Have bidded on an item that they claim to worked fine that did not ie. a grill. They suggested I hall it back but I already threw it out, I do not bid on mechanical or similar type items. They change their policies quite frequently but sent me an email when my credit card that they had on file had gotten hacked had not gone through. I quickly made good on my bid. Well when I bid and won on a small cluster of artificial flowers that I did not notice was an off site bid I went to pick up was no longer available because I had not picked on the exact date. They brought back the item but instantly put it up for reauction and KEPT my money. When I said it was not right and would take my business elsewhere I was told I should have picked up my item on time and an employee told me to kiss his A$$. SO BIDDER /BUYER BEWARE.
We are sorry that you feel that our buyers must beware. We do everything we can to provide excellent & ethical customer service. Regarding the grill, we can’t seem to find where you were ever invoiced for a grill dating back to when you become a bidder in 2017. Perhaps you mixed us up with another auction company. Regarding the flowers that you won on the Massillon auction for $15, the auction details and invoices stated in bold red lettering that the pickup was in Massillon and there was only one pickup day. Please do not bid if you are unable to pickup on that day and any items not picked up will be abandoned without refund. You did not pick up nor did you notify us in any way that you could not make pickup. The flowers were donated. I think under these circumstances that you may be a bit harsh giving us a 1 star review. -Nancy Sheeler, President
