I purchased this second hand Ashley Furniture sectional based on the website photos and video. When delivered, it was exactly as pictured, clean, and so comfortable! Looking to add new furniture but the cost is prohibitive.  And you keep thinking “they don’t make it like they used to back in the day”.  Problem solved.  Good quality used furniture, at a reasonable price, delivered and brought into your house and put right where you want it!  Stumbled on OneUp and glad I did. I needed something for my redone basement and did not want to pay a fortune.  Found and viewed a nice set on the web (chose not to check it out in person as the video was enough for me) and had it delivered and brought in.  My basement steps are tricky to say the least.  Without hesitation, with a lot of elbow grease and effort they got both into the basement. Save yourself the hassle of trolling Facebook, going to see what it really looks like is some shady neighborhood, then picking it up and bringing it home.  OneUp is top notch and genuinely nice guys to boot!

It's hard to find in-home delivery for furniture that isn't brand new. I live in a 3rd floor apartment, so moving furniture in and out isn't easy, but they were able to do it within 20 minutes. I actually returned a $3k brand new West Elm sectional so that I could buy a $700 sectional from OneUp. They saved me money and a sore back trying to haul a couch up the stairs.

Bought a couch and loveseat from them on Thursday, scheduled a delivery for that Saturday. They texted the night before to confirm time, and let me know when they were on their way, when they were close and when they arrived the day of. They were in and out in 5 minutes. Couch is fantastic and exactly as advertised on the website. Great product, fantastic communication, and flawless delivery. Very pet friendly too!

We woke up this morning on a hunt to find a couch and boy did we get a great one! So comfortable, plus it arrived super quick ( we ordered this morning!) and the two guys moving it in were so friendly and helpful! I got the most gorgeous high quality sectional from One Up at a price I literally still cannot believe. I was nervous about their movers being able to get it into my basement, but I texted the number on the website and they were quickly able to confirm it would fit. The movers showed up literally 3 minutes after the beginning of the delivery window, texted me updates as they were on their way, and moved everything in in under 20 minutes. I am so impressed with OneUp Furniture and it will be the first place I look next time I’m looking for furniture.

What a great experience! The One-Up guys were very helpful in delivery process, even when I wasn’t home. The day my couch was to be delivered it was raining, they waited until the rain let up and even covered it with a tarp. Easiest process ever!

Literally the greatest company and experience! I was able to text to ask questions about the furniture i’m interested in and they gave me fabric details and everything. they responded right away and we’re super communicative. When they delivered the couches they were super polite and even offered to bring it inside for me after i told them i didn’t pay for the inside delivery service. We had an amazing experience with OneUp furniture. We purchased our couch sight unseen and it was exactly how it was shown in pictures and video. You can’t beat free delivery, as well as the delivery happening within days of ordering! We are hard on couches and we’ll definitely be looking at their stock again when it’s time to buy a new one!

Purchased online and offered same day delivery . Even in bad weather the delivery team did a great job !  The room sizes and entry points were awkwardly shaped and the guys worked hard trying different solutions until they were successful in getting our new sectional into place. thought the site was too good to be true. for once I was wrong. sales staff was quick and polite. Delivery guys were fantastic. Very nice. Extremely helpful, prompt and quick. I was expecting issues with the price i paid and was expecting problems, but what I received looks practically brand new and only has the flaws they mentioned in the item description. And honestly, in person, the flaws they mentioned are much less than described. these people are the first good thing to happen to me in a while. Thanks guys! I will call again!

I found OneUp through an ad for a couch on Facebook marketplace and while I was skeptical at first, I’m so glad I went with them! I went to the warehouse to try it out, and it was exactly as described and pictured online. They were able to deliver up a very narrow doorway and flight of stairs the very next day. These guys were super responsive to my texts and have an awesome startup going for them. Would recommend!

Having just graduated college, I am trying to be smart with my money and save up for law school while also decorating my new pad! This was my first time inquiring about any furniture that I found on FB Marketplace, and it was a tremendous experience that left me 110% satisfied. OneUp's response time was incredibly quick, they allow you to put down a $100 deposit and pay the rest in cash at time of delivery which I thought was great, and they were right on time to drop off the couch. Very nice, professional men and super nice to talk to when they dropped off the couch. The couch is clean, looks brand new, and fits perfectly in my new apartment. Truly could not have had a better experience with them, no qualms, perfectly happy! Would buy again from them and hope to! And, *dad joke alert* they really do OneUp every single other furniture place on FB Marketplace and beyond!!

I wanted to leave a 5 star review due to their quality couch we bought, the delivery guys were awesome and timely and their prices. But I've been waiting 4 weeks for a refund on the price difference on the couch we got and have literally gotten nowhere. I've reached out to them the past 2 weeks and thought they have responded they have not resolved this issue. It would have been unfair to give a 1 star review mostly due to the delivery guys were very cool.

Apparently, I was just told they are no longer selling used furniture. Their website has yet to reflect that. Their business model through Pennsylvania has yet to reflect that. They are unwilling to deliver anything beyond this weekend.

I have used them before and they have been amazing but it’s a shame. They are getting bad guidance from whoever their business attorney is. There is nothing in their website that states they are done with use furniture. It’s pretty sad because they had a great business model.

I was told they are now only doing new furniture and they won’t honor a delivery for a purchase made by this Friday
