Hidden gem in Cortland for previously owned furniture, art, knick knacks, China, and clothing too. Diverse selection so there's something for everyone. The staff really do all they can for the customer. You can tell they really enjoy working for this store and take a lot of pride in it. Side note: this location also operates a small UHaul truck rental lot. This comes in handy by being able to rent a $19.99 local truck to get a dining set or sofa home and not break the bank. Patti, the owner, was so welcoming and really helped to zero in on the perfect piece. They offer 10% discount for Facebook check ins and are willing to accept offers if the item has been in the store for over a month or two. Much appreciated and fun! Worth the drive.

Drove over to ck on some items.So while we are looking at the items the sales person comes over to ck on our decision ( because people were asking about the items we were looking at) they were right on the job & we told them that they were appreciated.

Very friendly staff with a large selection to choose from. They get new furniture all the time so if you want something, you need to buy it then or else it will be gone. They allow room to haggle and are willing to hold items until you come to pick it up.

This place is nice to visit weekly as they have gently used furniture and furnishings added. Their prices are reasonable and they seem open to price negotiation. The decorators, owners, grunt workers are genuinely good people! In addition, the environment is filled with music and overall aroma of coffee and vanilla soy candles soothe the air!

Some of the prices are not clearly marked. I can't tell what is sold and what is not.

Long time customer. Brought out of state relatives with me and raved about the store and staff all the way there.
Got there and male owner for whatever reason was rude. He embarrassed me in front of my family, degraded me, and basically called me a liar. All over $10 difference in the price of a picture.  I knew them long enough that all he had to say was, in a friendly tone, that I had been mistaken and all would have been fine. He kept going on and on. The store was packed, everyone heard him. That's minute I knew I could never go back to that store. My family showing their support, will no longer shop their either. Maybe next time the male half will think a little before he speaks.

Don't take items from family estate if you live out town, they will not let you know if you sold items. And if you have family in town to check on it, they will say they will send a check to shut you up for awhile, then never send it.

Wasted a trip here today, issue is there are a lot of items that were marked (layaway) or (Sold), so apparently they sit on the small showroom floor taking up a lot of space??  More items already  sold than for sale...lol

Not very well laid out. Hard to get someone to assist you or answer questions.
