Amazing super friendly staff! Super clean ! Very organized !

Plato's closet in North Olmsted is top of the line. You get more bang for your buck and the staff here is amazing. They are all so friendly and helpful and I give this place "5" out of "5" stars. I look forward to going back here again hopefully sooner rather than later....... Keep up the Great Work my Friends....., Update- (9-15-23)- Love the atmosphere but more importantly, Those workers there are some of the friendliest people I have met in my life. Point, Blank Period my friends,.. Five Stars and then some anyway I choose to look at this from The great deals to the fair and honest prices and Right smack Back to the Awsome Customer Service! If by chance, the actual owner reads this, I WOULD LIKE TO ADD, THAT THERE WAS A COUPLE OF WONDERFUL YOUNG LADIES WORKING IN THERE THE OTHER DAY AND THOSE YOUNG LADIES HAD GREAT WORK ETHIC AND EMPATHY FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. EMPATHY CAN'T BE TAUGHT YET THEY BOTH ACQUIRED THIS. I KNOW BECAUSE I FELT IT, 🙏... SO, HOW ABOUT BUYING THEM A LITTLE LUNCH OR TREATING THEM TO A FREAKING HAPPY MEAL,.... LOL, SUPER SIZE IT! LAST BUT NOT LEAST, ALLOW ME TO RECOMMEND A RAISE FOR ALL OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WHETHER THEY WORK FOR YOU FULL OR PART TIME IS SIMPLY IRRELEVANT. GOOD HONEST WORK IS VERY HARD TO COME BY, HINT, HINT.......

Morning staff is amazing, kind and actually buys a lot of my items. I haven’t had a problem with any of the girls or managers working here. Only one time did I leave with everything. And that was because they had more than could handle. Every other time though I have made most of if not all the money I needed. Thank you for many great experiences! Whenever I’m in Ohio from now on I’ll stop by and say hi!

Every time I go in to this location I buy something. Not even just because I like the stuff they have but the workers just make me feel like I have to they’re so nice and helpful. I always enjoy spending time in the store cause of the clothes and experience. 10/10 will continue to shop here!

First, lots of clothes here. I found a lot of things and I never find anything at Goodwill. Also, the workers were super awesome. One woman forgot to add our clothing that they had bought from us. She realized it after we left and called us although it was only $3. They were so concerned about us that they mailed us a $3 check! Haha. We told them it wasn't necessary but they are just -that- honest. I love them. They really went above and beyond.

I've come here a handful of times, and they always have cute clothes that are well-organized. I'm taking off a star because the past two times that I've been here, an older man (who I'm assuming is the owner) has been in the store aggressively barking off orders to the two women behind the desk. From forcing them to drop what they were doing to add specific sweaters to the front of the store, to talking to them about what price he thinks things can sell for, it made me feel really uncomfortable as a customer. It's a shame because the women working are super nice and professional!

I’m a longtime customer of Plato’s and have always enjoyed their great clothes(incl shoes, coats & purses!) at even better prices! I also really enjoy Evelyn & Vicky-very friendly & offer good customer service- all staff should strive to be more like them!! Overall, definitely recommend checking out for some nice deals in a very organized clean store!

Have been coming here since I was in my early teens, I'm now in my late twenties. Love the two managers that work in the morning. I am really into fashion and can pretty much gauge what they will or won't take. I am infamous for only wearing things once and donating or selling to Plato's but I don't have unrealistic expectations as to what I am going to get for my USED CLOTHES. Good store, and good selection. - Long time shopper

I went in today to see if I could find some decent jeans without paying mall prices. I was quite happy with the conditions and brand names they had to offer. I was able to get seven for all mankind, AE & some hollister all for $13-$15 a piece! Staff was super friendly and helpful, they were busy checking in new items or adding things to the racks but still took time to check in with me. My only complaint is that the racks were TOO stuffed with clothing that it was difficult to see what they had to offer without taking each item off the rack to check it and then put it back. I really liked how they had certain racks dedicated to popular items, brands or themes, these were easy to browse through and not over stuffed. The shirts and tank selection seemed to have a lot of older or outdated items but I wasn't in the market for those so perhaps they just weren't my personal taste. I definitely plan to continue shopping at this location, hopefully there inventory is updated a bit by my next visit ;)

They have really great name brand clothing. A lot of choices too. The only problem i have is their customers. Mostly young skinny girls go there and they are clueless and rude. The isles are small and they never get out of the way, ever. But it is worth the aggrivation to get such great clothes. I got a pink dressy Gap shirt that was only $4. You just can not get a better deal. Just go early in the morning!
