I am a volunteer here. It's not just USED stuff. We've had several THOUSAND square feet of wood grain laminate flooring still in boxes in the warehouse for weeks. We just took donations from the DO IT BEST hardware trade show and have NEW NEVER USED ITEMS for 50% off full eretail. This place is AMAZING.... Always something new or interesting here .... UPDATE: I am no longer just a volunteer here, I am the warehouse manager. If you've had a bad experience here in the past then I apologize and invite you to come back and see the changes. New management and new staff.  We have a much better system in place for pricing and evaluating donations. No more of the staff and volunteers "cherry picking" and stealing donations. Policies are in place to prevent these things.

It was great! I enjoy going there seeing everything they have and most of all meeting the staff and seeing all the great work they put into it to make all this be a helping hand for those in need. Thank you...

Store was clean and improved greatly in being stocked with household items. They really discount items so people can afford them who otherwise would not. They also have discounted area, lots of books for all ages, toys, and other items.

Some things are a great deal and some things are overpriced. The good deals go fast so if you like it, buy it that day. Almost guarantee that it will be gone when you go back.

Fantastic place for inexpensive home items from lamps to cabinets. Prices are reasonable, but best of all, you can usually suggest a reasonable price and they will accept it.

Nothing really stands out good or bad. They only had one thing I was really interested in, and the asking price was about twice what I thought it was worth.
I have got some really good deals here in the past, but my last visit I came up empty.

Prices have came down a bit. You just have to watch closely , or you could end up paying near to , or full price for used things.  Clean store and nice staff.

This place is always clean and the staff are always friendly. The only reason for 4 stars is that the store doesn't have designated days in which items are put on sale nor do they have a facebook page showing some of their new arrivals, so you have to just try your luck on going in on good days and maybe getting something. Great pricing for most items though, and we're always happy to see everyone enjoying their job.

I am a bargain shopper at heart. I did not expect prices to be retail.  Used items are not new.  Will not be back, as prices are too high for used. On a positive note, the store is clean.  No one said hello nor did they ask if I needed help with anything.

They really need to up date their pitchers I went and did not see any thing that I seen in the pitchers.

I thought they had building supplies, it's more like a flea market inside. Mostly old donated items.

Employee blocking an aisle. My wife said "excuse me" but employee barely move. My wife has to squeeze through with her knee scooter right up against employee. Some items were overpriced.

This place is not near the quality or quantity as the old location.  They need more stuff and stop carrying GOODWILL items.

When it comes to pricing, I have a feeling you may have been referring to our purchased products. Not all of our products are donated. Hence, we cannot sell those at the same level as the donated items, which are heavily discounted and follow a scheduled decrease every month. If you are unsure of the price you are looking at, never hesitate to ask a staff. We will be more than happy to explain why the item is priced as such. I apologize for the staff member who took care of you (or didn't take care of you). I will make sure to reach out and resolve that issue.

Some of their prices were the same if not more than buying it new at Target and the cashier was one of the RUDEST ppl I've ever met! If you hate your job that much, then quit! Smh

This place could benefit with some management. As a long time customer I was treated very poorly today.
I will not be back in this location or my family and friends.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry about your negative experience. I'm not quite sure on which end of the spectrum you are in...donor or customer. Unfortunately, we cannot send the truck to pickup a commode for feasibility reasons. The cost of sending the truck with 2 staff members will cost more than the item itself. We also do not have enough room for another commode. If you are a customer purchasing a commode, we always offer assistance in loading your vehicle. It may be difficult sometimes when we are shorthanded, but we will try.

For the poor out here and the disabled, it's difficult to get things that could be re used like a handicap potty for the old. They can't pick it up we can't donate

Been there a few times,  poor service.  I am there because I  can't afford for someone to do the work for me.  So I  expect for the staff to help me out. If you don't like helping people  find another fu***** job.

Sorry you had bad experience at our store. Our truck is making pick ups every day for donations and we can only sell what we are receiving. Hopefully you can visit us again as we get more inventory.

Terrible since the move. Selling a bunch of new RTA type stuff instead of quality used furniture (a few pieces there but not much). Old location was so much better.

My husband and I have shopped here for years. We purchased a squat machine a while back and they sold it to someone else. We chalked it up to a mistake and kept going back. We were in there recently and inquired about a sink, stove, and refrigerator combo and given the price of $50. A woman, not sure her name (she's been there a while and is normally nice) decided last minute to change it to $75 or $100, she said. We left our name and number so she could call us once she decided on a final price. She never called, so my husband called and they changed the price once again to $125. While we were there we purchased a dental chair with a dentist's chair attached (the main selling point) When asked the price for the set up, we were told $50. We purchased it and had it delivered (an additional $35 or $40) and it was delivered without the dentist chair. The delivery guy was told it was NOT included with the dental chair and that it was to be auctioned off. THE CHAIR that my husband and I already paid for...My husband then went to the store and spoke with someone (was told there was no manager in today) and they were told it was to be auctioned off with other dental equipment, however a man was going to purchase it and put it in his garage? We were offered a refund and they were supposed to pick up the dental chair we had delivered, however when the woman arrived with two men she tried to only give us $53 (she agreed to the refund and the delivery fee we were out)! Needless to say, we still have the dental chair and they left empty handed. I'm not sure if this particular woman is the one in charge, but whoever is is extremely incompetent and clearly does NOT know how to run a business. I really hope other Habitat for Humanity stores are run better. This one is a huge joke! Oh, and they still have no clue how much they wanted for the item we inquired about previously.

Manager would rather talk about her bra color then help customers. They charge ebay prices for items, if i wanted to pay ebay prices then id hop on over to ebay and buy it.  I have watched employees put stuff that has just come in on the truck right in their cars.  Staff is rude and not helpful.  If an item doesnt have a price youll have to wait for quite awhile before they look it up on the computer, they cant sell it until they look it up.

I am not happy with the way this company treated my aunt. She bought $500 worth of furniture from there and she paid for delivery. They told us it was a set delivery price of $45. When they got to her apartment they made a scene and decided that they didn't deliver upstairs for that $45 fee. That if my aunt had told them it was upstairs they would have charged her more, since over $500 wasn't enough for them money hungry people. Gladly one of the young guys who was on delivery took everything up except her couch and love seat. The boss of the store told them to bring back the whole truck full of stuff and she could bring in the receipt for her money back. My thing is they never asked about upstairs or downstairs apartments, they told her one set price and they are making her not have her couch because $45 delivery fee wasn't enough to move it. They should not deliver then. If it's a problem to move furniture upstairs then they shouldn't deliver at all. What kind of business is this when it's supposed to help the community not hurt it. $500 is not something she wipes her butt with. That's a ton of money for her, she is disabled. She is getting her money back on the couch and love seat but dang, after what she paid she should have had it no issues at all. I know I won't be going back to that place. And they r expensive for used items. That is all.

Been here twice for a couch... The first time I'm pretty sure the couch had bed bugs... Very well could have been the apartment unit i had just moved in to... Well today i bought a sectional.. $200... Asked if they would take $150. They said no due to it just coming in on the 6th.. They said they'd take $175.. So we got it and paid $20 to have it delivered... After we paid THEN the woman said it'd be next Thursday for it to be delivered... After raising a bit of a fuss that this was not disclosed before paying for delivery they decided today would be fine for delivery... When the sectional was delivered two of the legs were broken... Not one.. TWO!! And under the cushion was ripped.. It was filthy as well.. I will NOT be doing business with this place anymore. I feel like after paying $205.50 the experience could have been better.... This may not be a lot of money to some but for us this was a pretty penny.
