These guys are awesome. When our brother passed he had accumulated quite a lot of art and decor. They came and documented everything and took it to there store. They have been going through it and selling some on the internet auctions and some out of there store location at 106th and NE Halsey St in Portland. I'm not sure what we would have done without Hearts decor and consignment. There was just so much stuff it was overwhelming us. They made it painless.

They have a lot of cool, unique stuff and a great variety. Good prices and friendly staff, too!

If you like digging through things to find a treasure, this is a great place for you!

They do antique and vintage consignments. I always find some treasure or other in there.

Shop clerks are always helpful and can tell you the best days to come for new stock and the best bargains.  Lots of glass, some nice furniture pieces, even a toy and tool section.  A little bit for everyone!

Great antiques and prices! You're able to bid on items - I bid on a cool framed art poster a twice (the bid was declined the first time, so I waited 30 days and made the same bid again and got it the second time) and I think I got it for a very fair amount. They're very friendly, reasonable, and receptive!

This is a wonderful place to be and always a friendly atmosphere with free coffee and cheer. Always kept clean, and smelling nice. Almost everyday there is something new to look at and see and some sort of fun sale going on. The moving services and delivery make it have an extra plus. Never forget that there are no limits to what you might find in there, books dolls furniture, fine China dishes and cookware old farm tools. Literally anything you might think of. The crew is nice and always there to help.

Just arrived and building is empty

Fun place to explore!  Lots of beautiful things & the owners are very friendly. Prices vary from ridiculously expensive to raging deals. They offer free coffee or tea to sip on while you wander around.  New things added frequently. Definitely worth it to take a look around.

Some gems but mostly overpriced. Found better deals for antiques at habitat for humanity.

Nice consignment shop, lots of all kinds of stuff, clean and well organized.  Friendly staff and even got a sweet deal on fishing gear for Father's Day!!

Found a few good things here for reasonable prices.

Always amazed at how much quality like-new merchandise is on display!  Stopped today to drop off some items for consignment.  I probably could do all my holiday shopping here!  As others have said, great welcoming staff!

Nice little shop. Hard to move around and look at things. Wanted to look at a small statue but couldn't get to it as someone on  computer blocked access (relative maybe?), Crowded narrow isles. The statue was the only possible sale for me though (if i could only see a price and examine it). Some nice stuff but mostly just not my style. Statue might still be there if you want to look. Might be a bargain.

Robin at the consignment store took the time to resolve the issue we had and write me to apologize. I realize it takes quiet a bit of effort and time to write a hand written apology, thus I am changing my previous rating and satisfied with the situation.

Would give them a 0 if I could. We bought some furniture from them over the phone. Went by the next day to pick up the furniture like we told them we would. The shop was all locked up. It was 4:30 and the shop was supposed to be open until 6. We left several phone messages and have heard nothing back.  2 days later and still no correspondence. Will likely have to call bank to have charges reversed.

Update: Got a phone call from the owner after 4 days. She was out of town. Not sure what happened with the person who was in charge when she was gone? She was very apologetic and offered to deliver the furniture for free. Satisfied with the resolution.

I just read your review and am wondering exactly what you are talking about? I would love to talk to you personally to try to understand your complaints. First of all we NEVER buy items on Offer Up we only sell. Also our pricing is very reasonable many antique and resellers shop our store so that proves our prices are low enough for dealers to at least double their money. Also we have a ongoing sale for consignor items who are reaching the end of their term which is up to 60% off. Also, we have a bid box that you can make a offer on anything in the store and then we will call our consignor to approve the bid. We have seen lots of excellent deals go out the door. In regards to statues Iam not sure what you are referring to .....do you mean our life size butler guy in front of our store? He is our display for store and was never for sale. We are sure we can figure out what will make you happy. We can’t fix it if we don’t know it’s broke. I only wish you could of called me before you left a review so we could clarify exactly what you are unhappy about.

I noticed she had bought several statues on offer up I was trying to get for $20. hers were marked at 2 hundred dollars after she'd purchase them and put them in the store. after seeing that I realize all that stuff in the store must be way overpriced. It's been 2 years and I still see the statues out front the place is packed with Consignment Goods way over packed it's hard to look at items

Came in last week and the people were great. Came back in today and they acted like I was a nuisance. Not the same people working.  Very disappointing

We are so sorry to hear about this complaint because it is not true and the reason we moved was because of the problems with theft and vandalism and a attack to one of my workers by a street walker high on drugs NOT be cause of not paying rent. We moved to safer place with not so many windows to have broken out. We moved to 10628 NE Sandy Blvd. Portland .  We should have our reopening in May of 2024. We are sorry there was a bad experience for this lady but her comments were not true. We always take pride in our customer service.

Edit: I am finding it really entertaining that the owner is calling me a liar, as she’s lying.

She’s perpetuating the lack of safety of my neighborhood while denying that she was severely behind on rent. I can absolutely confirm she was being evicted.

Besides this, she has a sad reputation on Nextdoor for being uncivil and has no kindness for our community. Glad her shop isn’t in Hazelwood anymore and won’t be “broken into”. Mind you in nearly 3 years passing by this shop regularly I’m positive I never saw a broken window. What a phony.

Came here when the shop was leaving the prior location.

I was very kind with the clerk and was shopping for some items for my friend’s suprise birthday party. We were picking out some stuff and due to the fragile nature asked if we could place them up front so nothing got broken or taken.

Clerk asked if “x” amount was alright. To which I responded that we were still shopping. The owner had told us to fill a box and make an offer so we were planning to potentially do that. The clerk huffed at us unnecessarily and began unwrapping everything aggressively (why she wrapped it before confirming we were set on everything is beyond me).

Later on I was checking out. My friend had to leave and her two children picked out some stamps, which I was buying for them. I guess they were a part of a set (not like it was apparent or labeled) and the owner rudely removed them from my items, never addressing me, the customer, and walked off complaining about how people “keep doing that” as if it is a customer problem that these stamps, that are not OBVIOUSLY, a set, kept getting picked through.

I was really bothered by the whole experience because I kept being treated as if I were bothersome. I watched the owner help a customer carry a rug halfway through the store then dropped it, said “okay yeah I’ll just let you finish that” then walked off. The customer looked obviously pretty put off and totally confused about it, like how was this lady suppose to move a large rug out of a crowded store with glass and fragile items?

Lastly, when I was through with the clerks attitude especially as I was trying to empathize with her about how stressful all the moving and packing, plus discount sales must be, I finally addressed the behaviors. I’m not one to shy away from telling someone they’ve been rude after it is apparent it’s intentional. I was told to stop yelling when I never did, and when I asked for a receipt it was a whole issue to which I was printed a receipt that simply showed “$30 cash” basically with no items or anything. I just needed it so my friend could see what her items cost. It wouldn’t have been too difficult to put together the items costs even in a lumped amount for what she offered me as prices. It was the worst experience I have had in retail of any type. I had seen how stressed they appeared and I was trying to be extra kind, was even planning to run to the corner store and bring back drinks for them but the whole interaction was just so ghastly. I left and burst into tears because I couldn’t believe I was treated that rudely for simply trying to shop. I never asked for too much and have been in retail management and am always super aware of how I treat retail workers. I won’t show up to the new location.

Also: she was removed from the Halsey location because she did not pay her rent. I’ll be shocked if she gets another place to accept her application.

Well it sounds like you visited out shop when our furniture inventory was low. FURNITURE SELLS FAST AT OUR SHOP a constant turnover.
We clear out entire homes of all contents when we are helping our seniors move to a small place.
So you will see all new items each time you come into shop. We do get some very high end furniture in we just sold two pieces of stickley furniture last week. Hope you will try visiting us again soon.

My vehicle with broken into in the back of this woman's establishment she had a camera pointed directly on our vehicle when we asked to see the footage she said that the camera was magically not working for the couple of hours our car was broken into she's bad for the community and I wouldn't support it you can get most of her stuff on the Facebook market for a third of The Price save you some money don't do business with this woman she's very rude she didn't get back to us for two weeks and wasn't very helpful

Yes we were contacted by a person who said their name was Winter and said their car was broken into in our back parking lot.  Unfortunately our camera is not the highest grade and we have problems with the wifi to our security camera sometimes goes off line.  We looked for footage for "Winter" for over an hour but it appeared that particular night the camera kept showing on & off that night saying the camera was offline.  I suggested they contact our neighboring shop who has a much better security system.  We did the best we could to help under the circumstances.  The person wrote me some very harsh text accusing us of not wanting to help our community which is very far from the truth.  He apparently was a very unhappy person. Therefore,  if we helped by being someone to take out his unhappiness on well Ok we did what we could.  I too wish we didnt loose our WiFi connection that night his car was broken into but it was out of our control.

I had a vehicle broken into in the back of description of property with their camera directly on my car and they didn't send me the footage and stop replying to me when asking when we should make a police report this woman doesn't care about the community or the people that live in it if she did should be more concerned with helping me figure out who's been breaking into our cars because this isn't the first time this has happened in this neighborhood and I guarantee you it's probably the same people but she doesn't want to help catch him you can find most of her stuff on the Facebook Market anyways for a third of the price
