There are some great pieces here; pretty eclectic selection. Ended up buying a very fairly priced armoire and lamp. Reina and the other woman who helped us were lovely and very helpful! Before we found what we were looking for in the expanded location, I did have an odd interaction with the sales associate in the main showroom. I asked if she had any dressers and she had two. She showed me the first one, told me the price (I think $650), informed me that it was "high-end," and then asked if I knew Bernhardt, the designer (and I said no). She then showed me the other dresser and said "This one is $1,000," and I said "okay," and she said, very pointedly, "This is a high-end consignment store, not a thrift shop." It was kind of strange and seemed condescending; maybe she assumed I couldn't afford the furniture there because I didn't know the brand of the first dresser she showed me, or maybe I totally misinterpreted it. I almost left after that, but I am so glad I went next door where I found the armoire I was looking for (and was happy to pay more than $1,000 for!) and met Reina and the other lovely sales associate (whose name I'm blanking on - sorry!), both of whom were great. Despite the weird experience in the main show room, I love what I bought there and will definitely be back in the future.

Today, my dad and I visited Redecor just to browse, not specifically looking for anything. A few paintings caught our eye, and we wanted to inquire about them. Initially, a store associate was quite unfriendly, but then Reina stepped in. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. I am so grateful we met Reina because she immediately priced the artwork for us, and we ended up purchasing two paintings and a large mirror. I love this store and will definitely be back. Reina is so kind and completely turned our visit around, making it a really happy experience. My dad and I adore the paintings we found and will definitely return to explore more artwork whenever we are in the area!

Visited today for the first time and had a very great experience. I can’t lie and say that I wasn’t hesitant because of the latest reviews, but I went anyway and couldn’t be happier that I did. It’s important to have your own experience and make your own opinions! The owners were so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. What an amazing store! Everything is so reasonably priced and the staff (especially the owners, both husband & wife) were so friendly and helpful!! This was my first time there and I wanted to leave with half the store. I found exactly what I’ve been searching for at such a great price. The owner also took down my information to call me about another piece she may be getting in that I am looking for. I will definitely be back every time I need house decor and furniture. Redecor is my new first stop for all the things I will be looking for. Go check this place out. You will not be disappointed at all!! Amazing store, amazing staff, amazing owners! The best place to get beautiful high end gently used home furnishings. Their prices have gone up significantly since opening and they get nicer stuff but you never know what you can find here.
