All the experience I have is at the card side of shop and I've never had a bad experience there. The have a ton of cards in boxes. And the people are super friendly and nice. Shout out to the cashier on the Pokemon side of the store I think his name is Sean.

I've gotten some rare finds in this store that were in surprisingly great condition. Over the past 6 months I've purchased The Suffering 1 and 2 for PS2, Silent Hill 2 for PS2, and Silent Hill Downpour for PS3. They were all in fantastic condition.

This place really cares about game preservation which is becoming more and more important the deeper we get into an all digital age. I'll always keep coming back to this store and would easily recommend anyone who loves games of old and new to come here. Keep up the great work.

Very clean space, friendly conversational and personable staff that seemed very knowledgeable. Huge Funko collection was fun too. Especially the Rainbow Troll. John even helped us find a local guitar shop.

I have been playing collectible card games for nearly 20 years. In that time I have been to game stores all over the country, and none of them have come close to measuring up to We Buy Games.

They are truly an establishment that believes the best business practice is to steward a great community of repeat customers who love games.

I have been there dozens of times, and never once has it been anything less than a fun, welcoming, positive experience.  These are the most honest people in hobby community, and they always do right by their guests.  On top of amazing service, the store is always clean, orderly, and has a wide selection of products.

If you are in the Cincinnati area and you have any collectible card or retro gaming needs, this is the place to go.  You will not be disappointed.

Nice people work there. They have old mtg card sets and D&D books along with Pokemon cards. They have a video game store with ps2, ps3 and ps4 games. Switch, gamecube and Nintendo 64 games as well.

This store really knows it’s stuff. From old games to new Pokémon cards this staff doesn’t miss a beat! Ask questions they are friendly and more then willing to help. I recommend this store if you are a constant gamer or collector it literally has everything I’ve ever wanted or needed. You guys rock!

If your into MTG this is a great shop to go to. I like finding deals in the case, looking through bulk, or just trying to find those singles you cant find anywhere else. Not to mention next door is their video game store. Attached are some finds. Hope you luck in yours!

Friendly staff, nice selection of games, and unlike most places actually know the price of what they have, which is bad for my wallet but good on them as it shows they really know what they’re doing. Along with an nice atmosphere I always enjoy going here.

Bought a playstation 2 from them and had to exchange it the same day because it quit reading the controller after an hour.  They exchanged it for another and the sound was bad on the second one. The third try we had them plug it in and it works without any issues before leaving the store.  Not thrilled when I'm driving an hour to keep exchanging it but they are great people who have taken care of any issues we had.  Hopefully the third times a charm.

Been going here since they opened.  Staff is very knowledgeable.   Great selection of retro games, especially at the present time.  Their inventory levels far surpass many other gaming stores I have been to.   Some of their games that they keep under lock and key, the more desirable or rare games, can be a little pricey.  That said, they are completely worth checking out.  Went in tonight and asked about TMNT's 4 for super nes.   Immediately, the rep said "that's turtles in time, right?"    Then he lead me to the display case and helped me locate it.  Just one example of several that we have had with the staff there. If you are in to gaming, please check them out.

These folks at We Buy Games have always been far more fair at pricing my trade in games than GameStop could ever imagine being.  The staff continually demonstrate their knowledge base of the games I’m interested in.
The used games are a fair price, and definitely worth checking out if you’re unsure whether you’re going to like the game or not.

This place is awesome. They have a great selection of classic and new games. There are two sides to this store. A video game side and a playing card side. The card side also has a great selection and a lot of room for gaming and tournaments. I enjoyed this place for sure.

Love the broad selection of games for ALL systems! A lot of rare ones at great prices! It took every fiber of my being not to blow my entire paycheck in there! Staff was great too!

It is a good little game store that does also have Magic events. They are working on expanding their space, so to hold more events. This place holds a lot of promise and deserves to get a visit or 5. :) the staff are also great too ^-^

Great selection and service. You can message them on facebook about the availability of a game and price and they respond very quickly. Ive bought 5 games from them and all but one worked perfectly. The one that didnt stops work when its played for about an hour so they can't be faulted for not knowing. Plus they will take a broken game back and swapped or your money back.

They don't carry any PC games in their video game section, although credit where it's due, from what I saw the console games were priced very well. In the tabletop section, their inventory is 90% Magic the Gathering cards, with the other 10% being a few DnD things & deck protectors. A bit disappointing. Both were clean, organized, and had friendly staff, though.

They were cool and all. Spent 200 on 3dsxl and 3 games, wanted a playstation 4 remote and hes charging 45 dollars.  I said thats what walmart and target is selling it for and he didnt care. I said give me 5 off to make me feel like im not paying full retail price, he didnt care.  Anyway. Spent 300 bucks today and wont he back. Hes price hiking real talk. I needed the remote and he knew it and my son wanted the ds.  I spend racks for real.  Its his loss

Cool place to look around & shop or just hang out and play magic BUT if you're wanting to sell cards, you are better off going elsewhere. They low-ball everytime & there are a couple really rude employees.

I used to be a normal customer of their Amelia location, but not after today. Not only has most of their good stock has transferred to either Ebay or their Cherry Grove location, their customer service is seriously lacking as well. Ran into a situation where one of the store clerks brought out a stack of Sega Saturn games for me to look at - many of which were priced. The other clerk tells the other (does not speak to me) that the games are most likely going on Ebay and haven't been priced. He then takes the stack from in front of me as I was looking at it, and puts it back to the back of the store. The other clerk asked, "what about the customer?" The other guy said, "it's fine, don't worry about it." I walked out.

The store used to have a chill, mom & pop vibe, but not any more. I'm fine with retro shops moving the sought after items to Ebay - I get it. As a local customer, though, it makes it hard to support local businesses when prices go sharply up, selection goes down, and customer service expectations also go down.

IF I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS I WOULD. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. THE MANAGER IS SO RUDE! Do not recommend going here.

I’ve been in this location a lot buying mostly TCG card bundles from $120 plus a trip. The past few times I’ve been the staff is beyond rude. If you ask a price for a card they are selling (sense not all cards are priced) the answer has ALWAYS been the same… “whatever the going rate is” well here’s food for thought maybe get off the chair you love to sit in on the left side of the shop as you enter and actually be professional and give me a price. Needless to say I take my business elsewhere don’t need the nasty service when I’m spending a lot of $$$$.

I have bought video games at this location and sold video games at their Cherry Grove location. Both of those experiences were 5 star experiences. However, my review and the rating of 1 star has to do with my MTG card selling experience today. The clerk in the store clearly didn't want to deal with me because most of the stuff I was selling was pre-built, which he was not looking for (which I understand). However, when he got to my individual cards, he was thumbing through while looking around the store and even thumbed past a large group of cards that were backwards and only looked at the back. (I am no card buying expert, but I believe it is easier to evaluate cards if you actually look at their faces!) After thumbing through my cards, he said he wasn't interested in low quality cards like those that I brought in. (Again, I am not an expert but I don't think it is good customer service to call a customer's product low quality especially if you want them to return and spread good word of mouth about the business.) Finally, after rejecting my cards, he didn't even allow me to collect my items before he started serving another guest in the same area that I was gathering things up in. In short, if you are looking to sell to a card shop with rude employees who don't give you the time of day, this is the place for you! Otherwise, go somewhere else!

If you do not have prior knowledge of selling DO NOT sell here. Completely scammed out of a system worth $100+ and was given $10. I was taken advantage because of my age and my lack of knowledge. Also, games are outrageously priced. Some used games are being sold for 150% of release price. The shop has no reason to be this greedy and uses their customers. If you are wanting to be somewhat thrifty do not go here ever.

We had visited this store on several occasions, and had great experiences....however, we purchased a PlayStation 1, and a game to play in that particular system. We took it home, played the game, and it would not save. We brought the system back to the store, and the kid sent us home with another one, which would not even LOAD a game. When brought back to the store we were informed we had to take a store credit because they did not have another one in. Trying to return a game is one thing, credit on a game, I can understand, credit for a system that was sold under the pretenses that it had been inspected and was in good working order that did NOT work, SHOULD NOT be made to penalize the customer. NEEDLESS to say, we will be burning up the in store credit and taking our game business to Game Swap in the future.
