This place has great new and used furniture at reasonable prices. Huge selection! Blane was awesome and he even helped us load what we bought. We will definitely go back next time we need a quality piece of furniture.

Great quality furniture with the best prices I've seen anywhere

Play says a little bit of everything, some new, some not so new.
My wife and I found what we were looking for, a square coffee table. As a bonus, it has a lift up tabletop which was something I wanted.
We also got the matching end tables, and for a very good price.
If you're looking for furniture and don't have a lot to spend this is the place for you.

Decent place for some things but employees will not help you and alot of the used and broken stuff is way over priced

Was sent here by a friend looking for some basic and inexpensive furniture and because they offer the no-credit financing and being I was in escrow on a home was worried about financing through places like Ashley's furniture and causing an issue.  Although it lacks the glamour of some of the big furniture stores I was surprised to find pretty nice sets and items, and a catalog of more items to order from. Items were priced well, and payment amounts and due dates on financed items were adjustable to my discression. Also they delivered, set up and placed everything as part of delivery.

Definitely not “budget”. Many damaged pieces for full price. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for budget.

If this is about lift recliner we gave you another new one in till your was repaired and exchanged so don’t go there 

The Dealer was really nice at first. But when we found out the Lazy Boy chair we bought was broken. we couldn't get ahold of anyone. They wouldn't return our calls. Then when we went in they were very rude and unprofessional. They send people 2 different times to assess the chair. But after that we fought again to have them do something. After everything they made us bring the chair to them and gave us temporary chair. and salesman was very rude and was saying snarky remarks the whole time we did exchange. 5 weeks went by and we heard nothing. Then we again went to the store and they said oh your chairs ready well drop it off. when they did exchange and took chair and gave original chair they were alright until they walked out the door. One was demanding a Tip the other called us a******. so our experience was poor at best.

The manager was very rude! When leaving the store and not purchasing anything because the used furniture was overpriced and not the best quality...The manager seems to make up prices as he goes..The manager made a rude comment to us about not purchasing.. He said .. " You need to buy it somewhere".. his helper was very nice..

The new furniture is higher because of all the freight/ fuel cost/ taxes / are crazy 
And for used furniture $30 hr. Plus fuel /my time standing at sale buy items 
BUT IF U ASK WE ALWAYS TRY

This place is the worst. I purchased a set of dinning room set  for $2000 and four months ago. The chairs are broken already  because they installed wrong they have me waiting for Long time  and now they said is nothing they can do.  Don’t buy. For this people.

People in this place are rude and unhelpful.

They don't have store hours posted anywhere online. I was looking to buy a new coffee table and end table set. Went there at 7:30 PM on a Saturday and they are closed. So we went else where.

I ordered product a week in advance, I was given a delivery time for 11:00am. On the day of, I gave them a grace period of an hour before I called to check the status. I was only told that their delivery guys were out making delivery's, nothing else was said. Another hour passed before I called again, same guy answered the phone, this time he sounded a little annoyed, and still only told me the exact same thing that he said the first time. I'm sure they are in contact with their delivery people. He could've easily said, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, let me get in touch with our delivery guys, find out what's going on, and I'll give you a call back." Instead of having their paying customer held hostage in their home for hours with no information. As I write this, it's been yet another hour, and still no product. If you reschedule, it'll be another week before you get your product. If you cancel, they charge you 20% of whatever you already put down on the product. If this sounds like terrible customer service, that's because it is.
