Bob fixed a table for me that was busted on one end from falling out of my car. You couldn't tell it ever happened. Great craftsmanship and good customer service.

Mr. Sumner is an honest, skilled woodcrafter who knows antiques. We brought an 1820s tambour desk hutch for repair after it had been inadvertently damaged during delivery (wrapped in plastic--cracked and warped top). The repairs were completed in a timely manner and professionally done.

I ordered two wreaths. They made it through the mail beautifully. They are on my front door - they are so fragrant and beautiful. Connie was great to work with - solved a small problem I had, and I didn't have to whine or beg. Great product!!!!

Have had this barrel chair in my family for as long as I can remember. Finally Mother passed it along to my wife and I. It had been sitting for some time in storage and was in need of refinishing. Well, that was a mistake in this case.Asked that the wood finish not be touched from original, just cleaned. Completely shot that idea and Creekside refinished with gloss finish, RUINED. Asked that broken wood be repaired and missing piece on opposite side be replicated, well that wasn't done. It was just easier to whack the piece off evidently. Cloth selected was greatand we figured it was a clean look. The cloth looks great, except for looks as if high school (beginner) shops class project completed it. Cloth wrinkles and stays, must physically stretched back into place by hand to try for neat appearance. Well, I guess since it was my money it didn't matter. Maybe I can spend another $800 or so to have it corrected...
