I’ve bought from them & sold with them, staff is amazing! I love that they do traditional estate sales all over Columbus, but they also have a showroom that is open once a month—every month their stock is different estates/consignments. They also have certified appraisals which I have gotten for some family heirlooms. 10/10 definitely recommend!!!!

Most amazing place. Staff is incredibly helpful and professional. If you like the finer things and are willing to get it second hand this is your place.

One checkout during the first hours of the first day, a long line, and poor customer service. The man in front of me bought something for $3,000, and much attention was paid to him by the checkout pair. I bought a $35 framed picture that was falling apart. I asked for a bag or a strap of tape around the print to hold it together. This seemed to annoy the checkout staff (which apparently included the sale manager). Rather than try to understand what I wanted, they told me there was a long line and to move along. I guess, if you want to be treated well at a V&V sale, you had better buy a $3,000 pool table or bedroom suite. V&V might consider re-assigning part of their staff that was apparently watching for theft to help with checkout. Maybe having a second or third register open, not just one, would improve the customer experience.
