The wife and I have shopped there for years and new things are arriving all the time. You never know when you will see something that will work perfect in your home. The prices are reasonable and they do have very good sales at times. Courtney is absolutely wonderful to work with! You have to visit this store - ask for Courtney. Tom T

I've never been treated so poorly. My husband and children (9 &12) came from OKC to this place to look for a kitchen table. As soon as we walked in the door. A worker, possibly manager was following us around non stop. She would not take her eyes off my children. They were by my side the entire time. My eyes never them as well. She kept telling my children to not pick up anything. Okay, cool. I understand. We found a table that I was very interested in. It was very pretty and just what I was looking for. My children sat down at it. We were just talking as a family about the color, size, etc. The lady came over and told my children to get up that , that table scratches very easy and they were not allowed to sit there and that it was very expensive. Mind you there was no signs, no one ever ask to help us not one time. We were there for about 45 min. My children instantly got up. The lady just gave me a dirty look and walked away. As she was walking away. I said we were good for it and can afford it, she yelled out "well that's great" I've never been treated this way and can't imagine treating a human with such disrespect from the moment we walked in the door. I should have walked out as soon as I felt the vibe. I will never be back. Definitely don't go there with any children. THEY ARE NOT WELCOME.

My wife and I parked in embelishment's parking lot to window shop their store since we couldn't get out of work in time to visit at operating hours. At the entrance of their parking lot it states "gate will be locked at 9pm" so I figured we had plenty of time, we Browse the windows at emblishments and then a few other nearby stores over the course of an hour. We then return to leave and see that they had already locked the gate (it wasn't even 8pm yet) now if it was just me that would be one thing, but my wife is diabetic and her insulin was inside the truck so this is an emergency. I found someone nearby that had heard of the owner doing this numerous times and happened to have their phone number. I called probably 20 times from my number and another 5 or 6 from a different number as well as texting with no response, I even called the cops thinking thus was a simple case of unlawful property seizure. Still no response from the owner even with the cops calling him. I am sitting here in the cold having paid for an Uber to take my wife home so she can take her medicine but the owner has such an utter and complete lack of character, compassion and integrity and nobody should shop here. Have referred clientele here before for interiors, renovations, and new construction FF&E packages with a high degree of happiness. Visited today to update myself on their product, was immediately told not to sit on chairs and was looked at with a critical eye, although I have had the pleasure to do so many times before with clients. No signs are posted regarding sitting on the furniture. Very disappointed with the questionable change in attitude from staff.
