Love a good bookstore with a great coffee shop with lots of options. Lots of other stuff like records, collectibles and more. Take time out of your day and check it out. We'll worth the trip. Staff is super nice too.

Entire staff from top to bottom an absolute breath of fresh air! Knowledgeable and very courteous and helpful. There are hidden treasures throughout the store and well worth the time spent strolling thru the aisles.

The customer service is wonderful and very helpful, they had what I was looking for in stock which was awesome as penny press word seeks tend to be hard to find sometimes. Also they are pet friendly and I was able to take my dog in to the store and everyone was so kind.

I adore this store. It's better than Barnes & Nobel by a long shot. The coffee shop is wonderful with many different drinks to try, lots of snacks. So many books to choose from too, and the most impressive manga and graphic novel section I've ever seen! It's like if Hastings and Barnes had a wonderful child.

Fun exp. If you like odd things, low on cash but STILL WANT TO TREAT YOURSELF🤭 as one should check it out and be pleasantly surprised🤭🤭😂🤫😂

They had plenty of books and collectibles at reasonable prices and a very large discount section. I enjoy the graphic novels and fantasy sections.

Very nice selection of books, magazines and maps. Here I bought a couple maps, and then checked what I had paid for similar maps online, and found that BAM is cheaper than Amazon.

Great selection of books, toys, and games. I like that there are themed sections for anime and disney products and all sorts of things that make it easy to find gifts for people's specific likes. This is one of my go to stores for gifts for friends and family. The sections are laid out nicely and make it easy to find what you might be looking for. There's a huge selection of funko pop figures. There's also always some discounted book sections or overstock sales. There's also a cafe inside to grab a coffee or snack where you sit and read. Overall a very nice bookstore.

I ordered a book for in store pick up fifteen minutes before closing (last minute notice from my child of something needed for the next day). To my surprise, they had my order ready to go when I arrived at the store - super fast and friendly customer service! I had zero expectations that it would be ready so fast, but what a great surprise!

My daughter and I went to BAM last week and got books, a vinyl for her and the chocolate covered strawberry frappe. It was delicious! We then went to Starbucks to get the same drink and compare. The Starbucks one was smaller, more expensive and not good. Service at BAM is always wonderful with their friendly staff!!

Store was clean, well lit and had a good selection for all kinds. Really enjoyed the Tolkien section.

I absolutely love this place. I got with my boyfriend every few weeks and they have a large variety of things. We play dungeons and dragons and recently bought a campaign from there. We've gone just to get books for me and magic cards for him. Amazing place.

I visit this store often, and always enjoy it. It's kind of a second office for me. I frequently work for several hours in the cafe. Staff and management are fine with it. I've done this for years, without any word from employees.  I usually get a coffee.

I don't see many B.A.M.'s around so i always make it a priority to stop and i was not disappointed.

They always have the newest selection of popular authors and upcoming authors plus a massive selection of used books throughout the entire book store. I love it!

One of my favorite places to go! They have all kinds of manga and I come here pretty often! I'm really happy that they have one near me! I got the membership as it's only 25$ for the year and you get a lot of reusable coupons and let's just say I already got my money's worth through the coupons plus the nice shipping!

Great bookstore plus soooo much more! Toys and gifts of all kinds. Mega variety of different genres and categories of books 📚 Great prices and value. Great selection of planners, calendars, notebooks, journals, even sage bundles and crystals! Fantastic metaphysical section! They even have an awesome buy back program. The store has a very clean nice restroom 🚻 and a nice Cafe. The staff were very friendly and helpful  🙂 I would definitely recommend x a million (no pun intended 😆)

I always love the selection of gift items as well as the bargain area for books. Plus, they do a great job with the kids' section. Good selection of journaling books for anyone who is into doing that as well. I can always find great stocking stuffers here!

I am pleased with the selection, the price, and the atmosphere of the store.

Great selection and something is always on sale. They now have a store credit trade-in program and sell used books on the shelves with the new items. Highly recommend getting the Millionaires Club discount card -  easily pays for itself and you get to participate in the member's only sale events like the recent Penny-A-Page program! I really hope this location doesn't disappear like Borders...it's so hard to find a good bookstore these days!

The store is very well organized.  The self service kiosk area is exceptionally helpful with locating products within the store, and online if not available in store.  At times when I'm sure I looked lost I was asked if I needed help.  Everyone was extremely pleasant without being pushy.  That's a plus for me.

Love the fact you can walk into a BOOKSTORE!!  Staff are personable and voluntarily offer to help locate desired purchases.  Extensive collection of greeting cards and magazines.  Comfy section in the in- store cafe to purchase a cup of joe and peruse reading materials.  Like seeks like; quiet, literary minded folk are encountered .

Great bookstore with a lot of selection and very helpful staff. The staff is knowledable of their inventory and takes time to assist you find a book or order a book if they do not have it in stock. They also have good small gift selections. Books, comics, cds, records, games, toys, they have everything you are looking for in a bookstore. I have never had a bad experience there.

Love this store!!! Great for the whole family. Affortable books, and a great place to study. Spend 20 bucks in a bunch of books for my children, no bad deal.

I visit this store more often than not. Sure their prices aren't as great as others but they have a wide selection of books, games, etc. I'm sorry to say they do not have a poetry section, but they do carry a lot of different genres and authors. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Nice local book store. A lot more than books. Clean and organized. Very polite and friendly staff. Not a big fan when checking out, they try to sell you a bunch of stuff we don't need.

Great variety of stuff and product selection of several character favorites. Some of the used books were priced a little high but typical bookstore pricrs for everything else. They also had a clearance section and discount bins.

A very large bookstore with a pretty good selection. I feel they need a couple more areas for people to be able to sit and read and relax to enjoy the books. I like the children's area and thought it had a pretty good selection. I also like the fact that they have some discount Bargain Books and some discounts on coffee table books which make nice Christmas or birthday gifts

I like going there for their manga section, but lately, they have been going really small with the size of the sections and alot of manga series have been missing the first volume but having all the rest which annoys me. Also, their prices went up, unlike other stores, so i recommend going to other stores to see the price difference first.

The kids and I like to look at books and visit with each other while we read and drink muggs coffee in their little Cafe. We love all the Harry Potter themed coffee drinks they have. They can even make them kid friendly.

This is one of the bigger bookstores that still exists in this area. It was nice to be able to buy a book and then sit in the coffee shop, order a coffee and start reading. The customer service was good in both the bookstore and the coffee shop. I will definitely go back and recommend to others that enjoy physical books.

Stopped in on a whim on the weekend. The selection here is huge. I love the smell of a bookstore and to browse through titles. They have a large variety of books, Genre, age groups and topics. Theres a place for coffee and tea and to sit down and enjoy wheat you've just purchased. For a book addicrmt it can almost be overwhelming because you want to read so many of the books. There a rebclassics, music, toys fir kids and adults. The staff was friendly also. Only downfall was that, as with other things, somw of the book selections I viewed was a little on the pricy side compared to other places...dare is say Amazon. But, if you're willing to pay a little more this place is a nice place to visit.

The selection of books is typically newer and or popular titles. Which is fine, but not much of a variety. I do however like the more unique items they have. Some nice shirts, small variety of vinyls, kids toys, shirts… etc. Take time to look at everything if you can. Lots of current mainstream popular things.

First time. Good selection of books, store smelled great thanks to the inhouse coffee shop. Only down fall is the staff seemed to interest more in each other than the people shopping. Lime the one girl who worked there said " 'managers name' pays us to do nothing"

Fantastic book selection. Virtually identical to Barnes and Noble. Bought Yuval Noah Harari's second book, Homo Deus. Mind blowing. Great staff and very clean and well stocked store. That said, the hard sell for membership + magazine subscriptions was a turn off and felt forced on employees. 4 of 5 stars.

Not sure about the million thing. More toys, games, candy and novelties than books. That said, the store was well stocked and clean. Prices were reasonable. There is also a coffee bar with seating. Overall a very nice store.

I had been a permanent fixture here in the past. I liked it when it was called Borders. I spent many a day for hours at a time here then. I went for music, books, events and more. BAM as it is now known for many years stopped being a main place for me. They removed seating and made it more difficult to find books. They have less inventory. More gadgets and toys, puzzles, no music, and well I stopped going. I have moved from the area now but will return someday to see how its changed. If you go here write reviews so I can see what it has in store for me. I loved the mall....Michael's, Target, and so many other stores. It was my go too.

I think I've only been here once before and I don't remember the experience but the other day I went and I would say that they have a very nice selection of books at reasonable prices and in fact I got some at really good prices that were on sale.  my only criticism would be that they didn't seem like they were staffed very well.  I had a hard time finding anybody to ask a question to.

Staff was very helpful, and visible.  I took my time and walked the aisles.  It reminds me of a college bookstore as you can buy new and used.  The gal working in the cafe where I bought a smoothie was so nice.  I will go again.

Great selection, I just hate checking out. No I don't have a membership, no I don't want one, no I don't want 'free' magazines. Just let me pay and leave.

It's nice having an alternative to Barnes and Noble, but it seems like this store can't figure out what it wants to be. Games, toys, and other things seem to be taking over the store. The layout of the store is a little haphazard, the staff is generally polite, and sometimes the shelves can be messy. I'll almost always stop in when I'm in the area, but I usually don't make a trip of it.

Also, don't bother ordering coffee there. It's awful and they typically only have one stressed-out, over-worked barista on duty which means you'll need to wait for your cup of motor oil. Not fun.

Nice atmosphere but terribly overpriced.  They sell used books for more than a brand new copy from Amazon.  How does that make sense?  Some board games are higher than retail prices.  It's a fine place to browse but I wouldn't buy anything here.

Had to leave staff was ignorant of the store and recipe to make a drink. Kept adding sugar when I said no had no faith in the staff. Sorry!

When I entered the store there was a customer with a pet dog in a BAM cart. Even though my service dog remained quiet at my side, the pet barked and growled until we were well out of eye sight. The customer was actually speaking with a BAM employee when this occurred.

I spent an extra long time in the far corner of the store hoping the pet would be asked to leave. I finally continued shopping but was met with the pet dog again who reacted the same way towards my service dog. At that point I did not feel comfortable in the store and left without my goods. I know it's not much but I had planned to spend a couple hundred dollars in Christmas presents.

I was disappointed that the BAM employees didn't ask the pet dog to leave the store (or get out of their cart?) when it misbehaved so badly, right in front of them.
