Lin and her team have helped me with a couple of projects and have done an outstanding job. Additionally, I have purchased furniture from her which is classic, sturdy and beautiful. High quality workmanship. Visit Lin! She is awesome!

My husband and I have a wardrobe that was damaged when we had our house cleaned from smoke damage. The company that did the cleaning, called Lin. She came to the house, with a fellow associate to look at the wardrobe. They had to take the door that was damaged. The gentleman that worked on the door, was very careful as not to damage the door further. They were able to get to the lock that was damaged and fix the situation in a timely manor. I would recommend her to anyone that needs an item fixed.

I've used Lin's Touch of Elegance on two different occasions to repair furniture. I won't hesitate to call her again for any future needs. Fast, efficient, great communication skills and great work! Thank you Lin!

I had three requirements for sofa reupholstery: it be comfortable, in the fabric I provided, and of sufficient quality to pass for new at a glance. Oh, and I needed pick-up and delivery in Cumberland. Lin’s came through on all counts. All the more remarkable because the striped pattern must have been quite a challenge. In the end I got exactly what I expected for no more than the cost of something off the floor at the strip mall. I’d call that a win. Five stars as a value proposition.

Lin restored an old trunk for our daughter maintaining the aged look that my daughter wanted. She turned the project around in one week and we picked it up the next day. ww are very happy with the end result. Lin is a pleasure to work with and is an excellent craftsperson. She is your go to person if you are looking for a restoration.

Overall, this place did an excellent job with restoring the kitchen table set I've been wanting to keep but needed some updating and restoration in which they made happen! I am a son of a cabinet maker, so I know quality when I see it and their work was paramount. they were pleasant and professional with a beautiful finished product. Lin has refinished several pieces of antique furniture for me - a twin bed set, a low dresser, a high dresser, a large wall mirror, a dining room table set and it’s buffet, a desk, and several chairs. Several of the pieces had been in unheated storage for many years and were in varying states of disrepair. Lin and her staff did a masterful job of disassembling the furniture, refinishing the wood, installing new hardware, then putting the pieces back together again. The finished product on all of the projects I mentioned above was beautiful. I am happy and proud to have these professionally refurbished pieces in my home. They are truly beautiful. If you are looking to have pieces of furniture restored, I highly recommend Lin. She and her staff have the experience needed to work with any type of furniture. They take the time needed to understand the piece and come up with a plan as to how to best restore it. My dining room table - from the 1940’s - has a complex gear system that allows for the expansion and contraction of the table. After years of neglect, that system was not functional. I contacted Lin's Touch of Elegance and she was friendly and knowledgeable and eager to take on the daunting task to restore my "Family heirloom loveseat". The loveseat was in terrible/horrible condition, wobbly frame, rippied upholstery and underneath hanging coils. Lin graciously suggested upholstery colors and patterns. Throughout the process Lin reasurred me that the finished product would have great results. I will attest that the results were beyond my expectations.
