I went in here thinking it was going to be a bunch of beat up furniture that I wouldn't want. Come to find out I furnished my whole living room for a quarter of what it would normally cost. Ashley was so amazing, she had patience, played with my daughter and was just so nice to talk to. Highly recommend here. Thanks ashley!!

One of my favorite second hand stores! Well, actually, make it my favorite! It’s the ladies that work there. They’re so fantastic. I literally get treated like a queen every time I’m there and I know they don’t remember me from each visit! It’s just the way they are. Wonderful. Plus, the prices are great, as well! I always leave with at least three items!

Love this place. All kinds of neat pieces of furniture for an affordable price. And best of all it helps other people to shop there! People are always very nice! Me and my husband love to browse even when we aren’t really buying!

when i walked in furniture with a heart. i was immediately welcomed and was asked if i needed any help looking for anything. there was a man named daniel that checked me out and was very pleasant. daniel was very kind and treated me greatly. i really recommend furniture with a heart not only because of how good stuff i found there, but how good costumer service they have! also not only did i find some great stuff... but when i came to check out he told me that there was a whole other room... and i found some more awesome deals!

I have so much fun shopping in this store. So many neat things to look at and buy. Dan Masters welcomes everyone who comes through the door. He brought your an overstuffed chair and loaded it in my car. Most pleasant  guy in town. Would recommend the store and Dan to all.

They do have quite a few good buys there I have bought many many items from there furniture and Max tents little bit of everything

Beautiful place and very clean, affordable prices too! Bought some gorgeous antique furniture for a very fair price! And the workers are very helpful and friendly. I am about an hour away but it was definitely worth the drive! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing used furniture.

Lots of good stuff and some really good furniture for great prices.

Well some things have wonderful prices others are still a little too pricey however the assistant manager Daniel is wonderful super sweet and super helpful

This is such a fun place, you can find such a variety of things all in one place. It also changes quickly.

This is one of the best programs in the country the staff are very friendly the staff are very considerate the staff are very caring!

Didn't really know what to expect.  Came home with a nice love seat.

It was great I really enjoyed being there I got a sofa a rocking chair with ottoman and another chair very happy. I would suggest anybody go there they have new and used furniture mine is all new I went today and they're delivering it Friday I am a happy camper.

I stumbled upon this place because of curiosity. I recently moved back to Lancaster after years away and wanted to find one of a kind pieces for my new home. This place and their staff is amazing! It has turned into my guilty pleasure and I like to stop in once (or twice, or three times) a week. I have purchased 6 pieces of furniture and several random finds I’ve found here and love every piece. I got delivery for a few things and the delivery guys are so kind and helpful.  I could not recommend this place enough. They are completely non profit, so kind, helpful and the pieces I purchased are one of a kind! Give this place a shot if you’re looking for furniture and other fun things!

My antique buffet is in excellent shape and everyone is friendly from purchase to delivery!

Found a wood hutch beautiful.  For a fraction of the cost at regular furniture stores.

Had a great experience with the delivery of my new mattress set.  They were very courteous and helpful!

Overpriced for Thrift, but staff is very friendly. And store is clean.

Their public side of the store is full of nice things! The other portion of the store is decent for being all donations.

Seems like a great place to shop, great furniture that is decently priced. However, not everything is visibly priced and that is about the only downfall. They seem to not have a very large staff, so it's not always possible to track someone down to find prices on the items that you may be searching for. Overall though, a great place to shop, especially for nice furniture.

They helped me replace some furniture that was destroyed in an accident.  I did not have any funds to replace lost items. They helped me replace several pieces of furniture with some accessories.   The entire experience was outstanding from the moment I was greated til the moment of delivery.  If you can, donate to this company.  They truly  give back to our community.

Prices for glassware are way to high. I buy second hand to get that "discount" so to say. Other then the prices very nice store with a great selection to choose from.

For a thrift store, they keep it cleaner than most.  The help is light and cheerie.

We will review with staff best practices for customer interactions and explanation of discounts, so we provide the best possible customer service to our community.
Currently, most items in our store are using a progressive markdown tag system-meaning when items reach a certain date, they are automatically marked down a certain percentage. Staff is, unfortunately, unable to markdown items outside of those dates. Items without the progressive markdown tags are marked down every 2-4 weeks by the store manager. We are very sorry the item you wanted sold before you were able to purchase it! Items can sell at any time, we never know what someone will come in looking for on a given day. While this can be frustrating, we do not move items off the floor and to the back unless they have sold to a customer and are awaiting pick up.
As a customer, you can also feel assured that we do not have bed bugs and take every step and precaution possible to prevent them from entering our store. All upholstered items are sprayed with the state mandated sterilization spray, items are carefully inspected prior to being filtered in with inventory or picked up, and we constantly keep an eye out for any signs of them at our locations.

Warring stay away from the store (furniture with a heart) there scam artist. I went there Saturday and looked at end table and they didn't want me to buy it till Sunday till they marked it down but go back Sunday and it's gone go figure it's the only peice missing out of 4 rows I do believe they took it off the floor so they could mark it up and put it back out again ? but I can say there worker was Rude as Hell to me I'll never go back there Also it's said they have Bed Bugs so Beware of what you buy.

Very High prices on the furniture but descent on Christmas clearance.
