This is a great place to find that special thing you didn't know you were looking for. Everything is so well displayed. The building is full of wonderful treasures. But not crowded. The staff is always so helpful from the big hello when you walk in the door to the men in the showrooms asking if they can help or move something so you can see it better. We do like to visit often.

This place has an amazing curation of used, but clean furniture. I found a solid wood table and 4 chairs for a fraction of what they would cost new. They don't sell junk and it's a great place to find a good deal when furnishing a home.

A gem of a place in the beautiful country side of Lancaster County. I recently purchased two large pieces of furniture and feel lucky to have spotted them when I did. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Delivered and set in place as promised. I find myself going back several times a month so as to avoid missing out on something special.

This has a wonderfully broad selection of fine second-hand furniture, mirrors, or paintings. Looks like the may have come from estate sales or moves. Well worth a look-see, if you're near Costco or Lowes - just past PA College of Health Sciences.

I purchased a brass eagle hood ornament, As with all my previous purchases the price was better than reasonable and the service is always excellent. The inventory changes often so the more you visit the better chance you have of finding your special item.

Truly gently used furniture and accessories. Been there twice in last month or so and bought good stuff each time. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This place is huge. So much of everything for the home. Lots of variety and found a few, really fun and strange items. That is what makes it so much fun to look around. You never know what you may find. Also, a great place to consign.

We've found some amazing stuff here. The sort of vintage and used furnishings that prompt friends to ask where we found it. From art to rugs, mid century to new old stock, indoor and outdoor they have a little bit of everything. We try to stop at least once a month when up at Costco. Staff is friendly and delivery is very reasonable if you're buying larger pieces or multiple items.

Nice looking through the variety of items here, often hoping to find one or more things before looking at other places. Staff is helpful and fine letting you just browse. Recently, I was able to get a really good deal on a dining room table and chairs when the owner decided to cut price in half to enable a faster sale. I was the lucky one!

Place is packed with hundreds even thousands of beautiful items to choose from.. Man who helped me was very kind, not at ALL pushy... I mean you gotta see this place!! Fair pricing structure!

There's a huge selection of very nice old and new merchandise. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Most items are fairly priced.

I can't wait to go back with my sweetheart and pick things out together. Their stuff is beautiful and some things are very affordable. I'm glad I left my wallet in the car and had a sleepy baby so I didn't buy anything today.

This is a great place for furniture.  They have a large selection and the prices are good.  There seems to be a lot of turnover of the used furniture so if they don't have what you are looking for it may pay to wait and come back again later.

Love this store.  I've found several gems and really enjoy their regularly evolving inventory.  I also really appreciate the staff - they are professional, courteous, and kind.

My wife and I stumbled upon this store. It’s rare to find one of these stores that has nice furniture, at a reasonable price. Everything was staged and organized, too. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ended up leaving with a beautiful cherry sideboard.

Love this second hand furniture store. They sell high quality second hand furniture that often times you can barley tell that it is second hand. My husband and I have purchased about 3 pieces of furniture from here and love every piece. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the prices are fair.

Lots to see but very expensive for used furniture.  They do carry some high end pieces.  Over all friendly place .

I picked up a piece of furniture for a friend: the place was clean and neat. The staff that this older delt with were very nice and patient.  The young man helped us load the piece in my vehicle and chatted a bit. I'd recommend Next To New Fine Furniture for your next purchase.

First time in this place. I was impressed on the display of so many things.  Things a bit higher for me... . But I would go again if I needed a particular piece  to go with my decor.

We stopped in to browse but the selection was great! You will definitely leave with something for the home if you go glad my husband held the money today! 😁

There are a lot of nice furniture pieces here. Prices are not thrift store, but the quality is pretty good. Staff is helpful.

The store is clean and has a lots of variety. The staff was also really friendly. Just don’t go in expecting to find any deals. Everything was priced extremely high. For what they were asking you might as well go buy something brand new. Most likely won’t return.

This is in the hands of the police. Yes, I’m exhausted now Mary. You keep changing reviews and hitting every social media site. Yes you did not come to my house this time you did the last time following my husband. You have been blocked from my personal cell phone several months ago from contacting me during the night. That’s why I never see your text. That’s why I say use the business lines. And no we have not changed our store hours...so that’s just weird. And yes, you threaten me in the store. It was very scary...on store security cameras. So you can have someone pick the earrings up or talk to me like a normal person. Using store number. Can’t offer you much more.

I am terribly hurt and shocked by the owner of this business. I’ve shopped there for years, spent a lot of money, furnished my daughters apartment etc. I bought a pair of diamond earrings (small) wore them a few times and my ears were irritated. While I was at my jewelers making a purchase I asked if they could test them. They were not real. I contacted her personally (I considered her a friend) to let her know, thought it was an honest mistake and was prepared to accept credit. I went to the store, they had changed their hours because of the pandemic and were closed. I was leaving town and texted her that I could have someone drop them off or I’d bring them in when I returned. I didn’t hear back. When I returned, I brought them in and her husband tested them in front of me and they were not real. He asked if I could leave them there and he’d discuss it with his wife. A month went by, I didn’t hear from them and when I went to see what was going on, she claimed they were not the earrings she sold me. Basically saying I was dishonest and switched the earrings. I left upset, angry and hurt. I didn’t take the earrings nor do I want my money back.  She chose to forgo a good customer and (friend?) over $350’s. Consider this before giving them your business.
Since I first posted this she told the police I went to her house and threatened her!!!  I’ve NEVER been to her house!  I’m the one that should go to the police!  I was ripped off!  I can’t even wrap my head around this. Wow. Just wow

Name brand...quality consignment. Compare apples to apples and understand what you’re looking at. An antique is an item 100 years plus. Sorry not many items at all in the store are antique. We supply quality furniture, decor, art, lighting and jewelry. I would recommend Goodwill for you.

Now I see you changed your review, and to a one star...when you write a review we may reply. The reply may not be what you want to hear but the truth can be stated.

Lots to look at "new" used couches for 2000  no thanks. rude reply to a review...no one said anything when I walked in. If I'm gonna spend money its gonna be at a name brand store. No good will for me thanks

Hello this is Diana you greeted you and asked if you had items for Gary and if you brought them. You showed me a drawer but then never responded regarding appraisal items. You stood there for minutes emailing photos to us. Gary was appraising an item right beside you. You then showed us a blurred photo of bedroom piece of furniture. We were confused by your actions. We were just waiting on you. Then you left. I even told my coworker that’s a 1 star review because I’m completing confused of want he really wanted. Sorry Charlie

Emailed ahead of time was told Gary would be there and would look at what I had.
Never introduced to Gary, associate refused to look at the sample I had - demanded to view photos on my phone and began arbitrarily swiping through photos obviously without my permission.
Email response to me expressing the let down of leaving w out meeting Gary and also any appraisal Diana told me”Gary was standing beside you”
No one was standing beside me and I didn’t realize I’d have to introduce myself to everyone on the place just to land on the appraiser.  There were literally 7 people busier talking ab high school sports being cancelled and petting dogs rather than consigning furniture.
Also none of the employees were wearing masks.

Thank you for shopping with us. We currently have 7 new items on the show room floor. Which are new fabric sofas. We’re very very selective on what we take some items  may appear new when there not. Pricing is fair market value for our area. Always compare apples to apples (brand name to brand name) Thank you again for shopping with us.

It's ok...they tend to carry more New furniture more so now than they used to and the prices are just that...pricey.

Saw your response and disagree...ok I get it your picky about what you take in and I gotta tell ya, so am I. But if I'm not mistaken, your sign does say Next to New right?  But you carry new? And we were there not long ago and just about every other piece of furniture said new on the tag.  And as for your apples to apples comment, sorry to say (but not really) you just lost two customers, myself and my husband and will send the word to family and friends.  Oh and my rating just went from a three star to one, congratulations!

Compassion...two sides to every story! We offer 7 day pick up true which we honor. You told us you would pick on Wednesday or Thursday. Today is Thursday offering good customer service we called to confirm pick up today so your sectional would be moved off showroom floor and ready for you. Never once asked you to pick up early. Your husband called today confirming pick up from 2-4pm. We prepared the sectional at the warehouse door which is outside a large 20 foot door for easy loading. At 3:52pm your husband called and said emergency has come up we can't get the sectional today. We were expecting between 2-4pm pick up. Ok let's figure this out I offered my personal cell phone to stay at the store until 9pm to help you load the sectional because my delivery guys left for the day. The sectional is wrapped in moving blankets just outside the open large warehouse door and I'm willing to stay at the store for 3 hours because you say you can come between 8-9pm. Willing to stay and do busy work until you can come. You then say you on your way. So your mom and dad arrive to pick up the sectional half and hour later...(dad extremely kind) we load the sectional. Your mom tells me your emergency is buying a new car today and everyone's emergencies are different.  I understand you had a bad accident the last week of September and your boys were in the car (can't even imagine). Thankful everyone is ok. So your emergency is buying the car my emergency is your sectional is just out the warehouse door for your pick up and I'm willing to stay until 9pm to help you load because I'm alone with a full warehouse stacked for the next day. This is where social media is frustrating a one star review for what confirming pick up preparing your sectional for an easy load and the next consignor wanting their item on the floor because they need money for their emergency too! BALANCE!! But no one asked how is your day or what is your staff dealing with personally....COMPASSION!!!

I am completely disgusted by the customer service I just received at Next to New. We purchased a piece of furniture last week and specifically asked if it could be picked up the next week prior to paying. We were told no problem, we had 7 days to pick it up. On the morning of the 5th day they called and asked us if we could get it any sooner, we said we thought we could. Unfortunately an unavoidable emergency came up and we told them we couldn't get it until the next day (day 6). We were told that our couch was already outside and there was absolutely no way it could be moved back inside. We said we were sorry, we couldn't possibly get there until after 9 pm that day... and then were told that was fine, our $950 couch could stay outside (at a closed store??) until 9 pm.  This was our 3rd major purchase at this store within the last year but it will be our last. I've never felt more like a pile of money & less like a valued customer.
