Please. The store is well laid out, items are straight and in the right place (for me anyway), and while my partner could speak more about prices, I was simply happy to find things I wanted. Not just settle for.

This place is a veritable treasure trove of amazing Converse shoes, vintage yet pristine vinyl, superb books and, from time to time, rare Lego kits.

I like 2nd Ave stores. They are (to me) a step above thrift stores. I’ve made out very well at this new one in Willow Grove as well as others. I’m glad there’s one close to my job! 😉

I attended this stores grand opening and although the store was packed i still managed to find quite a few great items! I see many have pointed out the overpriced items which yes, there are some, but there also are some great finds that are worth their price. A huge downside is that they do not have fitting rooms but this is not the first thrift store ive come across without one. Staff is super friendly and happy to help. I will definitely visit again.

I can see why the other reviewers were complaining about prices as they were a little all over the place, but my family was still able to find some good deals. That’s just how thrift stores are. This store seems pretty much on par with any of the other 2nd Ave thrift locations, and it’s nice to have one in the local area.

Was the very best place in the world to get plus-sized jeans for a good price. Now sadly closed :(

Nice, clean and bright. Spacious and set up into departments so it is easy to navigate with a cart or stroller.

This is one of the better thrift stores that I have found in the area. The prices are a little high, but they often have 30% off the store or 50% particular departments. It's clean and nicely organized.

Huge selection of clean and good condition second hand items. Expected cheaper prices since items are second hand. Prices were too close to original.

No dressing rooms and bad return policy.  You need a better return policy if you're not going to let people try stuff on.  The selection is good though.

The store is clean, neat and orderly, but the small kitchen appliances such as the George Foreman grills, crock pots, coffee makers, etc. are gross.  They are clearly dirty from prior use so who would want to buy them?  It doesn't take much to wipe these items down with a cleansing wipe prior to putting them on the shelves.

Nice employees and some good selections but they are soooo expensive for a thrift store. $12 for an old plain target tank top. Just overpriced for a lot of things that aren’t worth it. No dressing room either.

Quite disappointed with this 2nd Ave. I found an unopened box of sidewalk chalk marked at 6.99 but the original price for it at Target was $5. The employee would only take $1 off which didn’t make sense. The other 2nd Ave stores in the area are cheaper and have more things. One plus was how clean and organized it was.

Items of the sale tag color are limited, anyway, so very frustrating that they’re removing whatever is left!

Would be 4 star but huge drop for not providing a changing room to for trying on clothes.  They do allow exchanges within 14 days -otherwise they would be a 1 star.

Okay store..all clean and organized, but you can't use any coupons and there are no sale colors...just regular prices. You would think for a store Grand opening, they would do a bit more. Will stick with the other locations for now.

Decided to shop around I googled before going to check hours it says they close at 9pm I got there at 8:20. Wasn’t going to be there long just a quick walk through their outside doors were locked the inside doors open two ladies in the front saw us but didn’t even acknowledge us.

Went to this thrift store hoping to have a pleasant experience but had the complete opposite! I was profiled as soon as I walked in the store, employees were watching my NIECE, a CHILD, and I as we shopped. An employee even went an extra mile to take items out of my shopping cart to put in the back so I wouldn’t purchase it! When I asked to speak to a manager the “assistant manager” gave me attitude right away, I came to her in a respectful matter and she was completely rude to me, trying to dismiss the whole situation. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS THRIFT STORE!!! Not worth it

The employees here have not a clue what they get in, therefore have no clue how to price their "FREE" given items. They put the same HIGH prices for a pair of Target jeans as well as American Eagle jeans. They also just MAKE UP what size something is, if it's not on an item, which is FRAUDULENT. I bought a sheet set that was marked as "KING" size and it's literally & only for a "TWIN"! They don't take returns so I'll be disputting the entire sale amount via my credit card provider.

They actually had a pasta sauce jar, used and empty for 3.99.  Prices are insane 10/9/24 visited again today to see if they figured out their prices were too high. Every iron they had was 1999. One of them is $11 new .somebody might not actually need an used iron. Whoever is pricing their house wares is not aware of current pricing

This afternoon l was there  l see the 2 old lady she make jewelry separate  so l like a peice l ask to lady’s she point me the ask that lady  l go to ask her she say she can’t prices she don’t have time other lady store maneger both say they can’t prices. They don’t have time in store have probably 5 to 10 customer not busy   Ur jop is make the customer happy ur bussy doing lap lap lap with workers u don’t have time putting prices a jewelry.   You should put a nice people can help customer anytime any secon   Not those peoples that’s why u  guys don’t have customers  they don’t have time helping  customers they have time for lap lap lap eac other laughing   I been customer 2 nd  ave long time royal customer

Clean and well stocked but listed as a For-Profit. Who or why would anyone donate to a for-profit? I feel like people might be hoodwinked. They should have to announce that on their donation boxes and on the front door. The prices were higher than other thrifts too. I thought proceeds went to a charity or church. No thanks. That and there's no dressing rooms make this place a zero for me. I can get used junk anywhere.

All the low rating reviews are correct. Prices are way to high for a second hand store.  Yes the store is clean and organized but the items are priced too high, broken, stained, or dirty. Items  are higher than retail.  Go down the street to Marshalls or the Willow Grove mall for cheaper, new, and clean clothes.  Several Dollar Tree items for $4, $5, $7.  The shelves are full because no one is giving in to this corporate greed. The clothing is packed so tight, but once you see the prices you will stop looking.

Store itself is brand new and clean, but many items are dirty, and everything is waaaay overpriced. For these prices, you may as well shop at Marshall's for new, clean stuff. Some of the items here aren't even sellable, like used Christmas cookie tins, yet they are on sale here for like $4 a piece. Will not be back.

I really wanted to like this store, but it’s ridiculous. Calvin Klein dress, $12. SHEIN dress? Also $12. Ooh, a cute dress for $8?! Sorry, there’s an obvious paint stain on it. No changing rooms to see if something is worth buying. I brought home a dress and it didn’t fit. No returns, but I can exchange it. So now I have to go back and try my luck on something else.
