Love this place. Staff are pleasant and fun.

Every. Damn. Time. That's how often this shop sends me swooning. Their vendors make everything look great, price things fairly, bring the choicest vintage and handmade good-goods, and serve up the best service. At least 100 "oooooh"s per visit.

My husband and I love coming here around the holidays to find holiday decorations or something unique for the house. There’s so much to choose from! We love First Fridays! Especially October and November!

We had the best experience shopping there today! Every store personnel we encountered was incredibly helpful, kind, and super fun.

I've have shopped  at various antique stores here in Kansas City and in surrounding areas. This is the best place for holiday shopping.

Had a wonderful time walking around and shopping with my mother. There's something for every one. It's set up beautifully and such a unique space. The only thing it needs is a wine bar or beer garden 😂 We will definitely return again!

First time visiting this gem in kcmo. So many beautiful and original items! My favorite is "My father's daughter " which featured one of a kind vintage clothing. Another favorite were the soy candles made by Lilly! So pretty and unique! A must see if you're in the area!

We have been several times and each time at Good JuJu it never disappoints! It’s a perfect girls trip. This trip I purchased a chandelier and other goodies. And the nicest guy climbed the ladder and got it down just for me to look it over and helped me fold it the best we could for safe travels back to Arkansas. Then he carried down stairs for me as well. ( I wish I could remember his name. )And that’s where I met the vendor of the chandelier, Nancy. And she went above and beyond to help get a missing part to the chandelier to me. She communicated with me via text just to update me and brought me the piece to pick up the next day. And the owner even gave me some helpful diy tips. Each visit we meet the nicest people and can’t wait for our next trip to Good JuJu! Thank you again Nancy. You were the BEST!

Thought place was great. Found an antique ruler I've never seen before so I bought it, wife found lots of things to buy.

West Bottoms is always a great place to pick up a good find! Good Ju Ju is only open on the weekend of the first Friday of every month. Go early to avoid the crowds!

Local tip: find Chef Js nearby for a great lunch! We’d recommend the bbq frito pie

Always enjoy checking out the ever changing inventory. A little hard to maneuver thru with any extra...be it merchandise, packages, or children...with the crowd that is usually there. Recommend shopping with 1 friend and a cell phone, lol!!

One of the best events in Kansas City is First Friday and Good Ju Ju is a great place to stop. Lots of very cool one of a kind pieces. When you visit KC come to the West Bottoms on the first weekend of the month. If you don't have a blast, it's your fault.

This place is super fun. There's so much to choose from for people with all different budgets. Alot of the sellers are on hand for questions and the check out process is easy and they take plastic. If you've been wanting to check out the antiques in the west bottoms DO IT! You'll be glad you did.

I saw this on Facebook marketplace.. Made a roadtrip from Lincoln, Nebraska to Kansas City to pick it up.. Good JuJu is a very cool place. Apparently in the Crossroads area where this is located an event called "First Fridays" (Google it) was going on .. I plan on going back on First Friday this spring...

Always a fun place to visit! My first stop when I go to First Friday’s at the West Bottoms. The atmosphere is fun and very stylish. I enjoy the Ten Mile Supply booth; they always have the coolest stuff ranging from vintage metal goods to custom made rustic wood furniture.

Wow. An overwhelming array of items rescued from becoming detritus. Legit mid-century and old done up so it's new again. I didn't get upstairs - guessing it's more of the same. Also new Kansas City gear for everyone. I am sure I missed many treasures as there was so much to take in. Helpful staff and efficient check out. Enjoy exploring!

Totally LOVE JuJu, been going for years.  Always fresh, always great ladies working there, always inspiring.  Even in the COLD weather we had a spectacular good time !!!

Very cool place to look for unique pieces for your home! The people working here are extremely helpful. They provided a measuring tape since I forgot to bring mine, a sucker and free trinket that made my daughter's day, and held onto my heavy bag while I shopped around. One woman noticed I had purchased a lake themed bag and recommended some additional lake themed decor they had and showed me where it was. I found a great lake bag, two inexpensive paintings that I love, and some fun, inexpensive fun blocks for a shelf that needed something more. I saw several unique tables and cabinets as well. I'll be back!

I love this place. My three sons go with me every first Friday (Saturday) and the people are so great. It's so much fun.

Never had the experience of visiting first Friday's but it was really cool! The Ju Ju spot was awesome, overwhelming with the amount of stuff but still really awesome.

We've been shopping here for years, always a great selection and helpful staff! Anytime we make it to first weekends Good Juju is a "must visit" destination.

My husband and I went to First Friday's for the first time. Good JuJu was the first store we went to. And it ultimately ended up being the store we compared others to! Everyone was extremely helpful and they had a ton of staff to answer any questions. We were looking for a table and some chairs and needed up getting some great chairs!

3rd visit to FIRST FRIDAY and I hit the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.  both previous times I stayed on the north side of the bridge and this time I ventured out and OMG "Good JU JU" is the ultimate cornucopia of finds.
Super clean, organized the staff and or vendors were more than top notch. For there being 1000 ladies  shopping  shoulder to shoulder your peoples were friendly, helpful, clean and just made the experience  OVER THE TOP.  I absolutely can not wait fro the first of April.

Honestly kind of a "mid" thrift store. Very clean, and easy to walk through despite it being so busy. Maybe it's just personal preference, but it doesn't have a lot of intrigue going for it. I think the vendors there need to pepper in something fresher that catches your eye. Thrifting is all about going on a scavenger hunt and finding that gem amongst the rough, not just rough amongst rough. Probably won't go back.

Not a lot of antiques. Mainly local vendors selling art, DIY, repurposed items/ furniture. Some items are a bit expensive. The good from the kitchen smelled great but was closed by the time we showed up.

Quality, friendly vendors. Nice layout, easy to navigate. Only open the first weekend of the month. Consult website.

A fun place to stroll and shop. Fun atmosphere and many treasures and bargains to be found... Such as this pair of hand-carved shortbread cookie moulds!

The place was my so crowded that it was difficult to actually shop and really look at stuff. I'll will go again when it's not so busy.

Crowded, antique multi-vendor store. Every square inch has something from a farm sale or mid-century items repurposed for trendy decoration. One person's junk is another person's treasure is the theme here. Lots of variety and super busy on First Fridays.  My wife was in heaven , but me not so much. Not a place for folks with disabilities - old and uneven warehouse floors, narrow steep stairways and crowded aisles. If shopping or nostalgia is your thing (or you need points with a spouse who likes this stuff) go for it.

I wish the west bottoms would go back to being antiques instead of pinterest items. Good juju used to be fun to look at all the stuff and now it's just furniture and pinterest & etsy items.

My husband and I were asked to pick up some furniture our daughter had purchased here. She gave us the receipt with the tickets attached and we patiently circled the store waiting for a spot to open up at the loading dock. Alas, no one was there so we pulled up and were immediately attacked by the guy working the loading dock. There was another truck getting ready to back up to load furniture. We told him, well we have been waiting patiently for 15 minutes and need to pick our stuff up. So I didn't move.

My husband handed him the receipt and tickets and he handed the receipt back to him. He them proceeded to hand furniture to him off the loading dock. My husband loaded it and we left.

Little did we know,  since we weren't with our daughter when she purchased the furniture,  that he handed us some else's tables too.  This was not discovered until we delivered the furniture. My daughter received a phone call from the owner who placed the blame on my husband. The dock worker said we never handed them any tickets and just started grabbing furniture.  This was a bald face lie! He did hand him the tickets and he never stepped foot on the dock. He handed him every piece of furniture he loaded. The owner made my daughter drive all the way back down there to return them and made her believe we had done something wrong.

I called to speak with the manager and she was very stand-offish and didn't apologize at all. She was very rude. We have purchased many things from there and will not be returning customers. If I had an employee that lied like that and made me look like a idiot, I do believe it would be their last day.

How can a place call themselves GOOD Ju Ju when they are nothing but BAD?! The way they treat their customers is absolutely appalling. Rudest and worst customer service ever. Hands down.

While shopping at Good Ju Ju on October 2nd, I was followed, falsely accused of stealing, followed into the parking lot, recorded, and had the police called on me during a very busy First Friday event. I decided to wait for the police since I didn't steal anything; I didn't have anything to worry about.

When the police arrived, they found that I had been falsely accused. The owner never admitted to being wrong, even though her staff admitted to the fact that they didn't see me steal anything.

The owner didn't apologize despite not finding any stolen merchandise.

At no point has anyone from Good Ju Ju apologized, outside of the statement they issued on their Facebook page that mischaracterizes the events that occurred that evening and the comment on my original Facebook post.

To say this is unacceptable is an understatement. I would encourage shoppers to be critical about the business you support...
