Extremely kind & helpful staff - prices are very reasonable!

Super helpful staff.
I like to go because the inventory changes from one day to the next.  You never know what you might find or who you might meet!

This is my go to place for donations to resale. It is also a wonderful place to find windows, doors, and a whole plethora of other pats or items that can be used fir simple repairs.

I like this store awesome deals on all kinds of stuff. The people are nice and friendly. And when you don't like the price ask for a discount. Find something  every time I go there and that saves a lot and it's for a good cause too.

Absolutely wonderful staff working when we came by. Greeted us when we went in and chatted with us on the way out, even though we didn't make a purchase.

One gentleman even took the time to interact with our kids and gave them quarters for the gumball machine. It made there day 💗

We will be back to hunt for more treasures!

Great store always have a good selection they are organized, friendly and very good prices.

Habitat is a great place for those people that take on home maintance projects on a budget. They have a wide variety of merchandise that is well displayed and in good condition. The staff all knowledgeable and helpful in every way upon asking. Many project supplies  furniture appliances etc...can be found for Penny's on the dollar..it's worth checking out the next time your headed to the retail market stop by habitat and check it out . You may even make a friend .

I regularly visit the Habitat for Humanity ReStore. The plethora of items, quality of the furniture, and availability of the building supplies make this a one-stop-shop for those in need of home repair or decoration on a budget. I regularly find antiques or other unique items that I wouldn't see in other places.

We came up from Georgia just checking out Chattanooga and found two awesome heavy wicker chairs love love love them and grabbed a great price on a bunch of paint Super Deal super people so glad we stopped by this place

Often interesting finds and great deals on quality building materials and homegoods. Super friendly and helpful staff.

This restore has a high turnover rate on the items that are donated. Great selection, but be there early as most items go quickly. Great staff who are waiting to assist you. Any questions? Feel free to call during business hours and someone is always waiting to pick up the phone.

I love this place I was able to find everything I needed to remodel my whole basement including a full bathroom for penny's compared to what it would have cost me at Lowe's or home depot, or anywhere else, only problem is I end up buying stuff I don't need just because it's nice and so affordable so it can lead to a hoarding problem so hoarders beware stay away!!!!!! Lol

Excellent staff (especially Kat)  and pretty heavy turnover of miraculously well-organized goods, ranging from housewares through appliances/furniture to tools and building supplies, with emphasis on the building supplies. Rarely any clothes, always lots of fluorescent light bulbs and paint. Prices tend toward excellent, with occasional, mysteriously optimistic sticker-prices.

WHY ARE YOUR HOURS SO TERRIBLE?!? LOVE the store and the cause, but I've been trying to get there for a month! They're only open when I (like most people) am at work, and they close EVEN EARLIER on Saturdays. Just drove out there for nothing.

Super friendly staff and decent prices for the most part. Somethings I felt were a little over priced. But a good experience none the less.

They had the most beautiful pieces today. They also have the CLEANEST public restroom that I've ever seen in a business!!

Shelves stocked with odds and ends misc. Parts for everything.  For example: I found cabinet door knobs, as well as all the cabinet hardware, fridge shelves, locks for leaf tables, etc.  I paid $1.60 for all.

Great place for remodeling! You'll find lighting, cabinets, and furniture.  Great prices! Friendly staff and so much more!

Love this place I'm there about every other day you never know what you will find.but new staff has taking over and everything is so expensive now they're getting bad as the Ooltewah store

This is an awesome place to get everything from furniture and lighting fixtures to doors and windows, at great prices. I would have given 4 stars but there's some things that do not have the prices on them. You can go to the desk and ask for someone to price the items you are interested in.

They have used furniture and housewares. On the other side they offered building supplies. Things like windows, door and paint. The used furniture was higher priced than I was hoping for. We left without purchasing anything.

There's a ton of stuff here, but I'd say just skip this one unless you're looking for "large" items.  For smaller items, there's lots of broken stuff mixed in with the good.  It's hard to even tell where some sections begin and end because everything is just kind-of thrown in boxes everywhere.  Windows are barred and fire exits are blocked.  Would definitely recommend trying another Re-store if you can.

The store was a mess and not at all what we expected. Everything we were looking for we were told was not for sale.

I'm really disappointed in the ReStore. I used to buy a bunch of stuff here, both for my house, and for resale as I sell at an antique/repurposed store. The prices have gotten ridiculous for stuff that's freely donated. They're selling almost at antique store and retail prices for stuff that needs work and has scratches, dings, and peeling veneer/laminate. For example, a little over a year ago I bought a maple dining table with a little damage on the top, and paid $30. Now it would sell for close to $100. They say they aren't willing to negotiate prices. When you try to talk to staff they're more interested in chatting and fooling around with each other than doing work and helping customers. The only reason I gave the store 2 stars is I can still get occasional deals on light fixtures, plus they do have sales if you can catch them at the right time. I send people here for things I know they can't find elsewhere, like light fixtures and globes, but I will not be frequenting the store nearly as much as I used to with the pricing and attitudes I've met with lately.

It was dirty, disorganized and staff not very friendly and the prices were pretty high. If you want to see a clean, well run and friendly ReStore with very fair pricing go to the one in St.Peters MO.

Small place. Not as much selection as the Cleveland, TN store. Only good thing was the paint and painting supplies.  They were reasonably priced.

President Carter would be ashamed.  Y’all are a middle man between donors and dealers.  Y’all are not helping the community anymore.

What a MESS
Moved out of city about a year ago, decided to stop by while there today.
Knew as soon as I pulled up something had changed!!
This place is nothing like I remembered.  I used to have trouble getting in and out without dropping a couple hundred dollars,  not to mention just loved to browse.  I couldn't wait to leave and couldn't find one thing worth buying. It's just a total junk store now. I understand management has changed...and Wow does it show!!!

Priced ceramic tile there.  The lady (with the worst attitude) barked out the price which was 4 times more expensive than Home Depot. I asked why so much more than retail and she barked “ GO THERE THEN” with more attitude of course.  I will NOT recommend or purchase from this place EVER!

Arrived at 3:30 on a Saturday and came looking for one specific thing. Google and the door both said the store closes at 4:00 pm. when we arrived we were made to feel like an imposition for being there, attendant was rude and said they were closing at 3:45 pm. She continued to shout every few minutes that they were closing. She also rudely turned away a donation.  At 3:40 we were told we needed to leave or we would be locked in as they were locking the walk through gate.  I have never been treated so poorly in a thrift store. I may shop other Restores in the area, but definitely will not return to this one.

I go to habitat because of the price.. Today I was very disappointed!! How do you charge $3 for table and $7 for each leg??? Then she say where can you buy table for $3.. I say use to HERE!! Stop.. I will not be back. Customer for over 10 yrs.. Sad

I went to volunteer. Virginia C. told me to be there at 5:30 a.m. this morning for orientation. The place was locked up tighter than a drum with zero signs of life except for the cop car parked next door (don't know if it was occupied) guess they don't need volunteers THAT bad. Not happy at all.

Employees are very rude!!! don't try calling to get any information good luck!! they're hiring millennial's who would rather not answer the phone as to do their job!!!
