One of my fav resale shops to support. Always great finds here! The clothing store is to the left and home furnishings store on right.  They offer a reward punch card  program for regular shoppers. Also a great place to donate items for them to resell for great cause. I have found many fav clothing items here!

Went here a few weeks ago and had a very pleasant experience. Low prices and very friendly volunteers. Excited to hear they’re expanding and adding furniture right next door. It will definitely be one of my go-to thrift shops now since most of the chains are getting greedy with their prices.

Excellent place to shop.  Volunteer run and all proceeds go to local Cleveland non profits.

Great local thrift shop that gives all proceeds away to local charities via a grant process.

I love the Good Neighbors Thrift shop. It is my new favorite place to donate goods to. All the people that work there are volunteers with wonderful, loving hearts ❤️. Every single time I have taken donations in, I have looked around and not left empty-handed. The goods are priced to sell, and the profits go to charities.

Very helpful people, great prices, and we have donated to them frequently because the funds go to so many wonderful charities

My Favorite Thrift Shop!!! I have found so many wonderful items in this store. Prices are great, staff is helpful and so nice!

I'm sorry you are disappointed by the process! We have to quarantine items for a day or two due to Coronavirus which is why we had to do by appointment. These Covid guidelines have been very frustrating for us as well and we look forward to going back to normal when we can take everyone's donations all the time! We hope you will be patient with us and come back to us soon!

This is a true charity to donate to. They use all profits to help others. The prices are reasonable, nice quality goods and the volunteers that work there are great!!

What a great find. Great little thrift shop. Great selection of home goods, nice clothing and shoes, books and videos, jewels and many other things. The prices are great and the people who work there are really nice. I recommend this store highly. It also supports a great charity.

Great little thrift store with awesome prices plus all proceeds benefit different local charities.  Most workers are volunteers too.

This is the last decent charity shop on the North Coast.  Kind staff & low prices always make it a pleasant experience.  It is a CHARITY SHOP, and charity begins at home, so be patient, be kind and be thoughtful.  This shop is staffed by VOLUNTEERS, not paid employees.

Great place to find deals and some treasures. One of the workers is very rude, odd that she works in a thrift store. If I walk in and she's there I walk back out.
Edit: talked to another manager and got things straightened out no more issues especially since they opened a furniture section that's open on Saturday!

First time there not bad everything there like clothes purses kitchen stuffs shoes Christmas decorations and many more go there and check it out I bought desk lamp love it like new and banana stand love it ❤ will go back again soon

Great thrifty! I've been to many thrift shops, but this is my favorite.  VERY organized,  super sweet people running it and very reasonable.

One of my favorite stores period. Staff is always friendly. Prices are extremely fair. My girlfriend and I stop about once a week now.

Me and my mother have been going to the good neighbor store for many years. I've always found great stuff and good deals. The staff have been great to me and her. Knowing that everyone has bad days and sometimes get confused. But... Everyone is is friendly and always there to help.

It’s like a little boutique you almost don’t even know the stuff is reused. And a good atmosphere lovely people cute quaint and a lot of selection. You can either come in and sit and have a cup of coffee

My favorite thrift shop. I shop here at least monthly, sometimes more often. Small, but with a fast turnover in products, and the clothing is all very nice quality and brands. Great prices on everything, and worth checking regularly: sometimes they have half price sales on clothing, making already great prices even better! Nice selection of dishes and kitchenware. Friendly staff.

A quaint little thrift store on a sleepy road. Some of the nicest employees I have ever met. They have a small second hand selection, but some very nice plates and cups.

I shopped here for many years.I was in there about 2 yrs ago.I checked on a book about ClevelandOh.This book was on the top shelf,big and heavy. I checked the outer room for help! No help,only the check out cashier with a long line.I got the book down,it fell against my wrist.Fast forward,I had surgery on my hand and wrist.They refused to help pay for my surgery! NOW, they ha e a caution sigh up! A little late! What fool would put a heavy book on the highest shelf!!! I looked for help,told the cashier I needed assistance in getting a book down.No help!

We are sorry you are disappointed in the prices.  We haven't raised the price of clothing or books for almost 10 years. We try to keep everything else priced competitively with other local Thrift shops and still find our prices often beat other stores. On top of that we donate thousands of dollars of items to those in need of clothing and household goods. We are dedicated to helping those in our community and truly appreciate our customers. Been going here for years. They must have new management.  Prices are outrageous! I belive they are asking prices that are on Ebay. Honestly some even higher.. Crazy! I won't be wasting my time going back..

I'm sorry you had this experience! Please keep in mind most of the people at our store are volunteers. We are a thrift shop so the inventory changes daily so it's truly impossible to know off the top of your head.  Please feel free to speak to a manager if you have any issues in the future.

They never know what they have it stock. The last time I called to see if they had an ice cream maker. I asked and was very rudely told, "We might!" Then the wo.an just hung up!? I had a car full of items I was going to drop of for them. Now I will be going to the Salvation Army in Avon Ohio instead. Where the know what customer service is. If you don't like interacting with people? Don't get a job in customer service!?! Just saying 😡👎💩

Awful! Usually the ladies are so sweet but there was a horribly rude person named anna.

Good neighbor NOT. He was so mean, nastiest person ever. He hung up on me, I simply called to enquire about a picture in the window.  He cut me off and told me that items in the window are not for sale, only a tease to get you to come in.  He said that they don't even own some of the items, when I politely asked if they owned the picture and before I could if not could they asked the owner if they would sell it. He yelled it's not for sale and hung up on me.

I would NEVER shop in that store.
