Sloan's Thrift has anything you're looking for at great prices!! They also do house clean outs and pick ups for large and bulky items and all the workers are super friendly!!

Just bought a dresser from there. It is definitely an older style, but it is in great condition and for a great price! The ladies were so nice too :)

I have both shopped and donated to Sloan's Thrift for years now. Sloan's employees are friendly and always helpful. Additionally, they do so much to help the community through special events, toy drives for kids, and also helping with veteran's. What a great place.

Love going to Sloan's!  So many thrift stores have raised prices, but Sloan's keeps them real.  Always something fun to find here!  I got this cute North Face jacket there for next to nothing!!

Small place but what treasures await!! Found the perfect outfit in no time. And the cashier (possibly owner?) was so sweet to my son. Will definitely be heading back. Bonus: they're open on Sundays!

Hands down favorite thrift shops. (Also have veterans thrift over by Ollie's, and Bristol antique mall). Wonderful family. Wonderful prices. with great finds no matter your age.

As other reviews have stated...best prices on clothing hands down!  (The sign says it all)..I especially appreciate that they haven't gone crazy inflating prices after Covid.

I have visited multiple thrift stores on Saturday March 5th and one of my faves has lost their minds with insane prices, so...I wont go their now...not until they come back to reality).

The folks here are really pleasant and that,  of course, along with great prices, makes for a great experience!

Sloan's has pulled me through 1& 1/2 year's. Stuck living in a camper no room for clothes. It was cold needed warm, I got to buy clothes at a good price and sometimes they'll throw in sale day's. People are very nice down to earth👍🕯️

Hands down,  favorite thrift shop. I don't know if I've ever walked out without something. You cannot beat their deals on kids clothes,shoes, toys (new and vintage). Awesome tool and home decor selection. I'd say they have everything but the kitchen sink.... but they have that too!! Best store staff, delivery guys,and owner. You won't be disappointed you stopped by!!

I love this place They always have sales and discount prices. They have discount prices for veterans. They have Senior Sunday with discounts. All items are price to sell.The staff is wonderful. I never leave this place empty handed.

Loved SLOAN THRIFT!! a big place but narrow stuffed with all kinds of goodies!! My first time coming to this AMAZING thrift store + Just received the recliner I ordered for delivery: I could not be happier! Major shout out to Tracy + Dave, who were both just perfect in getting this item in my home (down a half-flight of stairs!). They were pleasant and in good spirits, which made this such an awesome experience! Sloan's is now at the top of my thrift store list!

I vised the store and came across some hard cases that I used for my entertainment Business. Truly an amazing find, staff and store. I would definitely recommend SLOAN'S over anyone else.

I love this thrift store! I went in looking for a black bedside table. I didn't see one, so I asked the lady behind the curtain, and she had one in the back! Very friendly workers; I will be back.

We've just moved up to this area and found Sloan's by accident .This is my second trip into the store. ..great prices ...great staff. We chatted with the one lady  who gave us some information of things that go on around the neighborhood events to go to with the family  and how they keep the prices so low so they can give back to the community that donates to them . This is why we felt comfortable and donated three bags of clothing and three boxes of glassware and decorations I didn't need for my new home . I found a lot of stuff I was looking for and the gentleman was nice enough to help us load the furniture in our van. Definitely worth the trip and it's now my number one go-to place😁

Me and my wife came from Pittsburgh to vist my wife's grandmother whos health was turning for the worst we had very little money with us but we made the 6hr trip so we can see her .well she ended up passing away my wife didnt have clothing for the funeral so we found this little thrift store I pulled the owner aside and told him the situation h e took care of our family and its nice to know there are still good people in this world

I have never felt the need to leave a review here before but I definitely had to for this thrift store. I had never been to Sloan’s before and it is now one of my top 5 thrift stores. I originally went in there to stock up on some sweaters for winter and ended up buying a couch as well lol. The couch is in amazing condition and for the great price I couldn’t pass it up. I’m not so sure what people are talking about concerning the bugs but I did read the reviews before going so I was definitely checking everywhere for them. The staff seemed very nice and laid back. The only thing I would like is if there were more men’s clothing to choose from. I am definitely going to go back many many times. Great deals! If you are a thrift store junkie like me, you definitely want to stop in here.

A secret trunk with hidden treasures tucked away in a town called Bristol, and if you held your breath or blinked driving, you would drive by not ever getting a chance to find that one thing you wanted at Sloan's. Peter is a pleasure to talk with and resourceful.

I love this thrift store! They do free pick ups when you donate furniture and very low cost delivery service when you buy furniture there. The clothing selection is very good, (mens, womens, kids, baby) lots of household goods and plenty of treasures to hunt for!

This store has reasonably priced merchandise. They have dining room tables as little as 35.00. They have headboards for 25.00. They have kids clothes for 2.00. They have a Kenneth Cole china set for 25.00. I was surprised how inexpensive things are here. I bought a brand new handbag for 3.00. I would recommend stopping in to see what they have.

We bought a few nice pieces of good quality furniture from Sloan's...NEVER had a problem with bugs as someone stated above. Thier items are always clean, I think they even polised my wood furniture before it arrived. Ppl are always nice and friendly...if they had to "follow" you around the store (above poster) you must have done something for them to feel the need or you're just paranoid.

I just want to give a huge shout out to sloan’s Thrift store! Andy, the owner, is great. I was in a time of need and he helped out for me and children. Great quality furniture and house idems.  I highly recommend going here for your household needs!

Just went to Sloan's today September 20.2016 with my mom. Never have I been in Sloan's till today, I'm pretty iffy about them. My mom has been searching for a suitcase and after searching at other thrifts we found one basically brand new!  We ended up walking  out with more then just a suitcase!

Finally a clean and organized Thrift Store in Brisol, PA! Sloan's Thrift is where an old Bingo hall used to be. The owners did a great job of remodeling the inside utilizing all of the space without it feeling cramped or crowded. They actually have clothes in my size that aren't 100 years old!

Surprisingly big inside. I found everything I was looking for even some sports equipment! Very friendly people. The owner is a veteran and is donating a portion of all the proceeds to disabled veterans in America. Top notch thrift store in Bristol!

Hours seem off from what's posted. Still, the store is clean and nicely organized. The prices are reasonable and we definitely will be back! :o)

Edited - they are really nice people now, prices are very good too. But still no dressing room--Amazing prices, great furniture finds and very nice staff. I'm changing my review. They no longer have a dressing room and when I went there at 6:40 the door was locked and the man signaled to me that they were closed. Posted closing time was 7:00. I get if he was dead all day but I would have respected their closing time. I'm never going back again.

Place was nice a little hard to get in too.also you have to load your own truck/car which is ok if you know about in the beginning. Prices were great and very fair.     Sales people were great to.

Sloans the Second Hand Shop on Bristol Pike. The staff is friendly they will work with you on the prices they offer delivery depending on how far it's not very much. Most of their merchandise is in very very good condition they don't seem to sell junk. If you're looking for a used furniture lamps glassware Etc it is a very good place to browse. And let's not forget the clothes and accessories. And the prices are very very fair. Love the place

Great store! Just bought a trunk and bookcase which they loaded for me. I think they do a fine job and was surprised to see someone posting a negative review.I certainly think they would go broke holding items for people who don't show up.Good job Sloane's.I will be coming back.

Prices written on every item. Half the DVDs were missing or destroyed. Prices were hit or miss. Customer service is also hit or miss. Obviously fake Pokémon cards for sale.

Great thrift shop. Local mom and pops. Great prices(even for today’s economy), super friendly staff. They’ve been here for a long time and are a staple amongst Bristol Burrough.

3/25/25 UPDATE : Since my last review of Sloans, things have changed. To keep thy troth of fairness, steadfast against my feelings and for the sake of relevancy…

Sloans is still a good place to let your inner thrifter have its fix. However, since the relocation to its new home where it now sits side by side with Veteran’s thrift. (Same owner). Which conveniently sits next to Ollies.  And I must say does ring nicely. Have enough time, you can do a “Thrifter’s crawl”. Unfortunately that phrase can be anticlimactic most of the time. Sloans now feels like the utility drawer that’s in your kitchen. Stuffed with useless junk only to tease you with batteries you think you’ve found until you grab the package only to turn it over and it’s empty. Sure there are some treasures in there. But those have become quite seldomly seen. Which brings me to caveat No.2) There’s just a lot of junk. Not the “one man’s trash is another’s man’s treasure” junk. Like literal junk. Broken parts that belong to an item but the item itself is missing. A box of nails that date back from the 60s that’s missing 46 of the 50 count printed on the box. No.3) Then when you do find something, the price tag reflects what seems like the cover of the costs it took to move the store. It’s hard to justify paying for something that you would usually throw out or just give it away. Going in at least once a week, I’ve come out victorious once or twice. If you’ve got time to kill then sure why not, but otherwise just go next store. To end it off on a good note, the staff as always are super nice and the only reason that keeps me hopeful.

Why'd you lock the doors before closing time?
If you need "to be out of the system by 6pm" then close the store earlier. Don't lock the doors prior to advertised closing time.

I had a bunch of shirts I was interested in so I asked if I could have the key to the dressing room.  I was told there was no longer one I could use.  Then I asked what I was supposed to do if they didn't fit.  I was informed that there was a no return policy and I was welcome to try them on over my clothes.  Mind you I'm wearing my auto tech clothes, bulky, greasy, totally not something you can try clothes on over.  I will not be returning, no dressing room and no returns?! Ridiculous.

I will never go here. My mom bought furniture here, it was never delivered. She spent money for the delivery on a certain day and they told her that it was already delivered (which it wasn't) and argued with her. They insisted it was more than one piece of furniture and it wasn't. It was even the wrong color and they thought the house was an apartment. Be careful when you order from here. If you can't take it out yourself you'll have a headache. The owner said they deliver it by 5pm and it's after 5.

You would think that at a THRIFT SHOP! they wouldn't get so picky about separating some items that their customer is interested. They lost on a sale because they refused to sell 4
items separate from the rest. The older lady didn't even give it 2 seconds to consider it and immediately said no. This was my first time visiting, and will not be back due to this experience and their prices, which are not that great!

WOW Faith I had the same exact issue with this place. People don't be fooled! I was also told that I'd have an item held for me too and it was sold before I got there. Same song and dance! These people are con artist so do not believe a thing they say. Sorry Sloan's but what comes around goes around!

ABSOLUTEY HORRIBLE!!!!! MUST READ THIS REVIEW!!!! Aside from the roaches and disgusting smell(which I  learned after entering) I saw an item in front of the shop while passing by and called to ask if HE could hold on to it for an hour. I offered to pay more than the asking price so he said yes and wrote down my name. Once I got there he tried to make me feel like an idiot saying he never talked to me and already sold the item. Terrible liar with no integrity or character. I will continue to push these negative FACTS unless he makes things right which is unlikely but at least I'm giving the opportunity!

They do free delivery and pick up which I thought was awesome so I bought a dining room table. BIG MISTAKE.... Got it home and ten minutes later roaches started coming out!!!! I was so grossed out. I don't even know if I got them all. Will never use this place again.
