GreatFunFindsByLia aka Angelia Mathis aka Lia Mathis probably at one time ran an okay little business but lately her reviews on Etsy show she is not. I received broken and tarnished items but I was expecting wearable jewelry for myself. She just claims every bad review is someone faking an account when you can't do that on Etsy. Thankfully Etsy will give you your money back but it'll take like a month to get the items from her, to be disappointed, then experience Lia saying you're actually the scammer, and then contact Etsy. Not sure why Etsy allows this behavior. Find another grab bag seller on Etsy or locally:)

Owner Response

Upon further research. I sold one costume jewelry grab bag to one seller in Maine in January 31st. No other sales ever to Maine oddly! I sold her a total of $86.51 (taxes included). It was one of my sample photo famous lots.. a “4 pound + crown/tiara” .. a princess Diana replica tiara at that! It was a box of 4.5 oz of jewelry. Shipped free, via usps priority mail, shipped on February 11th. As per my 30 day waiting time. It was described as a “Vintage to Modern, made to order Grab Bag” sold on Etsy. I can provide a photo to prove that rating and will list it on my google to show proof. She submitted a “5 star review” after her purchase on Feb 17th 2022. This was her exact review. Word for word, copy and pasted: “So thrilled with my order, this was well worth waiting for! I’ve ordered a few lots similar to this one, for other vendors, and this is the first time I recieved one that had all intact items, everything wearable, and clean. I’ll be ordering again very soon, just need a bigger jewelry case. :) Thank you so much.” …. I copy and pasted this from Etsy. As you can see she used a :) face just like she did in this review. So I’m positive this is the same seller. This review has since been reported and will hopefully be removed soon. Please do not leave false or misleading reviews on Google. I take Google very seriously and I use it as my main streamline to my businesses. This is my full time job. And I need this job to survive. And take care of horses and pets. As I sell online now. Replacements/exchanges are always an option. You have 3 days to pay to return the item after delivery. Or up to 30 days on select sites. To change the sellers mind about this false or perhaps she wrote the wrong review on the wrong google, I’m going to message her on Etsy incase she had a last minute issue with her box perhaps? But then… why did she leave me a 5 star review and then post this listing? Perhaps we’ll never know… her name is not ME. That is the initials to her state. Her claimed name is “Heath** Turn**”. I remember every single customer I speak with and sell too. She was a very nice customer so I am shocked to see this review. I do apologize for how things ended on Etsy in Dec of 2022. I was hospitalized and septic and I almost died. I had to close up my store and now I’m behind on rent to reopen it anyhow. Once I make my targeted amount I can pay the store and reopen my Etsy again. Perhaps one day. I am back to reselling again and it’s going very well on all selling platforms and on Google! Special thanks to Google for your amazing service you provide to us small women owned businesses! Your amazing. 5 stars. In the meantime… I will message her and see what happened. So HM, look in your Etsy inbox! For a message from me! Thanks dear! Disclaimer: this is not an add, just showing proof and my discovery since now having access to my Etsy and sales page again. Special thanks to everyone who’s had my back through all of this, and my customers to this day who still visit the Estate and buy items and jewelry from me online or in person!
