My soon to be husband and I received this beautiful clock from Grandfather’s Clock Gallery as a wedding gift. One day I was winding it and was worried I had overwound and/or damaged it. I took it straight to the shop and a wonderful employee took a look at it and informed me it was simply unwound. She calmed my fear of winding it and sent me home with an instructional packet. I will be happy to return if I ever have trouble in the future! The chime is beautiful and it runs ever so smoothly! I just fully wound it again after a week and had no fear to do so.

Today I picked up my 4th clock from Grandfather's Clock Gallery, this latest a battery conversion of a mid-century saucer clock, with excellent results as I've come to expect. They masterfully reworked this little clock I have chosen to be part of my bathroom remodel. The precision and care spent modifying the case, maintaining my original hands and face, the particular quartz movement chosen, etc., are all the the best available anywhere. You have a customer for life with me :-)

This is our first time using Grandfather’s Clock Gallery. With a 40+ year old grandfather clock that was extremely important to my wife so moving it, even just 10 miles, was concerning to her. The experience went flawlessly! Travis was quick, he had the clock loaded and ready to travel within 10 minutes of arriving. The whole move, including servicing the clock, took less than an hour. Wow! I was very impressed and appreciative his knowledge and care. Travis even offered to look at my small wall clock that hadn’t run in a decade while he was at the house! That was above and beyond. My understanding is they also carry the Christmas Village pieces that I also collect so I’m very excited to stop by the store and take a look. 😁 Thank you for great service and taking care of a family treasure!

I have a very unusual tower clock in my yard that quit working. We loved the clock and I wanted to get it repaired but had no idea who to contact. After some research, I found Grandfather's Clock and I am very glad I did. This type of repair is not what they normally work on, but Travis agreed to come out and look at our clock. He thought he could repair it so it was removed and taken to his shop. A couple of weeks later, he returned the clock with new motors (the ants got into the motor casing causing them to overheat). The clock was successfully placed back on the tower. The clock is again in great working condition! I would highly recommend Travis and Grandfather's Clock Gallery!
