Great place with excellent prices. The people there are always friendly and helpful. I've gotten so many things here, too. Clothing, a desk, housewares... you can't beat the prices!

They have a good selection of used furniture, as well as numerous other sorts of items, that are all priced very reasonably.  The staff is also very friendly as well.  I prefer this location rather than the one in the mall.

Love this place had the sweeties gentlemen helped me. The one in the mall is just as great as this one I found two beautiful teapots and real crystal wine glasses for a steal totally recommend this groove a place.

I rarely leave reviews but had to this time. We walked in today, my wife found a beautiful quality study/den furniture piece. Very affordable. They helped us bring it to your car. If buying larger items they will transport it to your house. I'm Going back tomorrow to find the perfect chair for the item. Located at Mall of NH.

This place is so awesome if your first starting out in your new home it is a perfect place to go find nice pre-owned furniture and houseware stuff and they give you really good deals on things all you got to do is ask they're kind courteous and very helpful.

Love coming here. You never know what you will find. I'm usually here once a week. O never leave without something.

Best place ever .going to be number one customer . Brought a number of things already.  Coffee tables chairs bedroom stuff etc etc. Vases a fireplace . And it didn't break the bank . Never have to think twice about cost  . 50 percent sale was the bomb .

Wow, wish I came sooner! This store is a gem and I'm telling everyone about it! My son and I spent over an hour of our Saturday here the other day! I scored multiple suits and a tuxedo for my husband all in great condition for $1 each!! You heard me right! I couldn't believe it-what are the chances they were in his size?!? We grabbed some other things as well that were a steal! All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. I was looking for something I couldn't find so they took my info to contact me when it does come into their store. I felt very comfortable in the store and it was as clean and organized as a thrift store can be! My fave find? This Catholic family loves our new Infant of Prague statue for $1! We will be back this week!

Amazing store and even better customer service, Jason is absolutely amazing, very professional, super helpful, this is my new favorite place to shop, I can’t emphasize enough just how helpful Jason is, we needed to fill a 7 room home & Jason helped with everything from picking out furniture for each room to accessories. If I could give 10 stars I would, the place is super organized, super clean, everything is in category order which makes it super easy to shop, Jason helped load my truck & also had the other 2 gentlemen help with my purchase, Jason is truly an asset to this establishment

Great store I was in desperate need of a washing machine and was lucky enough to get a beautiful used one at Pickers Discount & Thrift.. The customer service was above and beyond helpful the gentlemen who sold me the machine helped me load it in my car etc. The store was extremely clean and organized. Very friendly service!! They even invited me to check their processing area to see 🙈 id anything caught my interest. It looks like they scrutinize the items before they put the items on the floor. There are items that are new 🆕 but have been discontinued.
I found a few items and when I brought them to the register, the sales associate rounded the final tab down 👇 because I paid in cash.
🛞 Tires and 🚲 bikes outside for sale.
I think 🤔 I will bring my kids here since they like to look through movies and books 📚.
The collectables room was a blast from the past!

Small place mostly furniture ,no junk couple of large tables full of stuff 1,2,3,__dollar things.

Customer service is impeccable and great value for your dollar.  They update and rotate their inventory and merchandise.  This is a a thrift shop But don’t underestimate or overlook it.  I go there weekly and find something practical and without breaking the bank!

Just wanted to clarify a few things. We operate out of a relatively small space compared to our competitors, so it's impossible for us to always be accepting donations. Our website only mentions how we source from estate cleanouts and how we already receive 2 box trucks of new inventory everyday. There is nothing about donations anywhere on our site, and you made that assumption on your own. If you gave us a call to check in advance, we would've gladly clarified that we do not operate like a normal thrift store, and are not accepting donations as of right now. We will always post on our Facebook when we are publicly accepting all donations. Hope this helps!

Tried to donate things here. They don’t accept donations in July because it’s their busy season. They could at least update their website and have this policy on there. That’s just being lazy and not updating the website, I feel like this is just unacceptable in today’s world.

We are actually going to close the week between christmas and ny and get all the old stuff out, paint, redo the floor, and from now on we will leave ebay pieces on the floor a few days before we post them. Gonna try our best to get some better stock in the place too. I appreciate reviews like this because it allows us to be better so thank you! Sometimes when you are running a business for a while you end up so focused on some aspects you lose sight of the big picture, that picture is what the customers see... much appreciated reality check. ~Steve

This place is okay, you don't often find anything good but the prices are cheap. It was better when they had Amazon returns. There are things that have been sitting in this store for like a year it seems, they need to clear out what clearly won't sell. The main gripe I have is that they list things on eBay. What's the point of having a store front thrift store if you just put everything good online? I get that it's not a chain and they can do whatever but come on.

Honestly? You trash our business because we didn't accept your offer? Do you trash every single business you purchase at for the same reason? I mean wow. 

A little disappointed. Went in looking for dining room chairs for my daughter. Found a set, that were a bit dirty, needed quite a bit of cleaning done to the cushions, and were wobbly, so needed repairs done for that too. We asked how much they were and said $15 a piece. If they didn’t need so much done we would’ve paid that. I offered $10 a piece. He said normally he would, but there is no wiggle room because there isn’t anything to replace it… not sure if I’ll be back due to the fact there isn’t much room for offers unless they have something to replace it.

I was a little disappointed.  By the look of the pictures posted, it looked ALOT bigger than it actually was. Not alot of stuff and some of the prices were a little high. But  I did find a couple of things and they were 50% off. So that was nice. But I don't know if I would go back again.

I had a disappointing experience with this company. Initially, everything seemed fine, but when I encountered an issue and sought help, the service fell apart. Instead of providing the support I needed, I was uncomfortably redirected to someone else, and the lack of coordination was frustrating. It felt like no one wanted to take responsibility or provide a solution. This is not the level of professionalism or customer care I expected. I wouldn't recommend this company based on my experience

Just an observation, all your reviews you have left are one star without concrete reasons. Our store is heralded as being the cleanest thrift store around, it doesn't get more organized unless you're speaking to not having radios next to tv's but the name is a hint "pickers" you pick your way through the store and I use that term loosely, our shelves couldn't be less cluttered and our inventory is hands down the best you will find in a thrift store for what we sell the items for. Food for thought - this store was 5 years in the making and blood, sweat and tears went into opening it, it also feeds a family of 4 and supports wounded warriors and their families... Don't get me wrong, if there was something we could improve on by all means let us know, thats what reviews are ultimately for - not to destroy a business (unless they are way out of line granted) but to give feedback, then good business owners take that feedback and try to make for a better customer experience in the end... Now I know our staff didn't earn this 1 star review because they are sweet, kind, and amazingly helpful, i know the quality of product didn't, our prices are dirt cheap for the quality, and our customers vocalize how surprised they are with how clean everything is (a point of pride with all of us who work there - that we do not put garbage out for sale or anything dirty, that we wouldn't put in our own house) so that leaves me struggling on how in any way i can take something out of this review to improve our customer's experience.

Please give it some thought when throwing one stars at peoples livelihood like a wrecking ball, some business owners actually care enough that it hurts them, not just financially. all the best.

PS - we donate items to Goodwill, Savers, and Salvation Army when we feel the item does not meet our standards of quality... None of those stores have turned away any one item of ours, and we do not accept donations at all. That should paint a clear picture.

I love thrift stores and unfortunately this one is a disorganized mess of stuff that Goodwill wouldn't accept.
