When I originally walked in the store there was 2 cashier's working (well supposed to be working) I went in there with a huge suitcase full of handbags, cluches, wallets etc; retail value idk I was content with getting the clutter out. Another large duffle bag full of BRAND-NEW women's clothing (EVERYTHING WAS FROM EXPRESS) tags were still attached, smoke free and animal free house, the total for just the clothing was $800, they gave me $4 for a authentic Michael Kors shades retail value $225.00. When I brought everything in the store they said it would be about an hour for them to estimate everything. I happened to be their 1st customer, I returned in 1½ later because no one was answering the phones, (well not the the store phones they are ALL on their cellphones! Alex the employee was the ONLY one on the floor working) so they told me that the hr wait is a estimate. Then said that I couldn't wait in the store🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ mind you I was looking to possibly buy a few items whatever they are overpriced for what they pay the customers for our items. Well sorry for ranting however they ONLY offered me $12.06 they ONLY pay 10¢ an item!!!!!! The one shirt I was looking to sell thinking I'd get at least $20 was $88.00 so I will never go there again the customer service was horrible and ignorant just all around horrible experience! Below are just some of the items.

The review that says they don’t speak when you walk in is 100% accurate. They literally act like you don’t exist. I’ve been there 3 times & it’s not a matter of different workers that’s just the environment🤷🏾♀️ anyway I went to sell some sneakers today & it literally took them over an hour to authenticate them and give an estimate. I literally had the original box, dust bag & physical receipt. usually when I sell items they can tell me immediately so this was new to me. When I first went I purchased Dior bracelets & it was an average experience. That’s the only reason I gave 2 stars. My experience today was not good. They are so unwelcoming. The security doesn’t speak or anything! It’s like they all have attitudes. Also, taking over an hour to give an estimate& not apologizing is insane. I will not be returning. And no I did not sell them my sneakers, their price was too low.

kinda rude, walked in nobody spoke or welcomed me in. looked around and the prices were a bit hefty for the regular pieces. the designer items were priced reasonably tho. i’ll try another time when different workers are in rotation (i wanna feel welcomed)

Place is clean and has a decent amount of clothes but the employees are very rude. I asked for the price of a shirt and the cashier had an attitude, they demand for your bags when you enter and will ignore you asking for them back while they talk to eachother. There are better thrift stores with more variety, lower prices, and you’ll be treated with basic respect. Will not be returning.
