Their furniture was awesome quality and great prices and their delivery team is so careful and so precise and didn’t scratch any of our walls or mess up any of the furniture they delivered I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company

Had what we needed, when we needed it, at a good price.
And we had help loading the furniture.

The best part of my visit was getting the number of the delivery man they promote. Ty moved the bedroom suit I bought for $100. Thought that was pretty reasonable. The suit i bought was also, i think, a great deal. Used, heavy, real wood, for about a third the price of veneer or lament furniture.

Not the kind of furniture store where you get followed around, you can browse at your own pace and there's a great selection for incredibly reasonable prices! Highly recommend!

If wanting to sell your furniture here in Tulsa area go see consignment furniture.  They have 3 different stores so hopefully your furniture sells fast.  The drawback using a consignment store is they take fifty percent of the sale

My boyfriend and I went to just go look at a dining room table set and see our options and fell in love with a dining room set and a couch. Virginia answered all of our questions and gave us financing options with information. Devin helped us load our items we purchased. Virginia and Devin were extremely helpful and nice! The items here are really good quality and priced amazingly! We still need some furniture, but we definitely know where we will get the rest and will recommend to all our friends/family. (:

(5 years ago) I bought a loveseat at the 41st & Sheridan location; it was unique, good condition, and I love it. $85. I found a large seaside glass-framed photo which was perfect for my bathroom, $20.  It is a busy place when I have been there.  I have seen great deals and not-so-good pieces/deals.  You have to examine the pieces closely.  Many things sell quickly while other things seem to be there time after time. I have been several times, not always finding anything, but I would go back.

I have been looking for a sectional and I found them online. They have many choices available. The salesperson made herself available, but not pushy. I will be back!

Very easy financing.  Mostly new furniture with small imperfections at 60% of the regular retail price.  Salesperson even recommended a cheap option of renting a tryck from Home Depot across the street for $20 instead of paying a third party delivery company.

Great prices on gently used furniture , the staff was really helpful , we got a quality dining set for just $85 and the manager delivered it himself for just $20 more . We will definitely be back !!!!

My son just moved to Tulsa for a year long internship and needed to furnish an apartment on a low budget. This place completely fit the bill. Found exactly what he needed for a reasonable price. Virginia was friendly and so helpful. Delivery was available for an additional cost and they were able to accommodate us with a same day delivery. I wish I lived in the area and could shop here. I check this place out in person or online every few months. They’re fairly priced, I would say, except for bedside tables. I found new ones for the price they were asking for their used ones.
They have interesting artwork and some eclectic pieces. The employees don’t follow you around. You never know what you’ll find here.

The store was great but the salesperson we had contact with was not very personable and seeded like we were not important.  Not a very good way to make money!

Very affordable furniture with many styles of mainline sofas, tables, chairs and dressers. The service is usually one person so if you are loading furniture then bring help

The place is just ok. Moderately friendly staff, no room for negotiation, no warranties, and no help loading. All of that would be fine if the prices were better. I priced several items that were cheaper at Wal-Mart. I went to Consignment Furniture to purchase a full size bed, kids bunk bed, and a couch. The couch prices were terrible, as was the selection. Kids bunk beds were priced lower at Wal-Mart for the exact same units. I did however find a decent deal on a full size mattress and box spring, but had to go elsewhere for the frame, again because of pricing. If I'm going to pay brand new prices for particle board furniture, I'll do so through a reputable store that warranties their products, and helps load them.

They had quite a few furniture items of decent quality at fairly reasonable prices. I personally thought $375 was a tad steep for a used couch, but the quality was pretty good. Helpful service, unfortunately no delivery. Hope you've got some strong friends to help you carry it up the stairs to your new place, cause you're on your own!

Lady who was there was very nice, only reason for 2nd star. Prices were completely out of line/outrageous. Some damaged furniture at near or above retail!

An entertainment center there was priced at $349 with the exact same one available online for $289, brand NEW.

I purchased a table from Consignment Furniture in Feburary 2020 and I had my cousin pick it up for me. Somehow I didn't get one of the legs to the table. It could have been lost during the delivery. I contacted them and they said it wasn't left at the store. I then asked if they can order me another one and they said yes but, it would take until the end of March or the middle of April. The end of March came and I gave them a call and they said it still hasn't came in. Then I waited 3 weeks into April before I contacted them to ensure I gave them adequate time to get the leg in April 25th. I completely understand we're in a Pandemic and things will take time because, it's coming from China. My issue is the lack of follow up and the lack of information I am given. Not once during the deadlines that we're given to me, did anyone ever reach out to me, to give me any type of an update. Meanwhile I have a table sitting in my leaving room because, I can't finish putting it together. Since they can never give me an update, I asked the lady at the store, if I can have the number to the distributor and she says no. Then I ask if I can have the number to the owner to talk to him/her she says no. I then ask if she can have the owner give me a call, she tells me she didn't know if he would call me. I asked her for the name of their distributor and she at least gave me this information. I asked her for the manufacturer's information with the model number, she was unable to give me this information. She was at least able to give me the name of the table. Before the sale they were very nice and they do have great prices but, the follow up after the sale has been a horrible experience and their nonchalant attitude towards my situation has been far from customer focused. Now I have a table that I can't do anything with, that they can't and won't tell me anything about and that I need to figure out what to do with. Hopefully Monday, when I call the distributor, I can be given some type of resolution.

Bought two dressers both came in boxes never open so that’s great. They wasn’t broken or anything just had a bed bug on the outside of the box when transporting to the house

I went to purchase lamps that were listed on the marketplace.   Fellow said if not in store, they've sold.  He recommended, "Go to the website for up to date items." Wasted trip!

I have been buying for years well a couple days ago I purchased a dinning room table and Mattress and was treated the worst. They sold me a dinning room table and then after I left they resold the table to another customer and refused to give me the table. Police was called out to the store because the owners lied and told them my delivery guy was fighting me inside the store, and tried to get us arrested. I ended up call the other store location in broken arrow which had the owner release the table to me. Please think twice before giving these people your hard earned money!

Beware if you are purchasing a leather sofa. I bought a leather sofa here and upon cleaning it with high-end leather cleaner I realized they apparently put some kind of polish on it to cover up the very worn areas of the sofa. It appears it may have been shoe polish. I know it wasn’t the cleaner, because it only came off areas that were very worn areas. It didn’t look like dirt either.

This place sold my sister 2 dressers that were supposedly brand new but busted once we got them home which was over an hour away I took the first one back and they exchanged it then got the second one home and it wasn't as bad as the first but still busted and they offered for me to drive back up there and exchange it again I am not driving an hour away again because you can get your inventory inspected and together so I would go somewhere else if I were you guys because they aren't going to do anything to right thier wrong

Customer service isn't the greatest but shes been there a long time she said so suppose my opinion doesn't matter much. Low inventory due to Covid-19 Pandemic and she said they wouldn't be receiving any more or new inventory any time in the near future

This place is a joke. Definitely not a consignment store.  Everything is priced like new furniture prices.
