I love love this place they have great choices on household furniture. The employees are so kind friendly and helpful. They also have brand new furniture and used plus they have lay a way which helps alot.

I bought My bedroom furniture, living and dinning. After breaking up my engagement I had to purchase another living room set and I must say I love this place. The lady and gentleman that own it are AMAZING. She is very generous and will negotiate. The furniture was very good quality and delivery was on time and very professional!!! I'm very picky about what I buy, I like vintage and antiques, I have never experienced bedbugs and so i've never experienced  from there obviously.  The owner gets in new and Vintage items daily. The guys that deliver are the same since I started going there. They have sat up furniture for me. Prices have gone up on delivery but prices have gone up on everything in the good ole USA.
They have lots of pictures (art) chairs, couches, tables/chairs, clocks, tvs, mattress/ box springs  new, you can  call ahead to see if what u r looking for is in stocks. She buys furniture as well. Have a great day

Always good service an I seen a guy in checking to make sure they don't have bed bugs which I think that is awesome people don't realize even new furniture and bedding can have bed bugs so my what is off to this lady I will always go here I have spent over $2,000 last year alone on furniture and I spent my money here

My wife and I love this store and have purchased a number of items here. She will haggle within reason if you buy a lot, and is always very attentive. Of course used products aren't always in good condition, but I have been satisfied with the prices and selection.

I needed furniture for a room in a house just off-campus. All American Furniture had everything I needed except an extra-long twin bed. They special ordered a bed just for me and delivered it with the rest of my furniture with no fuss. When I need more furniture in the future, I will go there again for sure. They had wonderful prices and the delivery people arrived on time.

I have purchased several pieces of furniture and sold furniture that I no longer needed at this store. Never any problem with bed bugs. Great prices and great deals for multiple items. Very reasonable and reliable delivery. I recommend this company very highly.

I have never had a problem with any of thier beds or matresses i bought beds frames and matress for all 3 of my rooms. The only reason it was not 5 star is I do not smoke and they smoke in the shop so yes it takes for ever for the smell to go away.They have antiques and hard to find items as well as can order new items in for you upon request .Also have a 30 payment options .

From Furniture To Mattresses And Digital Appliances, All-American Has What You'd Want. The Customer Service Is A Bit Slow, But Once The Process Is Started, You're In And Out In Less Than 10min. They Also Do Delivery For 40$$ Extra On All Your Items Together. All In All, It's A Good Place To Shop With Lower Prices Than Most Areas.

They have bedbugs in the couches and bed .

Had bedbugs in the remote of a TV we bought. I opened the back to change batteries and thought I seen rust, well it was a dam bedbug it crawled out and I was so stunned and caught off guard that I ran the remote and TV outside I then tapped the remote on ground and all kinds continued to fall out and I killed them one by one some were dead up in it and I know we don't have bedbugs we are clean people! What scares me is the remote and TV sat on the bed in the room for days before we checked it! See my boyfriend doesn't know you should check for those things in the store. We don't know what the owners plan to do about this! Cause I hope we don't have a problem with bedbugs now because I promise I will spread this across the whole state and they will never have any business!

Overall convenient.. issue i have i went in for a dryer. The only dryer they had the older lady stated it was not working it would not spin and someone would be in to fix the dryer. I was contacted the dryer was now fixed and ready for purchase. The dryer lasted exactly 35 days. When i called she told me she would call me back. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. After 2 days of no returned call i called the store back. A gentleman told me there was a note stating out of warranty. My issue is this. The dryer is doing the same thing she had told me was wrong before i purchased. I was rudely turned away. Never again.

everything was fine but i bought 2 used beds they had bed bugs in them now my house is full of bed bugs i tried to tell them once when i bought them then i was given advise on what chemicals to use to get rid of them instead of offering me a refund or 2 new beds then i called today to get the owners attention she had a memory laps doesnt remember selling them to me then she says she cant be responsible for them after a certain time they werent being responsible 2 weeks out after buying them either if i was you i would watch buying used beds from this lady all the other appliances i bought where excellent i will continue buying from them as long as its not a bed its fine now my apartment is full of bed bugs she claimed that they are always inspected and sanitized that very well maybe true but sanitation doesnt get rid of bed bugs and the hide within the bed for a long time before they become active she needs to look up on how bed bugs are found and created within the bed
SO DONT BUY BEDS FROM THEM THEY WONT CLAIM RESPONSABILITY FOR THEIR USED BEDS  THINK BEFORE YOU BUY THEY WONT GIVE ME A REFUND OR A NEW BED(S)
Charged me tax on 35.00 delivery charge on a freezer i had already paid for it wouldnt fit in my car so i ended up paying over 60.00 for delivery charge went there this weekend found something i needed she told me it was 40.00 delivery charge now i asked her if the price had gone up she and he said it had always been 40.00 but i know better but i found the same thing this weekend for 75.00 at the thrift store identical to what i needed she was gonna charge me 125.00 to start 200.00 with matress and 40.00 now delivery fee almost 300.00 for something that really only cost me 75.00 i need to not go back there i feel as im getting ripped off everytime i go in there gave it another try and it didn't work identical and much cleaner than what she had sorry to criticize seems like a nice woman but when it comes to money and the customers needs she gets greedy i understand its a business shes successful but doesn't seem to care about us as her customers its all about the Benjamin's and vacation

I will never buy anything from this place. I guess the owner of the store give you a 30 days warranty on electric appliance, which I don't think it's right. I can see 30 days on furniture but on electric not cool. The people she has working for her is no help! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND NO ONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM HER /THEM!!!!!!!😤😤😤😡😡😠😈👿

They have bed bugs and they know it!!! Don't buy anything from this place or you will regret it for the rest of your life!!!
