame I wanted to shop there because some of the money goes to the Humane Society, but the racist girl needs to be fired!!

I have spent hundreds here….donated countless of times as well.
I had exactly $3 in cash and when I tried to buy the item I was short .20 cents. I scrambled everywhere, she even let me go scramble in my car..I asked to swipe my card which I understand you can’t unless I was to buy a separate purchase of $5 or more which I did not want to do.
Ultimately the cashier DENIED selling me the item because I was short .20 cents……so you lost out on $3 because you preferred having $3.20……REMINDER YOU ARE A THRIFT STORE.

I heard that name brand purses had been stolen from them and if anyone could donate some more it would be helpful. I went through my purses and had some very nice ones to donate.  I took them there and was not sure where to put them.  Lady there was EXTREMELY rude and yelled at me to not come into the tent.  I wasn't,  I was just trying to see if there was someone in there.  I guess no good deed goes unpunished!!!!

While shopping I found an item that was on the floor by a shelf (not uncommon as there are a lot of items on the ground in baskets etc. there from what I saw). I picked it up and put it in my basket. A few minutes later an employee comes up to me and goes “oh here it is you took this!!!” She then reaches down and TAKES THE ITEM OUT OF MY BASKET. She said “this was on hold for someone and they decided they wanted it so hope that’s okay”. No! It isn’t okay! Number one, the item was on the sales floor with absolutely no tag or anything on it that said “sold” or even “on hold” and then I am proceeded to be embarrassed in front of others to make it seem like I TOOK this item from someone?! The item was not on hold! It was not behind a counter, in a cart, nothing. The person should have given it to the cashier or kept it in her own basket if she wanted it. I was extremely disappointed in the manner in which this was handled. I cannot believe they would come searching for it and take it out of my basket. I hope when that employee goes shopping anywhere people don’t come up to her and take things out of her cart and make her feel the way she made me feel. I would not go back here.
