I absolutely loved this store! My mom and I traveled an hour and a half to shop there on a Tuesday and everything was amazing! For being a second hand discount store I was surprised at how clean it was. The vibe was inviting and comfortable and the employees were eager to help. I did noticea few items that were priced a little high however overall, prices were on point and actually even cheaper than I had expected. We left, pushing 2 buggies full, $60 well spent. Ms. Devine, our cashier, took customer service to the next level! She was happy to answer our questions and super helpful during our checkout process. I recommend Habitat for Humanity Restore for all thrifters and those who love high quality service and products on a budget. I will definitely be back!

A nice place where you can often find good deals. Now some of the stuff was junk to me but it might be someone else's treasure. If you go make sure to get there as soon as it opens because some things don't last long.

Good  store to purchase furniture, gift items, office furniture, used toilet, clothing and lots of different things. This store has lots of volunteers. Good place good service good karma. Please check this store before you buy somewhere else.it is better. Look like it has changed, prices went up so high,it is hard to afford. Some prices are higher than retail store.better.

Lots of great deals a lot of products are donated new everything from books to kitchen cabinets which is what I purchased staff friendly and helpful

I did not know that this store was closed on Wednesday to restock, opening back up on Thursday. The bargains I found and the price left me smiling from ear to ear. One item I had in my cart was price incorrectly and the cashier was not to happy about it. The attitude and demeanor left a lot to be desired. Overall, she was not allowed to spoil this experience.

Best outlet store in the USA.  The quality and the prices were unbelievable. I had no problem finding staff to hep me to load heavy items into my truck. Habitat is amazing in this time of rising prices.

Rebuild, re-hab for less. Look out for mark downs when inventory is full. They tend to move items aggressively when they have to make room for incoming stuff. If you like a item, better get it when you see it

Good deals.. Items are priced fairly to offer good deals to the customers.. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

They have everything. I might be a woman but I'm into fixing things and remaking things and this store has everything for your remodeling needs. Even kitchen cabinets. And it's substantially lower than going to the big box stores. So items may have a dent or missing a screw but these are easy fixes for the price cut you will receive. Caulk, dressers, beds, entry doors, bathroom vanities, interior doors, light switch covers, furniture, appliances, you name it it's probably there.

Good  charity supporting store. .everybody need to buy in this store because they  support lots of poor people. This store has  wide supplies of communication, clothes, furniture, office furniture, and  some time you find  nice Antique stuff. To me this is a museum where you can find unique stuff like  old  door, you never seen before plus lots of great things.  Staff is unbelievable ready to help you. Next time please try this store. My mom and I just recently put my grandmother in hospice and had to clean out her apartment. We wanted to donate the majority of her belongings and needed to clean out of her apartment ASAP. I put in a request to Habitat for Humanity to pick up the items and the following day I received a call to schedule a pick up. They weren't able to do it as soon as we needed. I explained why we were donating the items and that I understood they weren't able to pick everything up since it was so last minute. Not even 5 minutes later I received a call saying they had a cancelation and could do it right then. When I got there, two guys were already waiting to be let in the apartment. These two men (forgive me, I was overwhelmed and forgot names) were super fast and efficient. I can not thank Habitat enough for making a difficult situation go so smoothly.

Get in to get great deals - avoid the "high price stuff" - pro tip ...follow their page to plan your trip. Never shop in Saturday unless you got time to kill.

It's hot in summer, not good ventilation and some products are really dusty or messy.
On the other hand, I found many good prices and variety and the staff's service was great!

Good store to find random things, but it can be pretty slim pickings. I have been to other Habitat for Humanity ReStore locations, and this one was far less impressive than others. It’s a big store, but the quality and quantity of items is not as good as others. But they always get new things so it’s always worth it to swing by because you never know what you will find. It also could be that they were slim pickings because of COVID and people just arent donating extra wood and building supplies like they used to.

Considering the inventory, the ReStore was very organized. Saw a handful of associates helping customers throughout the store. 👍👍

They have furniture, appliances, cabinets, hardware, books and movies, household goods etc. Sometimes items can be a little pricey but overall it's worth checking out.

100 bucks actual wood. There's one for 85 but it's cheap #%& chip wood. Some good some bad overall decent

It seems I was not the early bird. They still had tons of flooring, and I found the shower fixture I was searching for. I left a nice whirlpool wall tub for the next person looking for one. Most of the appliances had been sold. That's good!

I went for the first time to see what it was all about. I ended up walking around and checking out everything they had to offer. Everything you could think of is available at a great low price.

Great...went in to find some windows for a small diy project found three double pane windows.... For under 30$  try and find that deal elsewhere... not likely...I always check these guys out for goodies when doin diy projects...bound to find something useful

You may run across some great deals here. They have lots of refurbish things for the home here. Some nicer and newer than others but overall you get what you pay for.

Sometimes you can find hidden treasures here.  But, even though they are making money for a cause, cost of running a business items tend to be on the high end for resale. The employees here are very friendly. Always check their Facebook first to see if they have something worth the drive.

Another one of those "Never the same store twice." There's all kinds of things from furniture to windows and doors. It's expanded into the space next to it and has a nice used book and records area. Make time to check it all out!

It was not founded by President and Mrs. Carter, though they are definitely our most well-known volunteers! In fact, we had the honor of hosting them in Memphis in 2016. Habitat for Humanity was actually founded by Millard Fuller in 1976 in Americus, Georgia. Our local chapter, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis, was founded in 1983 by a group of citizens dedicated to our vision of a world where everyone has a decent, affordable place to live. RENEW, REFRESH, RESTORE!!!  I spent a couple of hours there with a team of management and employees walking through the HFH's ReStore Donation process.  This great organization started by former Pres. Jimmy Carter and First Lady Rosalynn Carter is dedicated to helping those in need earn the privilege of home ownership and helping others restore their lives through what they call "sweat equity" .  This is builds a sense of personal engagement and ownership in one's destiny and well-being.  We took time to review current state, road blocks, and will determine the most impactful resolution after a round of understanding why these items present opportunities.  The goal, donor growth, improved customer relations, repeat visits, and sustainable and documented procedures.  This was an energized team ready to take on the opportunity to the organization's works to the next level in renewing, refreshing, and restoring customers' lives.

Starting out they were well priced and you could find some good deals.  Over time they have started to raise prices or try to use eBay as a guide for prices when in reality they are overpriced.

I've found some good deals and go often.  I'd recommend finding them on Facebook as they post photos of the stuff every week.

It's been a while since I've found anything good. It's changed a lot, and not for the better.

High prices! The staff were really nice but I was shocked to see that some of the prices at or even over what I could get at Amazon or eBay. There are definitely bargains available but just be careful. For example, a desk organizer that is similar to one I saw selling on Amazon for $20 was sling used for 25

We communicated with the store by messenger to verify that someone could do curbside service since we weren't able to go in. They said just call and they happily help. We drove all the way across town and called-- and the person who picked it up set it down on the counter and never returned. I was so disappointed.

Occasionally, there are very great finds but there is never much help in the store although there are always lots of volunteers moving around. A major plus is the store will provide info on a contractor who can help you get your large purchases delivered, which can be very helpful.
Thrifters check it out if you haven't.

Well the store was nice and the people where nice. But they have this black man who drives his truck and makes the deliveries... He was suppose to deliver my couch at 1 but here it is almost 5:30 and he keep saying hes on the way. I will shop at the store again but I'll never use his services again!!

If you follow their social media and shop the weekly sales, you can find some pretty good deals but the vibes of the place are just so so bad. The store is dark and cluttered and unclean. Lots of damaged and broken merchandise. Pricing is all over the place. Employees are cliquey and unfriendly, while other customers are very aggressive. Same customers there every day snatching up merchandise to resell I assume. Worth visiting if you see a sale on something you need but otherwise just an unpleasant shopping experience overall.

I have supported this location and I understand that they want to make money to fund their projects though selling donated goods. Though the trade off is not to sell as high as it is worth because you will drive the supporters of your mission away as you become more like a for profit rather than a nonprofit with a modest approach.

Them prices sometimes are outrageous… They price like they manufactured it… $200 for a chair $275 for used 2(pc) coffee table set (yes 2pc. ) only thing discounted is the broken appliances… smh needs new management

Frustrating. I bought an item online, called to confirm it was waiting for me, no one answered. Left message never got a call back.  Went to pick it up drove over an hour to pick it up.   Was your they sold it last week. Wasted 2.5 hours of my life I'll never get back. Grrrrr

I asked why is showing sold to me on line they would sell it, was told they really don't update the site that often.

Another interesting part of the ReStore is our descending pricing on large items - the price automatically drops 20% each month an item remains in the store. I had 3 beautiful, working ceiling fans with lights and I was told they don't accept them. People shop at the Re-Store for affordable merchandise. A decent ceiling fan with a light that's 48" is at least $100 or more new. These were in perfect condition and the person didn't even look at them. Told me to see if Goodwill would take them. Next time I'll just leave stuff out for the trash. Certainly wasn't worth driving across town to try to do something good for people.

I came in here yesterday the store is a total disgrace what a mess the prices are outrageous I literally walked around and ran out of the store. You all really need to lower your Prices and clean up the store it is disgusting. What is that smell in the back of the store? I will never go back

Ridiculous store with RIDICULOUS PRICES!  Ive been to Restore's all over the country. While I know they all vary, this store on Winchester Rd. Was very unorganized,  half the store wasnt even accessible.  I bought a few items, a brand new hand held shower head. No price, guy said $5 ,good deal, and some vintage glass light globes/shades. The prices were embarrassingly high. Will never return. Went next door to Goodwill and scored some amazing vintage items for $1&$2! I will check out the Memphis Restore now.

I took my time taking out cabinets and tops so I could donate them. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by an older gentleman saying they had a hard time selling them and they would end up rhrowing them in the garbage. I felt like my donation was nothing more than an inconvenience. I gave them another chance and called to have them pick a furniture donation at my home. They said they couldn't come after five. I took off early, only to have them not show up for the appointment. When I calledo, there was no apology. They said they could reschedule for another day, but they would not be making any more pick ups that day. No apology for not calling to let me know they would not be there either. In the future I will donate to an organization that actually appreciates donations and doesn't see them as an inconvenience.
