Went to biannual auction.  Can't wait for the next one!  So much fun.  I drop all donations here; our once-estranged son was given a home and job here for a year.

Good quality clothes. Polite and helpful staff. They have eliminated rewards cards and started a system based on phone numbers, which is immensely more convenient.

Rapid drop-off of boxes. They unloaded boxes & furniture from my car. Easy to find. Their store has good selection of gently used items. Pleasant charity that supports our community. Get a receipt for tax write-off.

Prices on shirts and pants are really good sister shoes and their boots I can go to Walmart and buy brand new for what they want other than that excellent place to shop

Good prices on precious used antiques and goods sold as they are for very low - low prices. Great for your wallet depending on what u want, need! I like the books , toys some curtains, globes the original classroom round globe etc..👍

The store sells used items that mainly​ come from donations. Sometimes there are good things and at good prices. The work of helping people exceeds the store.

It's a thrift store, not much to say. Wish it was a little cleaner....

My experience was very unpleasant, I was treated differently than other people the whole time I was there. And because they made a mistake not setting aside a percentage of the money I told them I was getting from the very beginning they treated me like I was a liar, and stealing money from them.  They were just looking for a reason to single me out, people were going to the director and telling lies to get me kicked out, and apparently he chose to believe them over someone that did a better job than most of the people there at my job. Because I chose to buy things I been waiting to get for years I was criticized for it, and imade fun of like I just blew money, and had no idea what I'm doing.  To make it worse I had something delivered there and they failed to tell me before I left the building with all my stuff and they are refusing to give it to me until Monday even though someone was there that could have simply unlocked ak door, didn't bother returning my calls at all even.  These people are so religious right?  Act like they are better than all of us, treated us like children that need to be taught how to survive in the world, how to manage money, like we are failures.  They know I'm trying to get my kids back and just played with my life like I'm nothing.   I'll be surprised if I even get my property back they are keeping me from. The night watchman told me to come in to get my stuff and was messing with my head making me go there just to be purposely turned away and made to wait, keeping me from my stuff.   They are judgmental, they belittle people, make people slaves in their warehouse for next to nothing for pay, then they are all on power trips especially the one night watchman that yelled at me for being late taking my meds one time when I fell asleep.   People are not treated fairly, and they think it's funny when they do this stuff to people, made fun of me for buying a bass guitar, it helps with depression for me and I was made fun of for buying it with my own money I earned.  People were always after others attempting to get people kicked out, me being one of them.  I was robbed as I was moving out, and I know exactly who did it, and they did nothing when I said something to numerous people.  They didn't care at all, just treated me like I'm nothing because I wouldn't give them exactly the amount of money they demanded from me.  They say they are a no profit organization but they are the opposite.  They make money off other people misfortune, and totally let me down.  I relocated because they said they would help me, but what they dont mention is that they are very controlling, abuse their power, degrade people, but yet are religious, and act like they are better than everyone else, like they arise such good people.  They dont stop to see what they really are,  I regret leaving my home town and went away from my kids just to have them complicate my life, and discriminate me, then treat me like I'm the bad person.  They totally lost sight of why they do what they do, and what a godly person should be.  Most of all they dont know how to treat people right, gossip is horrible there.  Favortism,  they take a lot of people in fresh out of jail.   They dont care who they take in, I can see if someone wants to change, but they dont even do background checks.  People that make it about unbearable to even be there, people threaten others, it's not a safe environment.  I even went to them once with proof that I was threatened and they still allowed the person to stay there,  even when it kept happening they still wouldn't kick them out.  It's total disorder, people talk about each other so bad behind each others backs, especially  the staff.  They encourage people being a tattle tail, believe lies that are told to get someone kicked out. But allow others to get away with keeping people up at night refusing to turn lights out after 10p.m. playing music , watching tv but I was casted out because I was trying to save up for a car to get down to see my kids.  I was doing better than most were and people hated me for it.

Tried to drop off a mattress, it came from a smoke free home, no pets, no stains. I was told by a man that they don't take mattresses. He was quite nasty with me also. They always used to. Now I have to take a perfectly good mattress/boxspring set to the dump.

I love ARW thrift stores but this location has gone downhill big time since the new manager took over. The prices are go up a lot since she started and it’s no wonder I see the same stuff for sale every time I’m in there. Also I have twice left the store because I waited at the register with no one coming to help me. Today the manager was at the register and was on Facebook while I put my items in front of her. It took her 2 minutes to look up from her phone to help me. I was so disgusted I just walked out.

Of all the stores in the area this is by far the worst run.

Refused to sell product that had a price tag on it for weeks that ive had my eye on

Could update your site to say what days are for like today was food day . And that you no longer help with rent unless you have an evection notice or shut off notice.  I honestly don't want to let it go to that point. Most clothing is ruined by your tag gun and NOT going into a seam . Over priced for second hand and very dirty and disorganized.  I will no longer support your cause for anything anymore!

There getting ridiculous, they use to help people now it's all about the almighty dollar. No clue how they have a 4 star review they sure as hell don't deserve it. FYI they have a child molester as a manager if that says anything about them.
