Upscale resale. This store has a nice selection of gently used clothing from quality brands. The prices are very reasonable. The store is clean, well-appointed, and they have four or five large fitting rooms. It's mostly contemporary women's clothing, but they do have a growing selection of men's clothes and designer wear.

I really like coming to the store. They have very high-end clothing, apparel shoes, hats watches, accessories for a fraction of the cost brand new. I will always come back. sincerely, David and Draco the Great Dane

I love Love It!  It's so nice to have a quality, secondhand clothing shop in State College where you never know what you might find!

I have found so many great items and very fair prices and look forward to not only selling to them, but also buying with them.

Great place with lots of choices for everyone!  One of my FAVORITES!

It is impossible to not find something one likes and buy it! Affordable and great selection of cute dresses. They do a good job in collecting pieces for every occasion.

I haven't shopped here, just consign. Unfortunately, I get little to nothing for my $200 designer jeans, but its better than nothing.  They have a fair amount of 2nd hand designer clothing for sale.

I can't say enough good about this place. I just walked out of there looking like I spent 1000$ on a shipping spree in Philly. Brand new Loft corduroy pants, Athleta leggings, Anthro cowl neck tunic, and the list goes on. If you haven't been, you do not know what you are missing.

Amazing selection. Got a Banana Republic suit top for probably 1/5 of the price it normally would be. Staff were so nice; will definitely be returning and would 100% recommend this place to all my friends. Probably best high-end thrift store I’ve ever been to, and I live right next to NYC.

Being that I also own a secondhand shop, I love Love It Boutique. Deb has bought so much from my past clients and I have bought so many wonderful pieces of clothing from her. I wish I could get in there more often, but I always end up spending more than I should! LOL

She has a great eye and selects quality pieces.

There wasn't very much men's stuff, but what they had was great quality stuff. I wasn't going to stop but I'm glad that I did.

First time visiting this store, we were very impressed with the quality of the items for sale and the pricing! The owner and her staff were extremely friendly and we would recommend this store to anyone looking for great clothes at a cheaper price!

This is my favorite consignment store that I have been to. They have a great variety of nice clothes, shoes, and purses. Anytime I visit state college I make sure to stop by.

The best place to shop in State College, I cannot say enough how much I love this store. They have a fantastic selection of clothing, bags and shoes and I seem to find something to buy every time I go in. Staff is always super friendly too!

Always kind and the owner/workers have a good eye for fashion. Once I needed to find some professional clothing, and one of the ladies walked right over to a rack and pulled off a couple pieces she thought would work. This told me that they knew exactly what they have in their store!

Great staff, well manicured selection of clothing, good selection of sizes and name brands and a well organized shop with high end clothing organized by brand and size.  The prices are excelent.  I highly recommend this store.

What an awesome upcycle store. She has a great selection of womens and mens  clothing, shoes, high end purses, jewlery and makeup. Add the Love It!  shop on your places to visit in State College.

For a resale place, the prices were reasonable. They have a small vintage section and a pretty decent-sized men’s section.

Reasonable prices.  Mostly name brand items  ,things are in good condition.  I really like this store !

The selection is great but this is likely because their purchasing prices are truly a rip off. I would have been better off giving away some of the stuff I brought in to someone who would love it rather than allowing them to pay me such a low amount to turn around and sell it for triple or more what they paid. They only provide a “total” rather than offer per item so it’s easy to miss the lowball. Because of this my Burberry/Farm Rio/NWT stuff was bundled with everything else and they paid me next to nothing.

I’m so sorry , we’ve so short staffed !! But I apologize, we try to greet everyone but only have one employee usually , we try to have the best customer service.. again I’m so sorry ! 

Unfriendly customer service. I walked in and was stared at, never greeted. Took a week to look at my small shopping bag of clothing.

I really do like Love It and I have really appreciated their service, however I am giving them 3 stars because the last two times I went there (to drop off clothing to sell) the workers were NOT wearing masks... it made me and other guests quite uncomfortable. Please put on your masks!

Took in a lot of clothes. They did not buy any of them. Had to sell the clothing online.

Had two dresses on consignment. Was told that if that there were two options: they sell and I would be called or they don't sell after a year and I would be called to collect them. Either option ends with me being called and returned my dresses or cash. I have not been called, nor my dresses returned, nor paid any money. It has been almost two years. As far as I am concerned, my property has been stolen. Please have the owner contact me. You already have my number.

Brought in a bag full of barely worn, nice clothes of the same brands they sell there — Madewell, Nine West, Loft, etc. They wouldn’t buy any of them, which is annoying, but I understand that it’s because of their business model. Sometimes they have too much of a particular item or are looking for a specific season. But when I picked them up, they couldn’t even give me a reason why so that I knew for the future; all they would say is “it’s hit or miss, try again next time” and recommended that I try Plato’s Closet. Won’t be wasting my time or money there in the future.

I would highly recommend you do not buy luxury goods here! They are willing to purchase products they cannot authenticate and sell them!
Very bad experience selling here. They held me off and gave me agnostic responses for 3 weeks as I was trying to sell them ~$600 in luxury clothing, despite their claim to checking every Monday and getting back to you soon.
They proceeded to offer me 3-5x less than binding offers I have received online after the 3 weeks.They wanted to purchase other items they could not "authenticate," but I think any respectable business would simply turn away items that they could not authenticate. I purchased all of these items over a reputable site that legit checks items that come in.
Overall a very poor experience in conducting business with them. I cannot in good faith recommend people try to sell their clothes here, or spend a lot of money on a luxury good due to the possibility of its inauthenticity.

My husband and I arrived at 10:02 am when the store was suppose to be open at 10:00 am which we understand that happens but the staff member did not have to be rude as I was waiting outside. She walked up and said (in not the nicest tone) “can you give me a minute, I just pulled in”. Then when my husband went into the store to get bins and bags, she put them on the counter abruptly and said “here”. My husband wanted to confirm the amount on the check since we were picking up the bins and bags for a friend. Her response was “that’s not my job”. Overall our experience felt rushed and did not receive great customer service.

They lost my cloths. When I have called they said they would return my call and never did. I hope someone enjoyed my cloths

Went to the store in search for a wedding guest dress. Very nice merchandise but was extremely unpleased with the staff. It was my first time and not one person said “welcome” or “do you need help” or showed any regard. They were not busy or understaffed as they were sure to sit and just stare. Would never buy anything from here.

My mother and I enjoy shopping at Love It, but we were extremely displeased and shocked with our experience today. It would be safer if all your employees wore masks, as is stated on your sign on the front door (went to the State College location). It concerns me that a community-oriented small business such as yours would have no concern for the community members who are interested in frequenting your business....today a consigner in the State College location requested the employee at the cash register to put her mask on, and the employee refused the whole time....Unfortunately, if a business is not concerned about the safety of their community in a pandemic such as this, I will not be frequenting this store again.

So sorry , I would love to know , actually who and what happen , we thrive on great service .. we are very selective on men’s clothes , do to men’s clothing is not good sellers .. plz call me 3088246 .. Deb
