I have ordered furniture and paid 50% deposit. Jose had promised to deliver the products in 3-4 weeks. It’s has been over 6 months and still waiting for delivery. I have worked with many contractors over the years but this one has shown utter lack of professionalism, communication and ethics. I would recommend any one considering Rios Wood working and Jose to stay away from him and save yourself from frustration.
The fabrication of the custom high-end furniture that I delivered to you, cost me $5,000.00, and I only charged you $2500.00 because of the late delivery. I've never met such a cheap person who refused to pay me what was owed even with the time line issue. I stand behind my work and you did receive your furniture!
